Las Atalayas tarjoaa panoraamanäkymät sekä pohjoiseen että etelään sijaitseville golfkentälle La Manga Club Resortissa. Tämä on yksi viimeisimmistä kehityskohteista kukkuloille, joista on kaikkein henkeäsalpaava näkymä, mutta vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä La Manga Club Resort -kylpylä- ja kuntokeskuksesta ja laajasta valikoimasta baareja, kahviloita, ravintoloita ja muita palveluita. Tämä ainutlaatuinen huvila sijaitsee loistavalla paikalla, vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä The Peninsular Clubista, The Deli Cafésista, jossa voit nauttia upeasta aamiaisesta ja suosituimmasta italialaisesta ravintolasta - Luigista.

Huvila on kauniisti ja moitteettomasti valmistettu korkeimmalle tasolle ilman kustannuksia. Huvila on iso, tilava, kevyt ja siinä on kaikki mitä tarvitset täydelliseen lomaan. Rakennuslaatu on vertaansa vailla, marmoriportaat, lattiat ja kylpyhuoneet. Huvila on sisustettu moderniin tyyliin, valkoisella ja kromilla, itse huvilan mukaisesti. Huvila on ilmastoitu kaikkialla.

Huvila on 3 kerroksessa. Pohjakerroksessa on iso avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila. Olohuoneessa on nahkasohvat, kaapeli-tv ja dvd-soitin, jossa on valittavissa olevat DVD-levyt. Ruokapöytä koostuu suuresta pyöreästä ruokapöydästä ja tuoleista, joista on näkymät ympäröiville vuorille. Terassin ulkopuolella on lisäksi katettu ruokailutila, jossa on 8 vieraspaikkaa, jossa on bbq, kaksi sohvaa ja sohvapöytä sekä pieni yksityinen uima-allas nauttiaksesi. Pohjakerroksessa on suuri täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa kaikki sisäänrakennetut laitteet.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi suunnittelija kylpyhuonetta ja kaksi erinomaisen kokoista kahden hengen makuuhuonetta. Kaikissa huoneissa on kaksinkertaisesti varustetut vaatekaapit ja lipasto, jossa on paljon tilaa. Kaikissa huoneissa on moottoroidut kaihtimet pitää huoneet pimeinä siesta-aikaa varten !!!

Toisessa kerroksessa on pääsviitti king-size-vuoteella ja upea terassi, josta on näkymät etelä- ja pohjoisosille. Siellä on myös ylellinen kylpyhuone, jossa on lattialämmitys, poreallas ja erillinen suihku. Siellä on hyvä koko neljäs makuuhuone / opiskelu, jossa on yhden hengen sänky, joka voidaan vetää ulos ja tarjota ylimääräinen sänky ryhmän koosta riippuen.

Tätä ainutlaatuista ja ihaninta huvilaa käytetään loma-asunnona ja se on pyrkinyt ylellisyyteen, jonka voit odottaa huippuluokan hotellilta, ja tarjoaa samalla henkilökohtaisimmat kosketukset, jotka saavat sinut tuntemaan olosi kotoisaksi.

An Idyllic Getaway with Stunning Views and Comfort

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is fantastic, and the villa itself is absolutely beautiful, with a magical view of lush greenery. The space is spacious, featuring a stunning kitchen, an open-plan living area, and a gorgeous terrace. We highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, space, breathtaking views, and privacy. We definitely would have enjoyed it even more during the summer when the warm weather would make spending time on the terrace and using the pool more comfortable. The rooms were clean and incredibly tastefully decorated.

A Week in the Sun

The villa is great and the descriptions are accurate. Everything was lovely and clean as one hopes to find their holiday home! The owners are friendly, informed and helpful. They reply in good time to texts etc. The Resort itself is huge. It looks like a town when driving towards it. The south part of the resort is where its happening with the most villa's, facilities, restaurants etc so the north part is quiet. That may suit other guests but we would have preferred to avoid the drives from one to the other, to access things. One issue we had was parking. As others state there are lots of steps up to the villa and to conform to rules you are required to park down the bottom of the steps all the time and only use the rear for unloading (very helpful indeed). The marked kerbside parking is often busy, so add a walk from the first free space. We parked kerbside once, outside of a bay to be nearer and the site security left a note on the car threatening to fine us! Also, folks need to be aware that the Las Lomas swimming pool a few steps down the road is in private ownership and our villa did not have permitted access so we were asked to leave on arrival! The offsite La Manga area is still evolving for tourism but that offers you a holiday among the locals and Spanish holiday makers which is lovely. There are some amazing beaches, markets and local villages to eat and shop etc. The La Manga lagoon is amazing. It has lovely warm water and is shallow too. Great for kids

Lovely week at La Manga

The villa was lovely - immaculate and well equipped. You definitely need a car as it is a good 30 mins (mainly uphill) walk from the tennis centre and main shopping & restaurants in La Manga resort. Whilst you can access the villa from the road without climbing the 50+ stairs you need a car to drive up the steep hill to the back to do so. The villa itself, whiilst quite compact for 8, was beautiful and the aircon worked perfectly as was much needed! The pool was a definite bonus. The electric blinds were useful although they are not blackout so the rooms are still very light - wasn't a problem for us as our children are older but not great if you have little ones that you want to get to sleep during the daytime/early evening. We had a lovely week but if you want to be able to access the restaurants/bars/tennis centre etc it isn't located close to the main complex without having to get in a car. Whether it's a Covid overhang or because it was early in the season, there were no communal pools (the one nearby was cordoned off and the main one by the tennis complex was out of use). So, if you are looking to relax around the villa it is great and we cannot fault the villa itself, but if you want to be close to the resort amenities it is not in the best location.

Fabulous apartment

Really enjoyed our stay. The check in was easy and the owners accommodating giving us a late check out. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely. The beds that has been said were uncomfortable -we did not find this the case. No problem at all. The accommodation had everything we needed, air con units all worked well, added bonus of dvds and selection to chose from. We did have a couple of issues whilst there-there was no hot water upstairs, BBQ gas bottle running low and tv glitch but on calling the number was all dealt with speedily. We forgot our beach towels but no problem they brought us some for a small charge. The main pool is a drive away 10mins but not a problem and worth going to, it’s near the chemist and supermarkets too. Opposite the accommodation two fab restaurants so when we didn’t eat in we went there. Great choice, food good and reasonably priced. The stairs to the accommodation were tough but we all managed. Fantastic apartment and worth the money. Thank you.

Fantastic property

The property was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and clean and the outside areas are a great space for hanging out. Great for groups. We would definitely stay here again. We had rented a car, which we needed, to drive to the club where the golf/tennis and restaurants are so I’d recommend having a car if you stay here

Great Resort

Enjoyed the resort immensely. Had issues with bathroom drains in the Villa. We were are party of six adults. The downstairs shower would not drain nor would the downstairs toilet flush. This made it necessary for all six people to shower in the master bedroom and for four guests to use the only downstairs toilet that worked. Maintenance was called but the problems were not remedied by the time we left...very disappointing. I feel as if the drainage problem for the entire villa is an ongoing issue as terrible odors were emitting even from the master bathroom.

Very nice place. Would have given 5 stars but for poor beds.

Villa very modern and in quietish location. 15 min walk to golf club & 30 min walk to main La Plaza. Steep steps otherwise need to do a walk around. Car probably handy but not a requirement as shuttle service is very good. Only problem we all had was the quality of the beds. Mattresses need to be renewed. Villa ideal for younger single groups/couples. The owner Rebecca was very very helpful in sorting golf and transport.

A lovely property in a quiet location in a great golf resort

A great villa for 7/8 people. We stayed there for 10 days and had a great time. Would definitely return if I was visiting La Manga. Rebecca was extremely helpful organizing our golf during our stay at owners rates. The whole process was very smooth.

Stunning views

Lovely modern villa with stunning views, well equipped and very spacious. Although the 50 steps up to it are not for the faint hearted after a night out, but certainly keep you fit! Would recommend Luigi's restaurant across the street and the community pool with free loungers and towels was a welcome surprise. Also the free taxi service that runs to the Main La Manga Club is perfect as it meant we could all enjoy a night out without the worry of driving home. A very enjoyable week and the key-holders were also very helpful, so all in all would highly recommend.

The property was ready on arrival and clean,

The apartment was easy to find and had a nice view of the La Mange Resort, Plus the free shuttle bus was very good. My only down side has to be about the Beds and mattresses which are of low quality therefore I end up with sore back, But Im sure in time John and Rebecca will improve them . But other wise the apartment was very good .

Beautiful place!

We had a short, but great stay. The villa was well set out, clean and a comfortable setting for our weekend break. Whilst situated about a mile away from the resort centre, there are plenty of pools, restaurants and a bar close. My only suggestion would be some basic supply's (milk, tea/coffee etc) to get new arrivals through the first night.
