Welcome to a piece of paradise!

Brand New listing. Newly remodeled condominium with lots of privacy. Near the Marina lighthouse. The garden exhibits beautiful, lush tropical grounds full of different varieties of flowers; thereby attracting beautiful birds as well. You have 2 pools to choose from, large palapa on an island in the middle of the pool, poolside shower and bathrooms and free poolside wifi!!

Spacious 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Relax on the balcony in either one of 2 large hammocks surrounded by beautifully groomed flowered gardens and palm trees.

Fully equipped with kitchen, fridge, 6 burner stove & oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils.

Sofa with trundle for little ones. Free Wifi, cable tv, smart tv with Netflix.

The bedroom boasts a kingsize bed, his and her's closet space and drawers.

VRBo Marina Vallarta

Owners close by and very hospitable-Chad lowned me his phone for two hours to solve an emergency-Henrietta is upbeat and cheerful. The apartment is cozy and clean. It is close to the marina with lots of restaurants and sports bars. WE often ate on the large patio which faces a green setting. (G There is a parking lot nearby which can be noisy in the morning from service vehicles, foot traffic etc. Over all it was generally quiet.and we had no trouble sleeping in the king sized bed The pool is big but cool and is secluded. Lots of friendly Canadians at this location. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach and the bus stop which takes you right downtown. We had 24 days here and were able to bang around and see the sights.we s

Wonderful property

My wife and I truly enjoyed the 10 days we spent at this property. We enjoy the marina and visiting some of our friends who work at a nearby hotel. The property's location allowed us to enjoy both. Very clean room, stocked with enough essentials to get you started. Property owner, Henri, was an excellent communicator from the time I booked our room until we checked-out. Neither my wife, or I have nothing but good things to say about this property and the manager!

Cozy and comfortable

Location and amenities were great as you didn’t need a vehicle to get things. The place was cleal with everything you need.. it was a home away from home.

Just as described

Henri and Chad were both friendly and helpful. Their property was just as described and accurate photos. Nice option to have a kitchen, full size bathroom with 2 sinks, bedroom and living area. Right in the marina which is convenient. Pool was very nice and spacious/

Great service. Nice place

Property manager was always available when we needed anything, great people, great service. There is a little traffic noise as the side of the unit is adjacent to a busy parking lot. The pool area and grounds are very quite and well maintained. Unit was clean and well maintained.

Property is tucked into the back of the condo, great for us. So nice to have some staples when you arrive. Henri is very attentive. We will be back!

First stay in the Marina

It is a nice quiet area. Good restaurants and stores all within walking distances. The condo grounds are very well kept and has a beautiful pool area. This was our first time stay outside of a resort in Mexico and it was great

Ideal Location!

Cute condo with a super comfy king sized bed. Ideally located in beautiful Marina Vallarta. Very close to the shops, restaurants and bars on the Marina boardwalk. Henri the condo owner was responsive and extremely helpful during our stay. Beautiful grounds and pool area.

People who care in Paradise

From the moment we arrived our hosts were there for us. Chad and Henri make you feel so welcome and that you are happy and having a great experience. Henri always made herself available for us. The condo unit was clean and neat. Kitchen utensils and pots were well maintained. Linens and towels were always clean. We loved our accommodation, the pool area right there. The walks around the marina, even got to see the famous resident crocodile in the harbour swimming around. The best holiday we’ve had in a long time and can’t wait to stay at Chad and Henri’s place again

Relaxing Poolside Vacation

Our rental was newly upgraded and tucked in the corner of the resort so you really felt you were on you own with amazing plants and flowers on the other side of you balcony giving you plenty of privacy. This ground floor apartment was close to the pool and both the marina and street entrances. Our facility was immaculately maintained and the pool is large enough that you never feel crowded.

Great time at Marina Puerto Vallarta

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable and the hosts could have not been more friendly or accommodating. The proximity to the Marina with its wide variety of restaurants and Thursday night Markets was an added bonus. As other members have mentioned, the unit is right next to an access road to the Marina and can be noisy at times, however not overwhelming.

Excellent Lodging in the Marina District of Puerto Vallarta

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our February week in this one bedroom condo in the Puesto del Sol complex. The hosts live next door and were available and responsive to our questions or needs concerning the property; they followed through on every request and our damage deposit was promptly refunded. The complex has a great pool, 4 tennis courts, gated security and quick walk access to many restaurants in the beautiful marina it adjoins. The security is more a reassurance than really necessary, as we never felt unsafe whether in the day or at night in the marina. This is a great place to stay if you don't want to rent a car. I do agree with another reviewer's comment about traffic noise beginning early - the marina is a busy place and deliveries and employees do begin arriving around 7 am, and this unit's corner location makes it more vulnerable to this than other units, but you can opt to use the AC at night and shut the windows if it bothers you.

Great condo with amazing owners!

My boyfriend and I spent three months in Chad and Henri's condo and had a fantastic stay. The complex itself is beautiful and clean, the pool is big and generally pretty quiet, and security is friendly. The condo is more than enough for two people and has sufficient space to have two guests, as well. It's well equipped and very comfortable. Chad and Henri were the icing on the cake. They live next door and are so friendly and welcoming – they made us feel at home here. They're excellent hosts and go above and beyond to help wherever possible (like locating special shampoo for me when my hair took on a green tinge from the pool chlorine). They're also super knowledgeable about the area and can offer great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. One thing to note is that the condo is a corner unit next to the street. It's usually pretty quiet, but there are times when trucks come by (or reverse) late at night or early in the morning and it can get a bit noisy. By no means, though, did it detract from our stay – just something to be mindful of if you're a light sleeper and keep the sliding doors open. Thank you both for making our time in Puerto Vallarta so wonderful! I'm sure we will be back :)

Nicely updated!

We had a lovely time in Puerto Vallarta! This condo had everything we, as a family of 3, needed. It was nicely updated recently and the kitchen was very useful for us. The pool was nice and clean and quiet. Being right in the marina was excellent! Close to many shops and restaurants! And if your trip allows hopefully you’re around for the Thursday night farmer’s market! It’s a great experience! Henri, the owner, was fabulous and always available to answer any questions or provide something we needed! Thanks so much!
