THE FORGOTTEN CITY ESTATE awaits you! 4,200 square feet of old world elegance. Featuring 9 bedrooms 3 1/2 Baths with gourmet kitchen. Enough room for your large family or large group. Minutes from Niagara Falls State Park, Seneca Niagara Casino and other downtown attractions. This property is located on the US side of Niagara Falls. Please know that we do not accept parties.

If you are looking for space for a large family reunion or special event, our properties are near each other and can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Larger groups are no problem in this open living area, with hardwood floors, beautiful comfy couches, and 55” flat screen smart TV.

The Space:
Please note: The photos in the listing are used to give our guests an idea of the accommodations. Depending on the time of year and occupancy, the linen and some textiles you see in the pictures may not be to the exact representation in the homes versus what you see in the pictures.

Lastly, to our valued guests, we try our best to provide you with the essential amenities in all of our properties , however there are certain items we DO NOT keep stocked in our homes. In particular, food related items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oils and other items along that nature. During these unprecedented times, we fell it is better that YOU the guest provide those items for yourself.

Guest Access:
There are buses, that run throughout the neighborhood, there is uber and lyft available in the area.
If you would like to rent bicycles, please let us know in advance.

The Neighborhood:
We are a short 10 minute distance from Niagara Falls, Seneca Niagara Casino and Downtown Niagara Falls Attractions.

Getting Around:

COVID-19 UPDATE: DEAR GUESTS, OUR REGULAR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SESSIONS ARE GUARANTEED TO HAVE THE UNIT DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN EACH STAY. WE TAKE THIS MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND WANT OUT GUESTS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN THIS UNEASY TIME. THE HOUSE IS EQUIPPED WITH A HAND SANITIZER BOTTLE AND DISINFECTANT WIPES PER FLOOR. PLEASE STAY SAFE IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME, WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.
We have a keyless entry/alarm system which is easily armed and disarmed by the guest check-in code you will receive. We will provide directions for access after booking, prior to check-in.

Interaction with Guests:
Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns! We answer as promptly as possible. In all emergencies. We have other people accessible when needed, we are here to ensure that the guests have a safe and comfortable trip and aim to provide a 5 Star Experience.

Each house has accommodations to expand for additional guests with air mattresses in common areas. Just let us know if one is need at the time of booking.
