This lovely 2 bedroom condo is decorated with the ocean in mind. That's because you are directly on the beach with one of the most beautiful views you will ever experience. Private balcony with amazing panoramic views of the ocean directly in front and coastal views of lush green undeveloped conservation land to your right where you can watch surfers, drink your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy a glass a wine. This vacation rental is your paradise away from home that allows you to enjoy the luxuries of a comfortable inviting home in a unique location at a reasonable price. Linens, towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys are all included.

Luquillo is a seaside surfing village, a quaint town housing a variety of local flare pubs and restaurants...many of which you can walk to. A short distance away by car or foot is a supermarket and a variety of well known stores for your convenience such as Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, as well as fast food restaurants. Luquillo is home to many festivals and it supports the protection of two kinds of sea turtles that nest on Luquillo beaches. La Pared is located beside the condo complex and is known to be one of the best surfing areas in Puerto Rico. The nearby Kioskos include a number of great restaurants to choose from with ocean views. The El Jungue rainforest is a 10 minute drive away but can be seen from Luquillo.

Our condo is in a gated property with a 24 hour security person on site at all times. It has its own parking space as well. We are happy to accommodate special requests when able. Early check in and late check out free of charge when available. The property manager and cleaner also live close by and are available as needed.

***If you have high expectations of your total rental experience please note that our guests have been very pleased with our condo and their stay but understand that by choosing to vacation in Puerto Rico accommodations and such may not be perfect. :)

A Diamond in the Rough

This location is a really unique experience! Many reviews mention the disrepair of the outer building, but the apartment itself was very clean. Monica, the property manager, was excellent. Perfect little apartment for a small family.

Loved being in a secured garage and having a locked building only people staying at could get into. Security guards were super helpful and friendly whenever we spoke. They speak both English and Spanish. The view from the apartment balcony was spectacular. Loved the location how it was so close to everything we wanted to be near. The beach was nice to walk but only recommended for surfers or super super experienced swimmers. Do not recommend for children to swim in, only walk. Manager was easily reachable by text even on Thanksgiving when we had a small hiccup with laundry machine. Had hot water on demand for 3 people to take showers every day which was nice. Overall loved the place. It was neat and Perfect for our family. recommended for a small family of 3. Saw a pull out bed in the couch but didn't use it since the place is small and my son wanted to enjoy using the living room for watching tv while I got ready. since only 2 bedroom. apspectaclt an

The location is great away from San Juan. The Condo is excellent , the people have everything there. The Building was built in late 70's could use a little work. Her condo is very nice highly recommend unit. Area has some night life but were there for beach which is great.

Gorgeous View!

I couldn’t have chosen a better property to stay in PR for my first time. Waking up to this gorgeous view daily was a big plus. The property has everything that you need, from beach items to kitchenware. The property manager, Monica, was very communicative and flexible.

Amazing views and very clean!!!

We had such an amazing stay, the views were gorgeous, relaxing and over all Amazing!!! The property manager was on point and very easy to work with and a joy. I recommend this place it is beautiful. The building is an older building but the maintenance and cleaning crew are on point, and the condo we were at impecable!!! Love it!!!

Relaxing Beach

My 18 year old son & I had a wonderful time at this beach condo relaxing and spending quality time together. The beachfront views were calming and relaxing. There are many restaurants and bars nearby within walking distance. Simple, very clean, oceanfront condo. We can’t wait to come back!

Magical Getaway

What a location! Just gorgeous! The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! The highlight was being right next to a nature preserve and being able to walk and run for miles on the beach without seeing a soul (but we were lucky and saw a beautiful turtle). The space has everything you might desire. Beach-chairs, sun-umbrella, sand-toys, coolers,…. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Perfect first time to PR

This property had everything that we needed to enjoy the beach, even though we couldn’t swim in the ocean due to the riptides. The pool was great as a substitute. The town was a great place to take several excursions from. Easy to get to the supermarket and cook for ourselves or eat at any of the local venues. we will definitely consider staying here again

Amazing trip to PR 🇵🇷 Property has quirks

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in PR and loved the condo itself. The property has some quirks that I wish we had been aware of. None of the reviews here mention some of these items and I have no idea how! Here’s a list of what we loved: Condo was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. The view was phenomenal. The people we met were friendly, offering area advice, tips and pointers. The neighborhood was so walkable and local restaurants were amazingly fresh, flavorful and fun. Monica (prop. manager) was informative and easy to work with. On site security was friendly and helpful. Now here are the quirks: The building itself is in a state of disrepair and we had to refrain from looking up at the structure for our own peace of mind. Rusted and dilapidated balconies. A/C units falling apart etc. The pool was full of pigeon poop and there were no chairs/loungers or other ways to enjoy the amenity. Elevators were sketchy and frequently broken down during our week long stay. You never knew what floor you were on by the broken indicators and 3x we took a wild ride up and down because it would not stop at our floor! Cats, soooooo many stray cats. The property and garage reeked of cat feces/urine. Local’s at the end of the drive were feeding strays and compounding the issue. Not the condo owners fault but. Lack of A/C in living area necessitated open doors and the neighbors kept looking in on us 😂 We’d come back but hope some property fixes can be made!

Awesome View/ Friendly People

Getting to this place was a little bit tricky, but Monica was there to help us every bit of the way. There was no elevator in the garage, which made it difficult for us. I would not recommend this place if you have trouble walking or knee problems or elderly, there are 62 steps down a narrow hill to get to the beach. We did like the condo and sitting and having our coffee on the porch, we saw surfers in the large waves. It’s not a swimming beach you would have to walk a little bit down the way, but it’s in a nice location right next to the national rain forest. Recommend going there. We had a couple good days to enjoy the sunshine. The food kiosks in Luquillo were great. Must go to old San Juan. This a great location for visiting either of these attractions.

Breathtaking ocean view from the balcony, just like cruise balcony suite. Refreshing and super comfortable, no mosquitos. Owner Jeanne and property manager Monica are so nice and helpful. Monica recommended a lot of nice places and made our journey so memorable. Some of the best things/places we followed Monica are ENOCO grocery shopping (a lot of seafood), La Parrilla Restautant (5 star), El Yunque National Forest(fascinating) . If I visit PR again, I will definitely stay in Jeanne's condo again. Thank you so much Jeanne and Monica!

Relaxing Getaway

Nice condo with an amazing view! Enjoyed this area of PR. The nearby restaurants were very good with friendly staff. Definitely would come back to this area again. Plenty activites to do and places to see.

Amazing view, smooth first time using Vrbo. I definitely recommend. Monica (property manager) was very helpful. Place was really nicely decorated and prepared for us. Drive through neighborhood little unexpected- Sandy Hill is surrounded by rough looking homes but after you arrive and open the door- you are in paradise! Also you can use pool which we didn’t know

Well equipped!

We overall enjoyed our stay. The owners have a well equipped home with several useful amenities! Everything was clean but some of the towels smelled like mildew before we used them. The neighborhood didn’t look very safe but nothing happened. We also drove and didn’t walk around much locally. Balneario de monserrate was a great beach! Thanks for everything!

My husband Jamie and kids Will 10 and Molly 9 bought this condo after visiting Luquillo on vacation in 2016. We fell in love with Luquillo and Sandy Hills Condominiums and all the super friendly locals and visitors alike. We knew we had to make this our very own home away from home.

This is such an amazing place we can't wait to share it with you. We plan on using this condo as our home away from home which means it will be well kept and maintained. The view is unbelievable and you will not be disappointed by this condo. When you are on the balcony you feel like you are on the bridge of a ship but without getting seasick. Our condo is nicely decorated with a bright comfortable airy feeling making you feel like you are living on the ocean....because you are!!!! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
