The property is located in the highly acclaimed Delcanto development in Nuevo Vallarta. It is situated around 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta and its airport. The location is the ideal spot for enjoying an intimate quiet setting while still having access to Puerto Vallarta’s night life.

The area offers a variety of restaurants, sporting activities, supermarkets, shopping center, biking trails, marina and a turtle sanctuary. The concierge of Delcanto can assist you with additional information. Free Wi-Fi networks are provided at various locations throughout the property accessible in pool, lobbies and the unit has it’s own Wi-Fi network as well.

Amenities include two large pools, one with swim up bar that is heated and ocean horizon view, a kiddy pool and two hot tubs. The pool cabana offers snacks, meals and drinks pool-side and there is a bar/restaurant for dinner with room service available. Some of the recreational activities you will find at Delcanto are a golf putting area, pin-pong table, kids playground, spa with massage services, including indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. A property concierge, valet parking, and 24/7 security is always available for your peace of mind.

The unit has an ocean and pool view, it is located on the second floor and is fully furnished and equipped. The AC units with independent thermostats per room and fans on all rooms provide maximum comfort. The modern kitchen is fully functional and equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The granite counter extends to form an eating area indoors, or you can enjoy eating outdoors in the terrace on the teak dinning table while you soak in the view of the horizon. There is a charcoal grill available for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king size bed a flat panel smart TV with Internet access and Sky TV, a small desk and it’s own private bathroom. The views from the large windows in the master bedroom are of the ocean, palm trees and pool. The secondary room has 2 sets of bunk beds and its own bathroom. Both rooms have closet space and fans.

The living room has views of the pool and large glass sliding doors that access the terrace. It is furnished in relaxing colors and has a large Smart TV with Internet access, Sky TV, Blue Ray, DVD player, Bose audio system and variety board games to make your time in the shade as enjoyable as in the sun.

The unit has a complete set of linens (sheets, towels and beach towels) as well as a washer and dryer to care for your personal items. Maid service is available upon request for a small fee.

High quality condo with excellent amenities

Like our title says, this condo at Del Canto did not disappoint! It came equipped with all our cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable and fit our family of 5 very well. Communication with Margaret was easy. The restaurant on the grounds was also excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pools are clean and the swim up bar was lovely as well. The beach was clean and there were comfortable beach loungers and umbrellas put out by staff everyday. We would certainly book here again!

Beautiful condo resort community

Del Canto is a beautiful resort. Our condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools and beach area is wonderful! The grounds are meticulously well kept and maintained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Margaret answered emails very quickly and was very accommodating. If the second bedroom had a Queen or king bed,we would come back for 3 months next year.

Beautiful property! Condo was clean and fully stocked. We could not have asked for a better property for our two week vacation! We are a family of five and the condo was huge! Great layout. Also the property/area security was amazing!

Fantastic condo!

The condo was amazing, my kids wanted to move there. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything including toys for the kids at the beach/pool. The condo amenities were fantastic, everything was clean and safe. The staff was always so helpful and attentive. We would walk down the street to try other restaurants. Would definitely recommend for your stay- we will be back!

Just as we’d hoped... no, better.

Brought my wife and two kids (12, 9) for a week of relaxing fun. The room and facility look just as they do in the pictures, if not better. Lovely condo and beautiful resort, particularly handsome at sunset. The staff at Delcanto is absolutely superb. Very good communication from Margaret. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Three week get away

We were very happy with the property. The only negatives were the noise of construction at this property and on check in our room wasn't ready. My suggestion on making this rental better would be a better equipped kitchen and a user manual for operation of the unit and general info on living here.

We LOVED it!

We enjoyed our spring break with our three kids (10, 7, and 7) at this location. It was lovely! The condo was set up perfectly for our family with the bunk beds and two bathrooms. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and found many wonderful restaurants in the area to enjoy for lunch and dinner. After traveling to Hawaii in past years, we found the prices of groceries, drinks, and restaurants to be a steal! The on site bar/restaurant had tasty margaritas and large plates of guacamole and chips that we loved. The beach is gorgeous and much quieter than other areas to the north and south. The unit had two boogie boards and sand toys that our kids enjoyed using. The two pools are gorgeous and never were very busy either. The pool and beach areas both have large umbrellas for when you need a break from the sun. The on-site spa offers 60 minute massages for $30. We had a rental car and the free parking was easy to access. We drove into Puerto Vallarta on our last day before we caught our flight for a late lunch. It was chaotic and it made us really appreciate the serenity of this place!

Totally satisfied with everything about our condo and the property.!

The staff at the DelCanto are the best we have ever come across . We have been renting condos now for several years in various places. We felt welcome, they showed us warm hospitality from the moment we arrived until we left and we felt safe and secure. They were helpful with anything we asked of them. Getting us taxis, telling us about restaurants, informing us about the buses, groceries and so on. Pepie and his crew awesome! The restaurant staff as well were very accommodating, and the dinners on Tuesday night were the best meals of our vacation. David and staff...awesome as well! Margaret's condo is very clean and organized well. Its lovely in fact. It had everything we needed by way of nice dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, lots of tea towel and dish cloths...and so on! We took friends with us that had never been to Mexico before. They loved every single moment! They kept saying it was their best vacation, never been so relaxed, and the condo itself set the whole ambiance for them. My husband and I agree! We hardly used the air conditioner because we had such a nice breeze flowing through at night . The only thing we missed was a hair blower and a second key. Having dealt with Margaret I am sure once she reads that last sentence she will be right on it! Thank you Margaret and staff we will be back.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this Condo. The property was fantastic and we felt it was perfectly situated. Quiet yet close to many restaurants , groceries ect. Taxis were readily available and walking to Bucerias either on the beach or the front walking path a easy 30 to 45 min walk. The 2 weeks prior to Christmas it was extremely slow while owners defiantly show up for Christmas week. Although it was very full that week, we always found chairs at one of the pools and staff kept up with the same service and cleaning as when it was just us at the pool. The project although its completely private owner condos, the property is definitely 5 star service much like a hotel. The unit is as advertised. We found everything we needed and very comfortable for a long stay. The unit is not brand new but well cared for. The kitchen was well supplied for a longer stay for 4 people and everything work great. Beds were great, Tv we never really used but seems like it pretty basic ( we used a HDMI Cable on computer to watch movie on Netflix) Wifi was good until Christmas week ( not condo issue more area related slowness ) A/C kept up extremely well. The few minor issues we had were delt with via Whats app with Margaret extremely quick. Margaret kept in contact as needed and was quick with any responses to questions or needs through out our booking and stay. I would say a few pointers for future guests ( and I defiantly think you should stay here if reading this ) Read the property rules before you get on site. Bring good Can coozies Bring a good insulated cup if you like to mix your own beverage down to the pool Large Water jugs are available from the bell staff for minimal cost Bring some reusable bags for groceries and maybe a soft cooler Ask to have your taxi use the first side gate instead of the main lobby when you have groceries to load up to the condo Wifi seems to work only in unit or Main lobby Screen shot your restaurant address or map for taxis

Perfect condo for a family

Delcanto is a beautiful complex....well maintained with lovely pools and a gorgeous beach that is quiet. This condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 3-year olds. There were beach toys and a boogie board plus a large cooler and a bunch of games. Great things to find there as you don’t want to travel with all that. Unfortunately the construction of building “F” started not long before we arrived and it was very noisy, especially the jackhammers. They work on the building Monday to Friday 8 am -7 pm , Saturday 8-3. No work on Sunday. Once that building is finished it will once again be a beautiful quiet place to stay. The owner warned us about the construction shortly before our stay and offered to let us cancel but we had 2 condos rented so decided to stay as planned. We were only given one key to the condo initially but after contacting the owner we were provided a second key which was very helpful. Food at the pool bar is very good and reasonable. All the staff At Delcanto were very friendly and helpful. Our 60 minute massages were excellent. We would definitely return!

The property was beautiful and contemporary.

Are stay was very good and we had no issues at all, property was immaculate and service was so awesome the people were courtiuos and very nice, everything was so clean and well maintained, I really liked the the property it is very modern and contemporary, pools were beautiful and clean. I have one sugestion for the blinds on living room and master bedroom, they need more privacy we noticed that at night when lights are on inside you can see through from the outside so anyone can see you inside the bedroom, this is an easy fix and not a big issue to resolve but privacy is a big thing for me and my family. I will definitely come back to this property and rent from Margaret Moreno again she is a wonderful person with a great heart, she took all my calls and text messages even late at night, she is a Pro. Del Canto Nuevo Vallarta is a 100% recomended place. Thank you all for such a great vacation and thank you Margaret for your awesome service and quick response to my questions and needs. Absolutely perfect!!

We had an amazing stay in this property! The pictures did not do the condo justice. It was clean, had everything you need and had lovely decor. Margaret was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The entire property is so clean, safe and peaceful and the staff are amazing! We will be back!

Excellent location and host

The oceanfront condo is a dream come true. You enjoy all the amenities of a home plus the excellent service of a first class hotel. From the moment that we arrived until we left, from the front desk to restaurants, security people were the friendliest. Nailed it!

Oceanfront condo delivered everything we expected! it has every amenity anyone could need. My husband and I kicked back, enjoyed the sound of the surf from the beach, the pool and walked the beach to Bucerias - just to change things ups a bit. We only wished we could have stayed longer Pepe and the condo staff are very helpful as soon as you arrive. We were instantly comfortable in the surroundings. This condo has both luxury and simplicity to help weary travellers get the idea immediately! Margaret, the owner, was prompt in all correspondence, provided information prior to our arrival to make navigating from airport a breeze. Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Wayne & Norma

Amazing place on the beach!!

Wow, this condo is spectacular!! This was our very first vacation in Mexico and we were beyond thrilled with our accommodations; the condo itself and the whole property have such a wonderful and relaxing vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lovely terrace and by both of the large most beautiful pools that we've ever seen and the views are breathtaking. The condo is gorgeous, well appointed and spacious. We just loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Margaret, the owner was great to work with. Being our first time in Mexico, we had lots of questions and she answered them quickly and in great detail. The staff here was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. And we really enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar by the pool. Everything is so clean and well looked after. It is evident that all the staff here works very hard and was definitely impressive and much appreciated. My husband gave me an A+ for finding us this gem and said in all of the years that he's known me that he has never seen me so relaxed and that is saying a lot. Anyone that is considering staying here, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed. In fact it may be one of the nicest places you will ever stay. Thank you so much Margaret, we will definitely be back and next time, guaranteed it will be for longer than a week.

Great stay!!

This was a great stay! Very clean, property looks just as beautiful as the pictures. The condo is very accommodating with nice kitchen and bathrooms. Condo staff helps with taxi's, has great food and service, massage spa, clean pools, etc. Area is close to lots of adventures and a beautiful view of the beach and accessibility. Just don't get sucked into a time share discussion when you get off the plan at the airport for resorts like Vidanta!!!

Beautiful & Restful Getaway

If you want to live by your own schedule while on vacation, this is the perfect place for you! My family of 4 stayed in this lovely condo that sleeps 6, but this place would also be great for singles or couples without children. This condo is located just 20 minutes form PVR airport, and less than 2 minutes from shopping and dining by car. The condo had more than everything we needed to be comfortable during our 7 day stay, complete with beautiful grounds, sea turtle sanctuary, and a private beachfront. The owners were really organized and prepared to have the condo and on-site staff ready for our stay. As you walk into the modernized condo, you are immediately greeted by the large portrait windows that frame beautiful tropical trees and plants, surrounding one of the two massive serene pools found on site of Del Canto. The patio came with an outdoor dining table and grill, which made for great family dinners during our stay. The grounds of Del Canto left nothing to be desired. Del Canto has two beautiful pools, one which has a swim up bar that serves lunch and light snacks daily. One of the infinity pools was the perfect place to watch beachgoers, boats, and tourists enjoy the sun. The staff on site were all very friendly and ready to assist. The beach was very pristine and private to only those staying at Del Canto. Because this is not a hotel and most condos were unoccupied, we felt like we were on a private island. Even in the middle of the summer, most days we shared the beach with only a few families and the neighbors were very quiet. This was our first visit in this condo, which was very memorable, but certainly it is not the last visit!
