The villa is now available for the first time for rentals and is luxurious and very spacious with four double bedrooms all en suite, one has a Jacuzzi bath and a dressing room another has a built in modern Sauna/shower with Jacuzzi jets, the other two bedrooms also have baths with showers, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, air con is standard throughout.
A cot and travel cot ( playpen ) is also supplied along with Internet access.

The lounge is huge and tastefully decorated with a bar and a small fridge, one large L shaped sofa plus two matching chairs and pouf, patio doors lead onto the covered patio and pool beyond, the dining area is slightly raised overlooking the main lounge, this leads onto the kitchen which is fully equipped with a new large American style fridge. The pool will be cleaned daily in the morning and takes a short time, a BBQ is alongside the pool along with a Portuguese traditional bread oven in which you could cook say a slow roast leg of lamb for example.
The garden is nice, gardeners tend it occasionally to keep it in trim.
The whole place is one big wow!
Covered car parking for two cars is by the main entrance behind closed electric gates, entry is by key fob. Although our area is very safe a 24 hour monitored burglar alarm is there to use, also a safe for your treasured pieces.
An English speaking general manager is on the estate and lives in his private area, he cannot overlook your private area nor will he intrude but should anything go awry he will get it fixed.
The villa is halfway in between Silves and Lagoa and a 10 minute drive to Carvoeiro and its lovely beach. Lagoa is a working town, its major feature is the Fatacil where annual events are held, one of the biggest is in August when they have an exhibition with over 600 stalls, selling everything from tractors to arts and crafts, lots of pop up restaurants and live music with major stars from Portugal performing.
Silves is charming with a castle overlooking the city, entry to the castle is cheap and they've different exhibits most years. Lots of restaurants are there the most famous being Rui Marisqueira, where they cook crabs, lobsters, fish and meat etc all excellent, pricey by Portuguese standards but comparable to UK menus, essential to book during peak times, closes every Tuesday, another place not to miss is Valdemar where they serve chicken piri piri that is gorgeous and nothing like Nando's but by far better, it's always full because it's so cheap and nice! Book this as well, closed Sunday. Similar chicken can be had at the Cruz restaurant a bit more expensive but more comfortable with air con and a small kiddies playground.
Carvoeiro is lovely, bustling in peak times and plenty to do for tourists both young and old, late nightlife is always an option. From the beach lots of boat trips can be hired. There are so many restaurants here that you're spoilt for choice look on Trip Advisor for what you fancy.
A one minute drive or a five minute stroll from the villa is the O'Barradas restaurant, good for fish and veal, essential again to book, closes every Wednesday.
Slide and Splash is a wonderful waterpark and just 5 minutes away, Aqualand is also good 8 minutes drive, a little further on is Zoomarine always a brilliant day out especially for those with children, look online for any of the above mentioned.
The motorway A22 is about 2 kilometres away, using it can whisk you along the whole of the Algarve to all other hotspots along the coast and even into Spain in an hour! Driving is relatively easy in Portugal with traffic nothing as bad as the UK, some roads going inland are deserted and beautiful drives can be had, in particular one going out of the back of Silves to Monchique is dramatic and beautiful, Monchique is worth a visit then carry on to the top of the mountain to Foia and see the Algarve laid out in front of you.
