CACHI 2 on tilava upea ja valoisa huoneisto Luccan historiallisessa keskustassa PIAZZA SAN GIOVANNIn kirkossa, josta on upeat näkymät romaanisen julkisivun valkoisiin Carraran marmoreihin ja laattoihin. Jokainen ikkuna on kuva. Upea panoraama parvekkeelta! Etuoikeutetusta kauneuden San Giovanni Square ja sisempi puutarhoissa.
Huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa Reinassance rakennuksessa on hissi. Huoneisto on varustettu ilmastointi joka huoneessa ja erittäin luotettava wifi-yhteys, jonka kansallisen puhelinyhtiö.

Luxury alusta alkaen: hissi johdattaa katutasosta huoneiston oven. Huoneisto sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa ja koostuu sisäänkäynti, suuri ja kirkas päivä sohvalla ja istuimet, pöytä 6 etsivät kirkon ja avoin täysin varustettu moderni keitti��. Pitkä k��ytävä johdattaa yön alue, jossa on kaksi kahden hengen huonetta sekä king size-vuode ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta suihkukaappi. Yksi makuuhuoneessa on kylpyhuone ja ikkuna sisäpihalle valtava Cachí puu. Erittäin viittaavia mielestä unohtumaton syksyn aikana kaikki oranssi hedelmiä. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa avautuu terassille, hyvin panoraama ja varustettu pöytä ja tuolit syödä päivällistä. Näkymä on fantastinen.

Huoneistossa on kaikki modernit mukavuudet: astianpesukone, pesukone, pesulapalvelut kuten vaatteiden kuivausrumpu, WiFi ja ilmastointi kaikissa huoneissa.

Ihastut maaginen tunnelma tässä paikassa. History yhdeltä puolelta ja modernit mukavuudet toisella puolella. Design-huonekalut. Suunnittelu valaisimet. Erittäin hoidetut yksityiskohtia. Perfect Location jalankulkualueella Luccan historiallisen keskustan kahden tärkeimmistä kirkoista: San Giovanni (jossa joka ilta voit nauttia konsertti) ja San Martino, katedraali jossa kuuluisa ja unmissable Ilaria del Carretto on. Tärkein Piazza Napoleone on aivan kulman takana samoin kuin kaunis Piazza San Giusto. Juna- ja linja-autoasema ovat alle 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Ravintolat ja päivittäistavarat ovat muutaman askeleen päässä. Pääsy Promenade päällä kaupungin muurien on aivan kulman takana. En löytänyt parempaa paikalla huoneisto. Se on hyvin keskeinen .. muutaman askeleen päässä kaikesta! tällä alalla, joka kolmas viikonloppuna kuukaudessa täällä kaksi ruutua on antiikkimarkkinat.
Talvinen lämmitys veloitetaan 7 euroa päivässä tai mukaan comsuption pitkän aikavälin vuokria.

It’s a beautiful apartment. It’s in a perfect spot to access most of the walled city. As a result it was easy to fall in love with Lucca.

Lucca Lovely

This is a lovely apartment in a fabulous locations in the center of Lucca. Within the enormous wall that defines the old part of town, it's within walking distance of everything. The only difficulties we had were locating the apartment and communicating with the apartment managers. The first was due to the fact that there is actually no number on the building (!). The second is that communicating over WhatsApp required an internet connection, which we didn't have outside of the building. That was maddening. We finally got through on the phone, but that was after five or six phone calls. Other than that, the apartment itself is terrific. And I adore Lucca.

Very spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Surprisingly quiet. Elevator was useful for baggage and groceries. Great well thought out information binder on Lucca and the area. Easy check in process and responsive helpful staff . Small touches like 4 wine glasses (not 3) , tea towels, a few more cups/drinking glasses, and clean placemats would have been nice.

Huge apartment in a very central piazza

We were grateful for the space and 2 bathrooms in this oversized apartment. Would be very comfortable for two couples. Great location, quiet at night. Beds super comfortable. Would stay again. Bean bags could be replaced with arm chairs! Not useful for older guests. And a coffee table in front of the sofa would be good, or at least beside the sofa arm closest to the window. Nowhere to put your wine glass...

So many good things but one big flaw

There are so many good things about this apartment. The location is perfect - overlooking the piazza San Giovanni and close to restaurants and shops. You can walk out your front door and be right in the midst of the city. Yet it is enough off the well traveled streets to be quiet and peaceful. The elevator to take us to the third floor was much appreciated as we are of a certain age and I was suffering a foot injury when we stayed. The rooms are spacious and the views from the apartment were lovely. All of the appliances were ok. The clothes washer worked well but the dryer did not really dry the clothes. No worries though as there was plenty of room to set up drying racks. This was important as we were there during the middle week of our 3 week stay in Italy. The big flaw with this apartment was the furniture. There was not one comfortable place to sit in the entire apartment. The sofas was old and sagged terribly- we actually took the small bean bag poofs and put them on the sofa to see if that would make it more comfortable ( it didn’t). The remainde4 of seating options were all hard plastic chairs. They were ok for short periods of time, but we were looking for a place to relax between sight seeing and this furniture made that impossible. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable and the linens neede to be replaced long ago. With just a few updates to comfortable furniture and new linens, this apartment would be 5 star. Unfortunately, we were eager to leave at the end of the week to find more comfortable accommodation

Perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property managers were always reachable and quick to react. To the point when we mentioned there was only 1 wine glass in the cabinet, they went out and bought more! Apartment was perfect location with everything easily accessible on foot, including the train station. Property managers were also very helpful in recommending car services, tour guides and even a chef for a cooking class. We could not have been happier with our choice! That said, two small items that I wish had been different. There was no place in either shower to put shampoo, soap, etc other than floor. It also would have been nice to have a coffee table in the sitting room to offer a place to put a drink or snacks when sitting on the couch. Very minor inconveniences compared to what we loved!

Wonderful Lucca

We have been coming to Lucca for over ten years, this being our sixth visit and this apartment has been the best so far, in terms of facilities, comfort and location. The management team were very helpful and friendly, particularly on arrival. If they were looking anything that could be done to add to the experience, I would suggest maybe a welcome bottle of wine and perhaps the balcony furniture could be updated

Beautiful apartment with some organisational issues! !

This is a beautiful contemporary apartment in a fabulous location in a gorgeous city. It should we 5 stars but we had a number of issues: When we arrived the person who showed us around (didn’t introduce herself so didn’t know here name) asked us ‘ which apartment are you staying in?! Then she discovered that previous occupants, who she didn’t seem very pleased with, had taken the extension and plugs for the TV and video. She said she would replace it. Three days later snd three messages later with no reply at all we gave up. So no TV, films or radio which was really annoying. Of concern to us is that if we had a real emergency there wouldn’t have been anyone to help as no answer to messages. Although we had provided passport details in advance she didn’t have them so had to do that again. Second, the information book had an outdated WiFi pass word and in fact after struggling for hours we realised it wasn’t set up and a code had to be inserted, which was at the back of the router. So we had to set up WiFi which is something I don’t expect to have to do. Third, we couldn’t find cups, glasses etc and then realised they were all in a full dishwasher covered in food which hadn’t been switched on so we had to wash up before we started. The pictures of the terrace are rather flattering. I booked based on how beautiful it looked. It is indeed a potentially beautiful terrace with wonderful views but with very uncomfortable chairs, unsteady rickety table etc., no table clothes (even though the information pack says they are to be used) . Importantly terrace virtually unusable between 10 and 7 as it’s in full sun with absolutely no shade. Please provide a cheap parasol or some awning. Please update your WiFi code in book, please empty the dishwasher and please answer your messages. These simply things would make this a truly 5 star experience as it’s a stunning apartment in a gorgeous setting.

Peaceful and lovely.

We loved our stay at Cachi 2 and enjoyed the comforts of a modern apartment with the warmth of feeling at home. The apartment is situated in a great location just inside the walls with a quiet piazza and church as you step out the front door. Within a short stroll you stumble upon restaurants, shops, more piazza's and stunning churches. Staying in Lucca at Cachi 2 was the perfect place for us.

Like a St Regis or a Plaza accommodation in Lucca

Ciao Sonia! Thank you for the use of your luxury apartment in Lucca, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Lucca is a beautiful town and we had a lot of fun exploring. Our stay included visits to Barga to see family, the great museums of Florence (an easy walk to Lucca train station and then straight to Florence by train), the coast at Viareggio and the field of miracles in Pisa. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality, we never found wonderful accommodations like yours. We loved our stay in your villa too. Thank you immensely!

incredible cachi 3 apartment

My husband and I stayed in the Cachi3 Apartment in April 2018 for two weeks with our family as returning customers of Mrs Sonia which was extremely professional and helpful in the whole rental process. This luxury apartment was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and a fantastic shower (the water pressure was the best we’ve ever had in Italy!). The location was great for all that we wanted to do, the easy access to the train station was ideal and lots of things were short walking distances. One of the best meals we had in Lucca was at the restaurant Imbuto (Cristiano Tomei’s lovely modern Italian) located in the nearby Museum of Contemporary Art which was less than two blocks from the apartment. We also booked the driver recommended by Sonia – Tau Touring - this company was superb.

Lovely apartment with a fabulous terrace

My wife and I spent 6 terrific nights in Lucca in this apartment. We loved the city, but the apartment, its location, the terrace all came together to make the experience that much better. The space is much like a converted attic with a high ceiling with old exposed wood beams. There are windows on sides which let in lots of light and when opened, a most refreshing breeze. The apartment is luxurious and spacious, very. The interiors and the view over the church and square + the terrace are the most exceptional features. I spent my mornings drinking my coffee watching the city below come to life. Your view is unobstructed to the Tuscan hills in the distance. On several days there were musicians playing Puccini opera inside the church in the square: our private concerts. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen ha sas many amenities and space as you can imagine and the bathrooms are modern and clean and the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. You can appreciate the fact that you are in an intelligently remodeled space at the top of a very old building in the most central location in town. I could not recommend this place more and would love to return if the opportunity would present itself.

Great apartment in Lucca.

The kitchen was great and had everything you could need. The bedrooms were quite large with big comfy beds. The balcony was great and we used it all the time. The view from the front windows . When the windows were closed you could not hear anything noise from the street. There is a lift in the building its slow but better than climbing the steps. The apartment is close to everything. We parked in Citadella and got a card to park which lasts for a month for 50 euros great value. Couldn't say a bad thing about the apartment or Lucca. Loved them both.
