The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally situated towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle ski slope. Ski departure and return directly from the property.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Étale, and Riffroids mountain ranges.

ENTRANCE HALL: Serving all the rooms
LIVING ROOM (renovated in autumn 2024): 14m², equipped with a 1-person sofa bed, chairs, table, storage furniture, television, west-facing bay window and a south-facing French door leading to the west balcony with garden furniture and loungers.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN (renovated in autumn 2024): 4 electric hotplates, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment (fondue appliance available in common area).
ROOM 1: 9 m², one 140 cm bed, wardrobe closet, iron, east-facing window.
ROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 beds at 80 cm width, French door opening onto west-facing balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, sink, separate toilet.
For the summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays longer than 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
