Up to five people can stay in comfort with a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite & TV), two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. The south-facing balcony offers the southern exposure that brings the sunlight in through big windows.

We've got your vacation needs covered with all the basics you need including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free wifi and your own in-unit washer/dryer so you can dry those towels between expeditions to the beach or pool. You don't even need to bring your own beach toys! You'll find everything you need from beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler so you can start enjoying the sun, sand, and water as soon as you arrive.

Chateau by the Sea features a large, oceanfront heated swimming pool with plenty of deck chairs for relaxing and super views of the ocean and pier. Swim in the ocean, play in the breakers, and dry off by taking a stroll out to the end of the Cocoa Beach Pier, just a short walk away. You don't have to go far to find tennis, golf, wind-surfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. You'll be so busy you may almost forget that the Space Coast is renowned for watching shuttle launches.

Perfect

First time VRBO, the condo was exactly as pictured represented, and was very clean. The property is on the beach, and was spotless. Everything functioned as expected, family had a great Christmas break. Highly recommend, and will come back.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.

Ideal Place to Stay in Cocoa Beach

Beautiful condo, very clean and has all the supplies you need for the beach, which is a very short walk. It is also close to the Pier and other fun activities. I would stay here again!

Great location, very clean and comfortable condo

The property is very well kept and the location near the Cocoa Beach Pier is perfect. The condo was comfortable and contained everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of cooking utensils, dish soap and the washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient. The manager Zareh was always checking to make sure all is OK. We will stay there again.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach!

Extremely clean and well furnished with all the kitchen supplies you'll need. Manager Zairah communicated well. Will highly recommend. Walking distance to Cocoa Beach pier. Many good restaurants close as well as a Publix supermarket. Will be coming back!

Best place in Cocoa Beach

Incredibly nice apartment that had everything you could think of. Nice stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator. Then there was detergent and everything that belongs to an apartment. Then there was everything you need on the beach, beach chairs, sun protection umbrella and bodyboards for surfing. Nice pool and 50 meters to the ocean. This is a very quiet area. I will come back, Second times this year and my favorite place in Cocoa Beach

Amazing

The stay was amazing . The place was clean and the response to one small issue was responded to super quickly. We definitely would stay again and recommend to friends. The time we had was magical and just amazing. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful! We definitely will return one day!!!

Perfect Location!

This unit was clean and well appointed. The bed in the primary bedroom was squeaky and a tad uncomfortable and the linens need an upgrade but overall, it is a NICE place. The pool is beautiful. The ocean is just steps from the complex. We loved the rooftop deck! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We had a great time!

Vacation

We stayed at the property August 6th-13th of 2023. It was a painless and very easy check in and check out process. Property was very clean and everything we needed was provided in the condo. They supplied a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels even though I had all that already. The proximity to the beach is perfect as well. Literally a less than 2 minute walk to the beach and pier. I recommend you stay here if you come to the Cocoa Beach area.

Chateau at Cocoa Beach

First Zareh was excellent. His communication was timely and informative prior to our vacation. We were on site for 7 nights and he contacted me 3 times to make sure we were happy. The property is very clean. Steps from the beach. Nice pool. It’s located in a very nice area. We enjoyed it and will return again.

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.

Highly recommended- Love This Place!

Chateau by the Sea, was incredible. The atmosphere, the room, the features were so amazing. They ask how your stay is during the stay, they even have a precision pet products that let my dog out while we were out exploring, they took her outside for a walk, then gave her water and sent me a picture that she was safe. Thank you Uncle James. Thank you Zareh, for confirming the trip, asking about the trip, during and after. We will definitely be back! 5 star 🌟 and higher!

Spring Break in Cocoa Beach

This was our first time in the Cocoa Beach area and we really loved the location and property. Right next to the pier, short walk to the ocean, pool not too crowded. A bonus was getting to watch a rocket launch from the roof. I was very impressed with the management of this property. Very attentive and great communication. Property was as expected by the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

Priceless Vacation

This property was amazing! You are right at the pier so with in walking distance to many restaurants, stores and activities. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything you need. Made for a relaxing and memorable trip!

Spring break with family

Clean, quiet and convenient location close to the beach for our family to enjoy spring break. Check in and check out process was easy. The condo had all the amenities we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for families

Can’t say enough good things about Chateau by the Sea. Our family booked two units (grandparents in one condo unit, my family in another). Both units were great. Very clean and overall a nice atmosphere. We didn’t have great weather so we spent most of our time at the pier, which is really close. The first night we were there, we caught a SpaceX launch from the roof! We would definitely stay again. PS don’t be shy about booking through their website. My parents did that and it was very simple.

Everything was great except for the party that was going on Above us pretty loud all night And the master bedroom bed was super squeaky Woke me up several times in the middle of the night But other than that everything was good we had fun in the area And it was close to the beach
