Kaunis asunto, joka on valmistettu alkuperäisestä 49 m2 peruskorjauksesta alakerran sisäpihalle päin, kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta.

Se koostuu:
- Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa mikroaaltouuni, pesukone, astianpesukone, jääkaappi, liesi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, teekannu ja kaikki mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon.
- Olohuone, jossa 140 cm: n vuodesohva 2 hengelle, sohvapöytä, HD-TV, internet ja säilytysyksikkö
- Ruokailutila, jossa iso pöytä ja 6 tuolia
- Ensimmäinen makuuhuone pihalle päin 160 * 200 cm-vuode, kaapit ja yöpöytä.
- Kylpyhuone suihkulla
- Toinen makuuhuone lasikatolla olohuoneessa, 140 * 200cm sänky
- toinen moderni kylpyhuone, jossa suihku ja pesuallas ja WC.

Liinavaatteet tarjotaan. Puhelinta ei ole.

Marais-alue on yksi viehättävimmistä pääkaupungissa, ja siellä on monia leipomoja, leivonnaisia, kahviloita, ravintoloita, muotiliikkeitä, erikoistuneita ja laadukkaita ruokia, vaikka asunto onkin täysin hiljainen. Pariisin löytämiseksi voit kävellä Notre Damen, Picasso-museon, Place des Vosgesin, Seine-rantojen, Pompidou-keskuksen, Louvren jne. Metron ja RER: n ansiosta voit käydä koko Pariisissa ja sen alueella.

Great stay in a central secure location

Excellent location

I will definitely rent the property again. The location and courtyard are incredible. The flat itself is was a great size for myself and two friends. The only downside was the bathroom sink was too large and blocked access to the toilet and shower. Overall definitely a five-star experience!

Smaller than expected but cozy

The property was smaller than expected considering the cost. The gentleman during the check in process was great and friendly. The other thing that was frustrating was that there was only one toilet. For a family of 4 this was kind of a pain but for a couple it should be ok.

Fantastic home base in great neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our family stay in Paris. It was comfortable and quiet and had room for us to relax together. The bathroom is extremely small but the shower was good. The street and neighborhood are perfect, as if out of a movie set.

Perfect location

A wonderful place to stay in Paris. We traveled with small children and felt the property and neighborhood were safe and well-suited to families. All the comforts of home are provided. Our host promptly responded to our inquiries. We would stay here again.

Great location

The location was fantastic. Our host met us at the unit to explain everything. We didn’t realize that there was only one toilet between the 2 bathrooms so that was a bit inconvenient for the 4 of us sharing the unit. Otherwise it was great!

Only one toilet and it’s barely useable

Coming from out of the country we didn’t have reliable cell service and we relied on the previously emailed check in instructions. We arrived and waited for 40 minutes on the busy sidewalk with all of our luggage. After a half hour someone let us inside the gate so the last ten minutes we were off the busy sidewalk which we were thankful for. When he finally got there to let us in he was rude to my husband because we didnt have cell service and he was unapologetic for being late. The bedrooms are tiny. One bedroom had a shower-only bathroom that was smaller than an RV bathroom. I had to leave the door open and leave my clothes on a table outside the door. The other bathroom was off the living room and included a shower and a toilet with a sink that is LITERALLY in your lap as you’re sitting on the toilet. I have a bad knee and sitting and standing with the sink overlapping the toilet made it very hard. Be aware, if you’re very big you will not be able to use this bathroom. Even drying off after taking a shower in that bathroom is very difficult. The washer dryer takes four hours to dry a load. This is not an exaggeration. The apartment was mostly clean. However the floor was filthy. Also in the bedroom we used there was a large mold spot on the wall. So if you’re sensitive to mold beware. The neighborhood was perfect. Great shopping and an amazing bakery across the street. Best bread ever.

Appartement idéalement situé à 2 pas de Beaubourg. Vue sur cour intérieure, en rez de chaussée donc pas très lumineux. Les seules fenêtres que l'on peut ouvrir en oscillo battant donnent sur une courette glauque avec dépôt de matériel cassé.(vieil echafaudage...) Une chambre est borgne. Le coin toilettes est minuscule (à deconseiller aux personnes de forte corpulence). Comme il est impossible d'aérer, une odeur d'humidité prenante et incommodante a persisté pendant 2jours. Le lave vaisselle était extrêmement sale et ne sèche pas ( a changer). Cafetiere hors d'état d'usage. Le tarif me semble trop élevé pour la prestation! Nous ne louerons plus cet appartement

Nice location, but less than pleased with the hosts

I'll start with the good things - perfect location, especially for people loving walking in the city. Furniture is new and beds are comfortable. The main room (shown on the first picture) is cozy and enough for 5 people to have good time. But those hidden fees, are just a deal breaker. Maybe they are allowed by HomeAway, maybe they are not - but a fee for Sunday check out (which consisted of us leaving the keys at the table), sound stupid. Another small fee for toilet paper and garbage bags (which are not more than 2-3 EUR in the nearby shop), and even more scandalous - a charge for 3 small bottles of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner (around 3 times the actual price of said items)... Another thing that surprised us was that the two bathrooms are exactly... two bathrooms (which means that you have two showers and one toilet, not ideal for 5 people, since you use the shower once daily and the toilet much more ;)). Both of them are really small, its almost hard to use it. And one of the rooms doesn't have a window (it has a vent on the ceiling, but no fan) and some kind of small niche next to the wardrobe, that has a staircase full of mold and fungus and quite smelly.

Stained Upholstrey and dirty floors. Smell of mold from the ground. No fresh air.

The place is moldy and windows do not open. The 2 that open a crack is exposed to garbage, debri. There are bugs in the sink. My host was impatient and rude in his first greeting. Never answered my distressed text. Always informing me that he was burdened by my presence . I will never come here

Gorgeous apartment in the best place in city!

The apartment was modern, beautiful, and clean. Our family of four was very comfortable staying here, the management company was very easy to work with and accessible. It was quiet, the beds were big and comfortable, and the showers were great (lots of hot water and good water pressure). And, we loved the street and location of the apt, a minute walk to the Pompidou. The apartment is surrounded by great cafes, shops, restaurants, and once you enter the courtyard, you are in a private haven. We would stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends!

Charming apt

Loved the apt. Loved the neighborhood. Very convienient to everything. Metro, museums , shopping, restaurants, markets. Great patisserie right next door. Apt was smallish but manageable. Better for 4 people than 6.

Loved the location, no stairs, quiet.

I was aware of the one small bathroom and the inconvenience that it could cause for 5 people when I rented. Fortunately we were only two people after all. The showers were well sized for Europe with plenty of hot water. The high cieling in the main room made it seem more spacious and the bedrooms a little cramped but adequate. Very little closet space but enough for two. We were an older couple and probably had more cloths than some. It would be nice if there were instructions in several languages to run the washer and oven. I'm not clever with those things to begin with so ended up not cooking or doing laundry in the apartment, which I would have liked to have done. The agents / owners were always helpful with good communication and I could have called them but was too busy enjoying Paris. You would never need to cook anyway. There is every conceivable prepared food right outside the front door. This was my third apartment rental in Europe and in this price category they are comparable. The TV, wifi, wine glasses, exc. were all good. refrigerator and freezer good. I would rent it again, as the good points outweighed the small inconveniences I've mentioned. Also "Agnes" the contact upon arrival was right on time and very helpful.

such a lively place in the heart of the coolest part of Paris!

We loved it that the apartment was located on the first floor. It was so convenient for my family of four with all of our rolling luggage bags. The apartment was meticulously clean and tidy. It was a perfect spot for us to enjoy all of Paris. The location was superb for shopping, sightseeing and dining. We walked to Les Halls, Norte Dame and the amazing Jewish history museum- a must see. Oddly enough there was a brand-new burger restaurant which had just opened up right outside the apartment gates...it was one of the best hamburgers I have ever had. Leave it to the French! I heartily recommend this Vrbo to anyone traveling to Paris. One more note: The foldout sofa in the living room was also very comfortable and spacious. We would stay here again.

Clean,comfortable and convenient !

Very clean, modern and in great central location comfortable beds, good for short term city visit as there is no view and hard to open any windows for air. Manager very helpful in meeting is even with our flight late, overall good experience would recommend.

Great rental for families in the heart of Marais

We loved our stay at the Bulle apartment. The location Is hard to beat, one block from Rambuteau metro stop, with plenty of boulangeries and shops nearby, as well as a Franprix just two doors down. The apartment itself was spacious enough for our family of four, with very comfortable beds and great shower (including convenient handheld for kiddos). Washing machine and dishwasher were also very helpful. Thanks to Anthony for waiting for us to arrive after being late due to horribly long line at customs.

Bella casa, a piano terra senza le ripide scale parigine! Eravamo due coppie, ci siamo trovati molto bene, una unica precisazione ci sono due docce e due lavandini, ma un solo wc. Posizione strategica, ad un passo dalla fermata della metro, una quantità di negozi e ristoranti nel giro di 100 metri da avere l'imbarazzo della scelta. Essere nel cuore di Parigi, dormendo nel silenzio di un cortile interno. Se torneremo a Parigi in 4 o 6 persone ci torneremo. Appartamento pulito e corrispondente alle foto, per gli standar parigi gli spazi sono comodi. Anthony che è venuto a portarci le chiavi a mezzanotte è stato gentilissimo e molto professionale, per lui e tutta l'agenzia non si può che dare ottime opinioni, cortesi, veloci, professionali e gentilissimi.

Nice apartment in convenient location

My family with 2 children stayed at Bulle apartment in June 2016. The apartment is very clean, modern, with latest appliances all in good working condition. Beds are very comfortable. Showers have both overhead shower head and handheld shower wand -- nice for children. The location is ideal both for those who like to walk as well as those interested in taking subway places. It is a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame/Isle Saint Louis and 20 minute walk to the Louvre and Jardin de Toulieres. Just a 5 minute walk to the main area of Marais with shops and restaurants. The subway stop is literally a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is located inside the courtyard of a building making it very quiet. Only sounds you hear are those of people in other apartments coming and going. The neighborhood is lively, with patisseries, boulangeries,, charcuteries, cafes, grocery stores, book stores, gift shops and even a movie theater. You really feel that you are a part of the local culture as you step out of the courtyard on to the street. Highly recommend the "Bull Dog" Brassiere just next door for dinner. Service is great, they speak English, and meal was excellent. The staff arrange a car to transport us from CDG airport to the apartment the day we arrived. The transport was there on time, took us to the apartment. There was a bit of confusion regarding who was going to meet us, but we were able to reach someone immediately in the office and in the end we waited only about 15 minutes. We also arranged transport back to CDG airport for our departure and again the driver arrived on time and was very helpful. One drawback is the bathroom with the toilet. Very narrow bathroom and the location of the sink is just a few inches from the toilet, requiring you to sort of maneuver yourself around the sink when you sit on the toilet. A bit awkward, but we got used to it. For someone who is very tall, might be a problem, however.
