Great place for vacay!

Really loved the pool and hot tub. Nice house that can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Also loved that it had four bathrooms.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation was great, had a few issues, like no propane in grill called they came right out, had a from a repairman with no notice. There were not too many necessities(cookware,ect..)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and dock for boat rentals is satisfactory. Home was large enough and provided enough space for our group. The pool and deck space was great, but the hot tub needed to be serviced(We let the property management know). Thankfully it was summer and didn't need it. Kitchen is well stocked for you beach/boat getaway (FYI there is both a 10 cup coffee maker and a Keurig machine for the coffee drinkers as the property description is not specific on those appliances). Would stay again!

An OK Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this house 3 years ago and it’s evident it has not been maintained. We’ve been to Marco 6 years and this was our worst experience. The shower curtains have stains/are dirty. There were stains on the master bathroom mat, as well as the dining room chairs. One of the first floor bathrooms had black gunk around the shower door so we didn’t use it. The showers overall were not clean. We received a text message about the noise level being too high at 9 in the morning when the landscapers were caring for the property. The pool has missing some tiles and spackling. The hammock was ripped upon arrival so we replaced it so we had something to use. I would be disappointed if I was the owner of this property and the lack of maintenance.

Wonderful stay on Marco Island

The house provided a wonderful vacation! The pool area was great and the kids had a blast! The owners thought of everything. We always bring our beach chairs, but they didn't even make it out of the car. No need...beach chairs are in the garage. One of my sons forgot to bring his fishing poles, but they even had 2 of those to use. The only thing that could have been better is the air conditioning in the lower 2 bedrooms. I didn't see a thermostat downstairs and those rooms stayed a bit warm, but hey...it was 100 degrees outside. It was tolerable! We rented a boat and made use of the canal and dock as well. If you have been to Marco, you already know this but this was our first time....Beach access for those not staying in a beach side condo or hotel is not very kid friendly. You have to park across the street and walk...and walk. But we came to this house because we wanted to be on the canal and explore the islands. One sort of disappointing thing about that was the boat rental place required you to stay on a boat route, but I understand why. Inexperienced boaters would run aground and I'm sure that happens frequently! Overall...a great vacation! We would come back again.

perfect for our family of 7 plus grandparents plus dog

Reviewer Comments: This rental home was a great fit for our stay in Marco - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was just fantastic, plus the little play room worked as a "bedroom" for our youngest kiddo. The management is great, responsive, and highly communicative about expectations and reminders for trash day, the noise restrictions for Marco, etc. Would highly recommend for family and friends looking to stay in this area. The only deduction in stars for cleanliness was regarding some spider webs high up in corners, likely harder to spot for the cleaning crew (easy to fix). The pool and patio area was fantastic allowing both sun and shade for most of the day- and we spotted a dolphin, a stingray, some jellyfish, and a manatee mom and baby in the canal! We really enjoyed our stay!

Both were fixed but multiple days without both put a damper on the trip. The house overall was very nice and clean. Bedrooms each had their own bath. Towels were high quality not the usual cheap hotel towels.

Relaxing stay in Marco

We actually loved the separate old fashion hot tub, it was always hot and a great place to hold a conversation.There was a leaky sink faucet . Marco vacation properties replaced it the next day. Great service. Highly recommend the place!!!

There were tons of bugs, spiders, etc. knowing that a hurricane came through prior to our visit. I would have thought someone would have gone over the property. The dishwasher smelled awful. The house had tons of toys for you to ply with.

We just realised little edges which was not a big problem. There were always people took care of the property, means pool, green etc. Even we had a problem with the laundry (washing machine) it was fixed quickly. We would rent again.

A fun house

The house was great. Loved fishing in the back with kids and having access to the pool to cool off after the beach. Also loved that we could take our dog on vacation with us!

the house was very good and comfortable except the air conditioning was programmed and it was fine upstairs but on the ground floor it was very hot, the house is too big for the air it had, in my opinion it is not correct that they control the air I think it is a right for a service that is being paid, the hot tub was also controlled but it really was not as worrying as the air conditioning, otherwise well equipped and comfortable,

April 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is very well stocked from beach chairs, beach toys and every kitchen appliance you may need. There’s also a great room filled with toys and a TV for young kids entertainment. The house has a very opened floor plan so there’s plenty of room to space out. We loved the location right on the canal and a short drive to the beach. There are many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. Somebody came to service the pool and a landscaper came to take care of the yard. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. Marco Island Vacation rentals is a great business to rent from also. They were easy to communicate with and gave thorough instructions about check-in and check-out. We hope to be returning here very soon and highly recommend this home!

It was great to have beach towels and chairs available as well as bicycles. Property was very convenient to shopping and the bay. Pool was in the sun but had some shade for lounging. Some minor plumbing issues were quickly addressed and demonstrates attentiveness of property management.
