Stayed 6 nights late march 2025

The European village itself is a nice place. There are different shops and restaurants and everyone seems very friendly. The unit we rented looked to be in prestine condition on the online pictures however they must have been older pictures. There is dirt and dust in the vents and on the cieling. The bathroom looked really nice in the pictures but we noticed that the seal around the tub is about gone and it is rotting the wall around the tub. The cieling in the bathroom that has a mold spot on it that has been covered up with paint before and the mold is spreading around the newer paint. The floor around the washer and dryer has been soaked since we arrived so im sure there is mold there too along with bubbles on the wall that look like water bubbles. We brought our kids with us on this trip and will look for somewhere else to stay next time the communication with the owner was terrible. I had to request check in/check out details, he told me the unit was ready and when we got there it wasnt. I got the impression this place is starting to go down hill and the owner is never there to see it

European Village Location

Property was nice. My roommate was sick so she couldn't join me. The first night I was cold but the heater was much better the second and third night. I felt safe. Restaurants with walking distance. Was a great location for the things I was in FL to do.

The location was beautiful. Parking was not a problem as the unit we rented had its own personal parking space. The property was clean. The couch was kinda old but it was comfy. We enjoyed the view from the balcony every night. The television in the bedroom did not work throughout the whole trip. This was ok because the manager was attentive to my messages and offered to discount a few dollars of our stay. I thought that was nice. The property itself had some of the same issues that I saw in prior reviews of the property… the floor looks warped by the balcony door. There was a yellow Jacket wasp nest on the balcony, thankfully there was a can of wasp spray already at the property which makes me feel like the issue could have been resolved before we got there. Also unfortunate was that the dishwasher has some issue with the latch so you kinda have to play with it a bit in order to get it to work. I also found that the stovetop was a bit hard to use as well. One thing I would suggest is that some new linens be purchased as well as new pillows throughout. I pulled 2 gray hairs off of me after the 1st night… my husband and I both keep our hair very short and these hairs were very long. Also All of the pillows were flat and overused. Other than that, the property reasonably priced and a good value for your buck.

Comfortable stay

Pros: excellent location, comfortable beds, nice patio, price. Cons: simple things that are easy to fix, caulking around the tub, fix the tile leading out to the patio. The walls are thin between the units. Overall it was a good experience.

Palm Coast, Florida - European Village

The property outside is ok, but the unit itself has issues. the laminate floor near the balcony door and door frame is swollen. As you may know The WIFI did not work Monday night or most of Tuesday. I talked with at least 5 of your agents to get the owner to fix the issue all day Tuesday. TV, my lap top, nor my phone had WIFI during this time at the unit. Your last agent got the owner on the phone with me late Tuesday evening. Needless to say there was no excuse for this. the unit was not ready for us. Also, looks like mold spots between some laminate blocks at balcony door. The dresser is very cheap. 2 of 3 the drawers don't work. can't close or open. they are warped. Books shelves very cheap. shelves are warped. wood looks like cheap particle board. Getting in and out of the bathroom shower tub is dangerous. no railing to hold onto, bad design. The layout of the inside of the Village is nice. Farmers market plus music Saturday and Sunday was nice. 2 restuarants were good. Our experience was ok except for Monday evening and Tuesday. Also someone should have notified us the elevator was not working for our unit when we arrived and the Owner did not respond to us on these unit issues until Tuesday evening. I asked him why he did respond to me for about 12 hours. I texted and called him all day Tuesday. I could not understand his phone excuse .I expect better than this for my $ and expect compensation for Mon. / Tues. conditions. pass it on to him the owner to respond to me.

Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful and matched the photos. Minor issue with gaining access to property. Keys were in a lockbox with an adjoining condo and the other renters took both set of keys. Had to wait over an hour for access.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet! We could walk to restaurants and other shopping. It was nice to be there on the weekend for in the music bandstand area. Also on Sunday there's a farmers market and other vendors. There was a band playing during the day on Father's day. The hotel was old but kept up pretty well. The rain shower head felt fantastic on my back. The caulking around the bathtub could use a professional re-do. Getting in and out of the large tub for showering, I needed help from my husband. The pillow cases could have been cleaner. I brought my own. I give this hotel a 7 out of 10.

For me it was a good location for my kids' spring break. It was a short drive to the beach and it was a decent price compared to hotels in the area. There were a number restaurants, a cigar bar, and other shops in the courtyard area that were convenient. I would definitely consider staying there again if I was traveling to that area.

Perfect location

Perfect location … property was clean. Rental is older and showed its age but nothing horrible. Beds very comfortable and would definitely return.

A pleasant getaway

The room was nice, good size, the walls are thin! The refrigerator was noisy, the bathroom was nice but needs ceiling repair. I did not receive the check in and check out procedures in a timely manner. We enjoyed the village, locals and the best Italian meal at La Piazza Cafe. Overall was a nice stay!
