3 - Booking Process with The Timeshare Brokers, LLC: Our goal is to provide you with the best booking process in the industry. Note that the rate quote is a base rate, and premiums may apply during peak times, such as school vacations and holiday weeks.

4 - Availability Confirmation: We will check your inquiry/request within the specific owner's resort booking system and promptly respond with the latest availability, as it can change daily. To accommodate these fluctuations, we recommend using the "Contact Host" feature before using the "Request to Book" option.

5 - Reservation Request: The "Request To Book" feature initiates a reservation request, which will receive a response within 24 hours. Please be aware that this is not a confirmed stay at this stage. We recommend using the ‘Contact Host’ button first for the most accurate information.

6 - Flight Bookings: We advise against booking flights until you have received your final confirmation from the resort.

Absolutely wonderful

Staying at this location was a pleasure, a real vacation. The hotel was so well organized, from check-in, to room assignment, cashless services, and being able to text message questions or requests to the staff throughout the stay. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were as pictured. We especially appreciated that the swimming pools, they have several, were designed for a different age ranges. They weren’t posted as such, but you could tell. One tip I would have is to load “The Toll Roads” app on your phone ahead of time. This is a state of California app that allows you to pay any toll road in California. Highway 73 is almost unavoidable from the 405 to the hotel, you can do it, but it does take more time. It was $3.57 each time we used it, if I calculated correctly. It is not manned. A picture is taken of your car as you go through, and there are signs that you have to pay the toll within five days otherwise there’s a penalty. When you go online you can see that the penalty is almost $60, so it’s worthwhile to stay on top of it. It will affect your vehicle registration if you don’t take care of it. You have to go on the app to see how much the toll was, using their calculator. I have to give special recognition to Kevin and his team at The Timeshare Brokers. They were so very helpful and responded to questions very quickly. When he learned what we were looking for during our stay, he recommended specific floors in certain buildings, and advised to call the hotel three weeks prior to have our request put into their system. As a result, we were very happy with our room location. Bldg 2200, it had a partial ocean view, with a very short walking distance to the swimming pool we liked the best. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Kevin for the help you gave us in preparing for this trip :-)

Beautiful site on top of Crystal Cove

The beaches below this property are stunning and worth daily visits. The resort has a ton of activities and my kids made loads of new friends easily at the ping pong tables, parks, etc. The resort is well laid out although there are just loads of people at the pools and check in. The check-in line was almost out the front door and took about 40 minutes. This could have been since it was the middle of summer. The unit was clean and efficient. The little kitchenette is very useful. Overall, a great place if you want long daily walks on a truly magnificent beach.

Beach stay

The property was as advertised. A comfortable two bedroom with lots of Space. I would recommend placing.na request for a room location as early as possible. Our room (1824) faced a thick grove of trees which caused our room to be very dark. There are hundred of units on this Marriott property and I could see that there were many others with great views. We just got the wrong one.

This is a beautiful property that is great for families.

This was a perfect spot for our group of five. Everyone at the Marriott went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We appreciated the ease in booking as well.

Great Family Trip

It was our first experience with timeshare brokers and the first visit to Newport coast villas. Larissa K. was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process from original inquiry through booking, responding to our questions with detailed accurate information in lightning speeds. The resort is great for families with kids and very conveniently located to Disneyland, Legoland, as well as Laguna Beach activities/restaurants. We liked our stay so much that we came back for another 5 days, thanks to Larissa's ability to book us on short notice. Every time I plan vacation now, I think of reaching to Larissa first in the hopes of saving some valuable time getting the right trip booked.

Amazing excperience!

It was the first time that we planned our trip with timeshare. John Kenna was there to help us. He was very professional and kind, and he really made us feel very comfortable. Mr. Keena took care about everything and he was also very fast. Communicating with him was so easy, he was returning our calls and explained and answered all our questions and concerns. Everything went very smooth. Marriot's Newport Coast Villas was so beautiful that we didn't want to go back home. We trust Mr. Kenna and we will definitely plan our next trip by contacting him. Thank you for the trip that we will never forget!!!

Perfect for families!

We were actually quite surprised when we arrived at the resort. For some reason we had envisioned an apt in a complex that had a pool. We got so much more. There were lots of activities; outdoor movies, indoor cinema, arcade, pool games, wine tasting, lots of activities for the kids, etc. All in all a great place for families to spend their vacation. Its close to the beach as well, and we adore the area. The apt itself was bigger than we could hope for; two great rooms and space for 8 (we were 6). No issues whatsoever. Had a great time. Will come back.

Excellent for family vacation

Marriott Newport Villas was an excellent choice for our family vacation. The pools were awesome and there were many activities for our kids. The staff was also great. While we did many day trips to local tourists spots, we used the the Villas a central hub as it is located ideally. You could actually spend your vacation without leaving the grounds it has so much to offer. We would go back in a heart beat!

peacefull vacation

from arrival to departure everything was a delight, even traveling with family makes it stressful, but customer service was excelent, i am glad we stay at that place from so many to choose from, Marriot maintain the name of being top of my list, rgds
