Brand new (2023) very large 1 Br/1 Ba Villa with a private pool, easy walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and amenities of West Bay Beach. Large bedroom with King size bed, ample closet space and LED tv. A/C units in bedroom and main living area.55” LED tv in main living room.High speed (125mps) mesh wifi system. Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and full size fridge. Beautiful house with soaring ceilings and Caribbean chic design. The Villa is a short walk (4-5-minutes) to a Center West Bay beach access (between Henry Morgan Resort and Argentian Grill). Enjoy the bustle of West Bay beach and the solitude of this private oasis. We also have a golf cart on site available (small fee) upon request. Guests of the villa will also receive special discounts at the beach restaurant at the wnd of our street.

We are A Canadian couple from the Toronto area. We always dreamed of owning a place in Roatan and took the leap in March 2021. We renamed the property Casa Familia because our dream included family vacations with our 5 children. We are both professionals, I am in business management and Renee is a television host. So we have busy lives and want a place to decompress, for us that place is Casa Familia. The villa is our latest improvement to the property, we had a lot of couples who loved the location and the original Casa Familia but they only need one bedroom so this is our solution!

Such close (walking) proximity to West Bay Beach proper (access between Henry Morgan and Argentinian Grill) with the added benefit of a private pool. This is a very rare find in West Bay.
The Villa @ Casa Familia offers refined features with classic Caribbean chic. You can enjoy the action of the beach, water taxi to the West End or simply laze around your own, large infinty edge pool. You are close to all the restaurants, bars, dive shops and other amenities that West Bay Beach has to offer.
The house has its own laundry, 2 a/c units, mesh wifi system, gas grill and well stocked kitchen.
The Villa @ Casa Familia offers refined features with classic Caribbean chic. You can enjoy the action of the beach, water taxi to the West End or simply laze around your own, large infinty edge pool. You are close to all the restaurants, bars, dive shops and other amenities that West Bay Beach has to offer.

We have an excellent mid-beach access point. There are chairs for guests at the beach entrance (for use on the public beach) or Casa Familia guests can enjoy complementary beach loungers at Beachers restaurant (about a 1 minute walk from the beach access) (sometimes a $5 charge Tuesday-Thursday during cruise ship days).
There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance, our favorites include:
Beachers - (see above) Famous Monday night lobster special and the best coconut shrimp on the beach. 2 for 1 drink specials during the day til 6:00 PM.
Gula - Located at our beach entrance. Varied menu but specializes in Italian wood fired pizzas and pastas. Guests of Casa Familia receive a substantial discount here (just let us know when you're planning to go). They also offer a selection of southern Italian wines that are the best value for wine that we've found on the island.
Totally Taco, Nice n' Spicy and Hangover Hut all offer casual fare at very reasonable prices.
More upscale options at Argentinian Grill, Oasis, Maxim's (west end) and Ibagari.
We can help arrange airport or ferry terminal transfers, or car rentals if you like.
The majority of our guests do not rent cars.
