The gorgeous and modern kitchen is fully stocked with brand NEW dishes, glassware, bakeware, and cookware. There is a new drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, new electric can opener, new blender, and new toaster. The under cabinet Bluetooth CD/radio allows you to connect to your Smart phone and stream your own tunes and playlists!

The master has all NEW furniture, a brand new King size mattress, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. There is also a new Tommy Bahama style ceiling fan with LED lighting. The master has a new 55" Samsung Smart Flat Screen TV with HBO! The ensuite master bath has a new hair dryer, new super plush "Hotel Collection" towels, and new decor. This room is truly its own retreat!

The bunk room has an added door for privacy, a closet & window, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding and its own TV and Blu Ray DVD player. The en suite bathroom has new super plush towels, new LED lighting, and a new LG FULL size front loading washer and dryer.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

**Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $85 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. 1 Parking Pass with this Unit. Garage Clearance: 6'10"

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The communication with the property management group was excellent. Instructions were clear & the check in/out process were both quick and easy. Amenities were great and met the needs of our family. The pool on the property is wonderful with plenty of food & drink options that are delicious. (Pineapple Willy's is right next door too). Beach/ocean access is right out front. Wear your wristbands for access in and out. We can't wait to book again.

Great Place to Get Away
The unit we stayed in was amazing; had everything we could need, it was clean, and well appointed. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool area. The only downside was the pool is not heated, and the water is extremely cold. We would definitely return, despite the water being so cold because the ocean was a lot warmer.

First time visiting PCB
We were undecided on where to visit Destin or PCB this September. Looking around we finally decided on PCB for this year solely because it was the much better option compared to Destin if your bringing your family. The condo we stayed in was very clean and the host was very informative and punctual if we had any questions or concerns. The resort Shores of Panama that the condo resided in was also great. Pool was very large and clean and the beach was steps away. The only complaint of the resort I would have would be the one food stand by the pool, the one worker was incredibly unfriendly and rude. But that doesn't sway us away from the great time we had. There is tons to do in the area, ALOT of places to eat and many activities for families especially those with young children. If you are too visit make sure you bring beach equipment because the unit does not come with any, which is mentioned in the description so it wasn't a surprise to us, and to rent beach equipment it was $45 after labor day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and that only was for one day 8am-430pm. Overall the experience was great and I can see my family visiting again.

Excellent view of the ocean
This condo believe it or not was exactly like the photos on the site. The balcony was huge and had really nice rocking chairs, perfect to listen to the ocean. The parking garage was a first for me, didnt care for it, and the location of the entrance and exit is the same road as Pineapple Willys, so that came with some delays getting in and out, but not awful. It was somewhat noisy up until about 1 am, but we also came right at spring break, so that was to be expected. The door code didnt work first day but it was fixed within minutes and no other issues the entire time we stayed.

Excellent vacation home right on the beach! Exactly as pictured, we enjoyed everything about our stay! Beautifully updated space with new everything! Views of the coast were amazing and the same floor parking was a huge perk! Highly recommend!

2022 Summer Vacation
This was our first and last experience staying at Shores of Panama. Starting from the beginning, pulled up too condo to check in. At the first gate you have to enter a code and find out later that it’s just for owners. We get to the right pull in area to check in and get checked in and get our wristbands and go to room. I asked multiple times for 2 parking passes as the condo we stayed in slept 6 people and is a 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom with master bed and full bath and 1 bedroom with bunks and full bath with washer/dryer in it. They only classify it as a 1 bedroom therefore only 1 parking pass comes with it. We had 2 vechicles with us and wanted to park at condo instead of at the overflow pay for parking area. 3 days in they finally gave us a temporary visitors pass which was nice but why couldn’t they do that to begin with? There were several extra yellow parking spots that were unmarked on the higher floors of parking garage. When we asked about an extra pass one time they told us No guests were allowed. Most of The staff working were rude and could care less about the people(tenants). We had some stormy weather throughout the week, mostly rain, but the staff shut the pool down one day and just walked by us and told us to get out of the pool since there closing it for the weather. Wasn’t nice about it or anything, my kids literally thought they were in trouble. The room was nice but the master shower head valve is loose and if you don’t hold it still, it will fall directly to HOT. I’m not one to leave a bad review and I hate it for the owners of the condo but the property management company was not very helpful, when I asked about an extra pass before the trip. Safe to say we will not return to that resort.

Great Condo
Great Condo. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked. Large balcony. Nice view. Large pool with two Tiki bars. Not far to the beach. Only two complaints. To rent chairs on the beach you have to purchase day by day. They do not allow for weekly rental so that meant getting up early every morning to get down to ensure we have a front row. Not enough elevators for such a large building. Very long waits during peak hours. This was a benefit of being on the lower floors so that we could take the stairs when not carrying all the beach gear.

So much fun we asked for more!!!
Shores of Panama was a beautiful, very clean place to stay right on the beach. Our room was extremely clean with special extras. Loved the thick mattress pad on our bed, it was so comfy and the rocking chairs on the balcony. Loved all the beach decorations in the room too. The view from our room was amazing! Our teenagers loved the hot tub, the pools, and the ocean right out our door. Every morning I watched the pool and patio workers clean the whole pool area thoroughly. Everything was so clean! We ate at Pineapple Willy’s pier next door almost every day. We felt very safe here with security at every gate. We parked on the same floor as our room which was very nice. We didn’t have to drag our luggage all the way up and down. We truly enjoyed our stay so much that we called Michael and asked for 1 more day. He was very nice and accommodating. We want to come back here every year and stay in the same room. This place will always be a great memory for our family! Thank you!!!

The property was nice. I will not return here during spring break. The place is packed with college kids and although there is a noise ordinance the employees were able to keep up with a loud noise at night. In the mornings the beach was full of cans, bottles and all kinds of trash left behind by their college crowd.To improve our stay I would have included more than two garbage bags for five days and At least a couple beach towels. I didn’t expect to have to go shopping for garbage bags, toilet paper, and soap. Definitely not a five star property.
