Villa Nena Rubio is designed for you to disconnect, relax and be one with nature. From our rooftop pool terrace observe the Pacific Ocean as you enjoy your meals, have great conversations with family and/or friends. Delight in watching the pelicans, birds, surfers and fisherman - get away from the business of life. Take your shoes off and walk in the sand, surf, swim and "live in the now". We have been in Huatulco for 14 years and this is our favorite destination. The 36 beaches, 9 bays and the people of Huatulco are Most Extraordinary! Enjoy the entire home 5,500 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 7.5 baths home, with a rooftop pool and entertainment area, with breathtaking views. The sliding doors and windows allow the ocean breezes and sounds to come to you. New STARLINK INTERNET W/2 Sets of Mesh Boosters for you to enjoy your time while you work or upload your photographs to your social media.

We are fully air conditioned, and we also have a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops and Huanacaxtle wood cabinetry for your use. This makes for the perfect family/friends/solo getaway vacation spot in the tranquil community setting of La Bocana Beach.

Villa La Nena Rubio is also a disabled friendly home, with an entrance ramp and a four stop elevator.

Services included:
Monday-Friday 8-4pm Saturday8-2pm. (Days of rest: Sundays and Holidays)
Beds and bathrooms serviced.
Reservations over 2 weeks, additional cleaning fee USD250 per week or part thereof.
TVs in all bedrooms, living room and TV room
Crib and high chair for a child

“Service tip” to staff, not included. Usual and customary tip is USD5.00/night/person/Guest.
"Staff Rest Days" are Sundays; and Holidays, which are as follows:
1 January - New Year
3 February – Constitution
17 March – Día de Benito Juárez
1 MAY – Labor Day
16 September – Independence Day México
18 November – Revolution Day
25 December – Christmas

Grocery store is 6.8 miles away, therefore, we offer pantry stocking ahead of your arrival so you make the most of your get-away time. Please email shopping list. Shopper charges $300 pesos/hour, plus $150 pesos taxi each way.
House Rules:
Cook/kitchen clean up, is an additional charge to be added to your amount due.Breakfast is served once, at the same time. Lunch is served once, at the same time (Guest provides food according to their dietary needs).
•Reservations of 1-4 people $50/day day
•Reservation of 5-8 people $60/per day
•Reservations of 9-12 people $75/per day

Note: The home has regularly scheduled maintenance, such as: pool , elevator, gas tank, gas equipment, etc. Access to the home for scheduled maintenance/emergency repair professionals, is mandatory. Upon Reserving, Guest is agreeing to grant access to regularly scheduled maintenance or emergency repairs.
