Tämä moderni huvila on täysin ilmastoitu, paitsi jos todettiin. Neljässä makuuhuoneessa on parivuode, joista toisessa on ylimääräinen sänky. Viides makuuhuoneessa on yhden hengen sänky, eikä sitä ole ilmastoitu. (Lisäilmavuoteita on saatavana.)
Pohjakerroksessa, joka on itsenäinen, on suihkuhuone WC: llä, keittiö (jääkaappi mukaan lukien) yhden hengen sänky ja futon / parivuode. Ihanteellinen teini-ikäisille tai muille perheenjäsenille, jotka ehkä haluavat yksityisyyttä. Pohjakerros ei ole ilmastoitu.
Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin oleskelutila, jossa on huippuluokan keittiö, josta on upeat näkymät rannikolle.
Siellä on iso terassi, joka on täydellinen ulkona ruokailuun ja 42 tuuman satelliittitelevisio, Bulgarian satelliitti, joka sisältää Discovery- ja CNN-uutiskanavat ja urheilun.
Toisessa kerroksessa on myös suihkuhuone, wc, pesutupa ja kahden hengen huone.
Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella. Se avautuu suurelle terassille, josta on panoraamanäkymät merelle. On vielä yksi kahden hengen huone, iso terassi ja lisäksi kahden hengen huone, parveke ja yksi makuuhuone. Kahdessa kahden hengen huoneessa on ylimääräisiä sänkyjä.
Kaikissa ikkunoissa on hyttysverkot. Kaikissa huoneissa on ilmastointi paitsi kellarikerroksessa oleva oleskelutila ja pieni yhden hengen huone. Näissä huoneissa on faneja.
2019 on seitsemäs kausi, jota Villa Elysia on vuokrattavissa. Vuonna 2011 valmistunut puutarha kasvaa edelleen nopeasti, osittain automaattisen kastelujärjestelmän ansiosta.
Lähin kivinen ranta on 100 metrin päässä, lähimmät hiekkarannat ovat Apolonnia ja Kavatsi, jotka ovat 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, tai voit saada kiinni leikkijunan, joka kulkee tunneittain. Harmanite-ranta Sozopolissa on 2 km (20 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä), taas lelujuna vie sinut sinne.
Kaksi erinomaista ravintolaa ovat 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä huvilasta, Chaika Seafood -ravintola (Далян Чайка) ja ensiluokkainen ravintola lähellä olevassa Anel Art -kompleksissa.

Beautiful place

Great armament and lots of space to enjoy and relax. Staff was super helpful. Shops are 2km away so car would be great during stay.

Fantastic Villa!!!

The Villa was perfect. Very spacious, clean, good air on and a beautiful clean swimming pool. The views over the sea are amazing. I would highly recommend this villa. Nice restaurant one minute walk away and a couple of bars. 5 min drive to beautiful beach. 5 stars from us

Wspaniały wypoczynek

Dom fantastyczny. Spełnił wszelkie oczekiwania. Na żywo jeszcze lepszy niż na zdjęciach. Przy dużej grupie (12 osób) nie było ciasno. W domu wszelkie udogodnienia (kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, pralka, suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko, środki czystości itp.). Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju. Basen bardzo przyjmy, woda czysta. Widok z okna wspaniały. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Właściciel w pierwszym dniu udzielił niezbędnych i wyczerpujących informacji. Nie było potrzeby kolejnych kontaktów. Ludzie do obsługi domu (ogrodnik, człowiek od basenu) bardzo dyskretni. Dom polecam w 100%.

It’s a great property with a large pool and fantastic view. Air conditioning is great shower rooms spacious and everything works well. The area around the house lacks a bar or two but as 90% of the visitors seem to be Bulgarian maybe they don’t have the tendency to use one. Lovely old town in Sozopol it’s self with plenty of casual dining

Absolutely amazing

We were really impressed with the villa. Extremely clean, very well furnished and kitted out and in a lovely location. All windows and doors had built in mosquito nets too, so you could leave the doors and windows open without fear of uninvited guests entering! The pool is a great size. We stayed as a party of 7 and all easily fitted in the pool without a problem. A great view overlooking the sea is glorious. There is a self contained ground floor section with its own bedroom, bathroom, fridge and tumble drier. Excellent if you have a teen that wants their own space. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area is a great size, with a balcony, bedroom and bathroom on this level too. Upstairs are a further 4 bedrooms, one with ensuite, and a central bathroom. Air con all round too if needed. Sozopol was lovely, a very nice area of Bulgaria that didn't feel touristy at all during May half term. We'd also highly recommend Restaurant Doctor in Sozopol old town for dinner. A special thanks to Mitko who came and met us in Sozopol when we couldn't find the villa when we arrived. He answered any questions we had about taxis and the local area. He was a true gentleman. We really couldn't find any fault here and would highly recommended to anyone booking.

Fantastic Villa With Amazing Views

This is our second stay in the area and this Villa didn’t disappoint. The property is well maintained and the team looking after it are very helpful,/polite and we’re there to help where needed even with advise on things to do in the locality. Lovely clean pool and the views from the terrace are simply amazing. The villa is located in a quiet area which suited us as we have young children with us. The main beach is just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants at either side of the villa and a small pebble beach to the right of the villa as you look about to sea. This is accessed through the restaurant and is great for snorkelling and is safe for kids. There’s a lovely small bar again to the right of the villa on the main road with great views out over the ocean. I would highly recommend a stay here and we with be back again.

Great place

Stayed here with my family of 4 children. We all loved it here. The villa has everything you need, the pool is crystal clear, outside areas well maintained and has good WiFi for the children and amazing views. Great communication, very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed. Just a word to the wise on hiring cars. We booked a 6 seater through Discover Cars, the car was a wreck which broke down and had done 250000kms. The replacement had the same mileage and barely made it. Burgas airport is not like western airports with many car hire companies based there. There are none, so it's hit and miss. I would recommend you speak to Elizabeth as car hire is available from the villa.

The stay at Villa Elysia July 2022

The property was fine. The pool was deep on both sides(1.7m - 2m) which creates an obstacle if you have little kids. The night lights inside the pool stopped working after day 1 and when I asked about it, I was told I have to fix it myself because the the guys in charge of the house live in Burgas and couldn't come out to fix it ( it's 30 miles from Sozopol). The view is spectacular but you have to drive to the nearest beach, because there is NO little train that comes by to pick you up and the nearest beach Apolonia is a good 2 miles away on a busy street, and we ended up going to the Golden Fish beach and campground. It's the cleanest beach around. The worst thing about the villa was the septic tank. On a windy day, you can be swimming in the pool and out of nowhere you smell this horrid stench because the septic was 15 feet away from the pool in the front yard of the villa. Parking sucks. There is room for 2 vehicles and its at 30 degree incline. Neighbours and other random people park outside the villa's gates so you have to be creative on getting out of the driveway. I would be looking elsewhere next year, possibly in Greece

Wonderful villa, wonderful stay

We highly recommend Villa Elysia for anyone looking for a place in the beautiful coast of Bulgaria. As has been noted by previous reviews, the villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. The seaview from both the pool and indoors and terraces is breathtaking. We spent 2,5 weeks in villa Elysia and could not get enough of the place. The air conditioning is very well functioning. The pool is really nice, clean and spacious. But perhaps above all, what made our stay really special was the hospitality of Mitko and George, they were extremely helpful, caring and it was very easy to communicate with them, as well as with Elizabeth early on before the stay. There is something special about this Sozopol area, and during our weeks in the end of June and early July it was not crowded at all, so it was wonderful to explore the area. A special recommendation for the restaurant Doctor's house in the northern side of the old town, the most spectacular seafront location and the food was one of the best we've had. There are several great beaches nearby (within a few minutes of car-ride), search for your own favourite as they all have a different vibe and character to them, as well as different kind of sand (if you have kids interested in sand-play). Through the nearby fish restaurant you can access a beach from which you can do a short swim or snorkel to access a small secluded beach. Thank you Elizabeth, Mitko and George, for a truly wonderful stay!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Die Villa ist sehr groß und entspricht den Bildern vollkommen. Sie ist sauber und gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Decken, etc..). Egal ob im Pool, auf der Terrasse oder auf den Balkonen - der Ausblick aufs Meer ist jeden Tag aufs Neue atemberaubend schön! (Wir konnten ebenfalls Delfine beobachten). Der Pool ist groß, tief und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Der Strand ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch schön. Die Guides kümmerten sich sehr gut um uns und waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, holten uns vom Flughafen ab und brachten uns dort wieder hin - dazu gab‘s noch einen Van für die Woche (für 7 Personen) - das nenne ich Service! Wir sparten uns Dank ihnen viel Stress. Die Villa ist wärmstens zu empfehlen, wir werden sie wieder buchen!

Wärmstens zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Sozopol verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Einrichtung tip top und eine sehr schöne Sicht auf die umliegenden Hänge und das Meer. Einfach traumhaft! Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Villa ausreichend Platz bietet, um nicht aufeinander zu sitzen. Es gibt ein großes schönes Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches Fernsehzimmer. Die drei von uns benutzten Schlafzimmer sind gut verteilt im Haus. Es gab alles, was das Herz im Urlaub begehrt: eine große Terrasse, getrennter voll ausgestatteter Grillbereich und ein Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Die Villa ist sehr sorgfältig und schön ausgestattet, natürlich sehr sauber. Der sehr freundliche und extrem hilfsbereite Betreuer tat alles, um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wir können einen Urlaub in der Villa auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wir waren hier sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal !!!!!! Vielen Dank, liebe Elisabeth, liebe Maja und lieber Mitko!

Netter empfang, das war's aber auch schon. Wir mussten u.a. unterschreiben, dass wir keine papiertücher in's Klo werfen. Ist ok.,machen wir in Deutschland auch nicht. Nach da. 10 Tagen kam im erdgeschoss Meersand hoch. Wir haben Bescheid gegeben, da hiess es auf einmal, kein Toilettenpapier einwerfen. Wieso nur Meersand hoch kam, obwohl wir nicht einmal am Strand waren, es war viel zu windig und kalt, wurde uns nicht gesagt.wir haben Kopien von den Vorschriften was wir unterschrieben haben, da ist keine Rede von Toilettenpapier. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich eine Woche vorher in Bulgarien war und da gab es keinerlei Einschränkungen bzgl Toilette. Wir waren dann mit drei Kindern fast einen Tag u d Nacht sowieso oh e Wasser. Das war nicht das erstemal, als wir ankamen, war der Pool halb leer und die Pumpe ausgeschaltet. Erst auf unsere bitte hin wurde er einige Tage später gereinigt und die Pumpe angeschlossen. Da waren wir auch ein Parr stünden- ohne dass uns Bescheid gegeben wurde - ohne Wasser. Wir würden Einfach nur niedergemacht und die Leute sind ohne Ankündigung in's Bad gegangen, wo meine enkeltochter auf der Toilette sass. Das geht gar nicht. Zum Schluss wurde meinem Schwiegersohn noch gesagt, wir sollten uns ruhig verhalten, sonst bekämen wir eine schlechte Bewertung. Wir waren gerade zuhause, da Kam schon die mitteilung, dass die Kaution einbehalten wird. Machen Sie sich selbst ein Urteil, wir können die Angaben aufgrund von Fotos belegen. Für mich ist das Abzocke u d nie wider!,,,

A fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at hotel Elysia. The villa was everything we imagined and more. Very clean & spacious with breathtaking panoramic views from most rooms in the villa. All mod cons & all rooms were clean & bright. The outside space & pool area was more than enough & the pool was lovely & deep. Would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed although hiring a car is a must which you can do through George. He was very helpful & due to us arriving late at night made sure we had stuff for breakfast the 1st morning. 5* all the way & i shall be returning. Well done all involved with this wonderful villa

Du bon et du moins bon

Cette maison ne peut accueillir que 8 couchages confortables pour adulte. Après, c'est inconfortable. Beaucoup de choses sont rouillées ou défaillantes: ampoules, parasols, transats. Certains sanitaires sont un peu moisis. Les photos n'affichent pas la maison qui coupe la vue de la plage et qui vient de sortir de terre. On est couchés à 3 mètres des voisins au bord de la piscine, sans même une haie pour briser la vue. La maison a trop de vieux meubles appartenant au propriétaire. Accessoires de réfrigérateurs cassés Les plus: La piscine et sa maintenance La vue sur la baie Les balcons des grandes chambres La cuisine bien équipée Les pelouses Cette maison est TROP CHERE de mon point de vue, pour le standard offert. A fortiori en Bulgarie.

Perfekte Ferienvilla !!! Einfach ein Traum !

Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 11 Erwachsenen und konnten uns in dieser tollen Villa super erholen! Der Pool mit dieser Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön ! Die Villa war sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht ! Wir waren alle sehr begeistert und können dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen !!! 5 Sterne

I bought the land in 2005. I wanted to build a detached villa that was not crowded cheek by jowel into a resort complex. I wanted a spacious open-plan interior maximising the spectacular sea views. I also wanted to be near beaches but in a quiet area. The villa took 5 years to build and was completed in 2013.

The villa has panoramic sea views and tranquility even in peak season. Near sandy beaches and the historic town of Old Sozopol which is authentically Bulgarian with a fascinating history. Children and particularly teenagers they will be delighted with the summertime activities in the Sozopol new town which is humming with activities from late June to September - nightclubs and discos, street food and fair ground amusements. There is a highly recommended Aqua Park in nearby town Primorsko. A Lidl supermarket opened in February 2018 less than a mile from the villa.
