Seascape Villa is a 1 bedroom villa with a king size bed and pull out sofa that sleeps 4 people comfortably. located just steps from the pristine beaches of Hilton Head. Guests at Seascape Villas enjoy the community’s 2 saltwater pools to cool off in after a long day in the island sun. The pools are open year-round and not heated. Take a leisurely stroll down the shaded paths and 11 miles of lagoon that wind through the community. Walk across the street to spend the day on one of Hilton Head’s beautiful beaches. Make use of the private beach cabana, complete with outside shower and restrooms, exclusive to Seascape Villa guests! No need to come back to your villa once your feet are in the sand. just a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Seascape Villas are the perfect island treat for your next family vacation!

Newly renovated with custom soft close cabinets, Corian countertops, luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, fully tiled custom shower, shiplap accent wall. This villa sleeps 2 and is just a short walk or ride to restaurants and shops at Coligny Square, Sea Pines, or the new premier Celebration Park.

Nice Villa For A Nice Price

This was a great little villa to stay in for our honeymoon! For the price we paid, we were pretty happy with the location and accommodations in the villa. It was great having the full kitchen, washer/dryer, and beach chairs. The bed and pillows were clean and comfy. The whole villa was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. It was also awesome to have the pool literal steps from our patio. The only cons were that the TVs were not smart, so we ended up watching Netflix on my laptop. The water heater only lasts for a 10 minute shower, so we had to shower quickly. The neighbors upstairs were loud and we could hear everything through the window that was in the bedroom. Also, if you're using Uber/Lyft, the GPS doesn't usually take you to the correct location for this address. So I would recommend having them pick & drop you off at Vacation Time and walking to the villa. We would recommend others to stay here and we hope to be back again someday!

Absolutely loved Hilton Head

Don’t get me wrong the fact that we were so close to the beach was great. I honestly just wish that the place was cleaner than what I experienced. I understand that some people tend to treat other peoples belongings differently than what they do their own, but for the price I just wished that it was cleaner than what it was. I mean getting out of the shower and being all clean and then walking a few steps in the bedroom and your feet are already black, kinda gross. Some of the dishes weren’t even clean so I ended up having to rewash before even being able to use them. I think that someone should spend just a bit more time cleaning especially if check in isn’t until 4pm. The pictures of this place is what made me want to even stay there but what I got wasn’t what was shown. Not trying to be one of those Karen’s who complain about every little thing I just felt gross being where I was.

Very nice community. Beach access right across the street. Beautiful walk to shopping area. Washer and dryer unit inside, easily wash wet swimming clothes. Pool just steps from the back door. Full kitchen provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property! Close to the Beach

We had a great time in Hilton Head and the property was excellent. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Just across the street from the beach and 5 min from any shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed and was very clean with everything in working order. We would definitely come back to this property the next trip to HHI.

Perfect for a couples getaway!

The property was clean, convenient to the beach, and the pool was right out the back door. Everything worked and we had no issues. Would book again.

Quick Birthday Getaway

My husband and I stayed for my birthday weekend. Everything was as described. The location was perfect. It was about a 10min walk or a quick bike ride to the Coligny Plaza and beach park. There was shopping and restaurants there, including a grocery store. The villa was cute and quaint. We enjoyed our stay.

Just 2 Nights in Seascapes

We had to leave the villa after the 2nd night because we found live roaches on the floor in the entrance and in the kitchen. Mary Leynes (host) took 12 hours to return our initial call but we had already moved out of the unit to avoid a possible infestation. We we offered another unit on the other side of the island, which was unsatisfactory as all of our plans were schedule near the villa. We were then told the exterminators would come and spray again (exterminator card in kitchen drawer indicated they spray at least once a month) but we declined as we thought that would be unsafe. Mary told us there were no other options available. Reluctantly, we booked another condo in a different location with a different on-line booking agency. 15 hours after contacting Mary, Daniel Cozer, who identified himself as one of the owners of Oceanside Properties, finally called to make us another offer, but it was too late. We were offered no reimbursement for the unused nights, and Mary even accused us of staging the photo of the roach, when it was clearly taken in her kitchen. I would also like to note that Norhan at VRBO customer service told us that having 2 roaches in our unit wasn't that bad. We disagree. I wish we could have come to a compromise because I did not want to write this review. Hilton Head Island does not disappoint, just stay away from Seascapes.

Wow/Amazing

This property was perfect for my wife and i. It smelled so good everytime u walk in very clean,quite neighborhood and friendly neighbors. It was to the point i didnt want to leave. Location was close to everything this was perfect and i recommend it to any couple that wants to get away and enjoy piece and quite in a clean environment. Thanks we enjoyed it and we will be returning soon

Late Summer Getaway

Wonderful time in Hilton Head and the condo unit was very good. A couple of things needed fixing/updating, but overall we were very pleased. The kitchen had all the essentials and overall there was plenty room. The pool right outside your patio door was exceptional. The pool was serviced daily and was used by only a few tenants.

Great Value - Just Enough Space for 2

Unit had all of the essentials and overall was clean. Home has been used and shows some wear and tear but nothing is broken. Starter kit of toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags provided but consider packing extras to avoid running out of anything. Unit is tucked in the complex so minimal street noise, but walk to the beach takes about 10 mins and is very doable.

Extended Weekend

My family planned an extended weekend at HHI since we hadn’t been in a few years. The condo did the trick for our 3 night stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay for a much longer period of time than that. Upon arrival, the condo had a strong smell, almost as if they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke. Other than that the unit was clean. Be informed that while the kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc., you are only provided with what they called a starter pack of trash bags (in our case, this was only one) and paper products. I did appreciate that they had a few beach items available for use. The back porch could use some sprucing up, along with some new outdoor furniture. Of note, there is a camera installed on the back porch which may make some uncomfortable. They were reconstructing a balcony next door but it didn’t really bother us too much. Lastly, the door lock was very temperamental. Everyone in my family had trouble with it throughout our stay.
