CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 5, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St. on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 934 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.
