Cette charmante villa familiale récemment meublée située sur le Club Albufeira Resort, dispose de 2 étages avec 4 grandes chambres.
1 chambre principale avec salle de bain / douche en suite, 2 autres chambres et une grande salle de bains familiale au premier étage et 1 autre chambre avec salle de bains plus un WC invité au rez-de-chaussée.
Toutes les chambres ont la climatisation / chauffage.
La villa est meublée tout au long offrant un grand salon ouvert avec coin repas et cheminée centrale, avec 2 ensembles de portes-fenêtres qui s'ouvrent sur la grande terrasse orientée sud qui donne sur la piscine privée avec de nombreuses chaises longues, des sièges et des parasols .

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris tous les appareils. À l'extérieur de la cuisine, une terrasse supplémentaire avec barbecue permet aux clients de profiter d'un repas en plein air!

2 des 3 chambres à l'étage ont accès à des balcons donnant sur la piscine et le jardin.
La terrasse a 2 grands canapés en rotin et est couverte pour fournir de l'ombre à ceux qui ne veulent pas s'asseoir au soleil toute la journée. Le jardin est entièrement clos avec suffisamment d'espace pour les enfants à jouer.

Il y a des volets sur toutes les portes et fenêtres pour offrir une sécurité supplémentaire et pour garder la villa au frais pendant les mois d'été.

La Villa a WIFI GRATUIT avec un système IPTV complet qui a toutes les chaînes britanniques, films et coffrets.

Le linge de maison est tout compris mais veuillez apporter vos propres serviettes de plage / piscine.

La villa est située sur le populaire Club Albufeira Resort, vous avez donc accès à toutes les installations du complexe, qui comprennent 4 piscines, 1 chauffée en hiver, 2 snack-bars, 2 restaurants, aire de jeux pour enfants, mini-golf, mini-marché, Courts de tennis qui sont en face de la réception, Paint Ball, Small Gym et Kids Mini Club.
La réception ouverte 24h / 24 peut également réserver des voyages, appeler des taxis et vous aider pour toutes questions générales.

Il y a une navette gratuite deux fois par jour de la réception à la vieille ville.

Nous pouvons également organiser des transferts d'aéroport pour vous de Faro à la Villa.
La vieille ville est à seulement 20 minutes à pied via nos nouveaux jardins / parcs. Un taxi ne coûte que 5 euros.

Lovely Villa

Our stay was great, lovely comfortable villa, well equipped with everything you need. Pool is lovely and private and a spacious area to lounge in the sun, Enjoyed our stay we’ve booked to return twice next year!!

Amazing Villa all you need and more

Had a great stay with friends for a week lovely Villa pool was great nice complex easy to get into town via taxi or Uber very reasonable prices. This Villa is highly recommended lots of lovely shaded areas to get out of the sun but still socialise. We had the best time and the owner was really helpful. Amazing place to stay you won’t be disappointed

Beautiful large spacious villa

Lovely place and pool area is fantastic. The undercover bbq seating area is wonderful to eat through day or evening. Host was especially great to deal with.

Family celebration

We booked the villa for a special family celebration and it was excellent!! We had a party of 8 and everyone loved the villa. The BBQ area was amazing, the pool incredible and all the small touches inside the villa made it feel all the more special. We would highly recommend this villa !!

Happy New Year 2024

The villa offers many indoor and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy family activities as well as privacy and quiet times. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the heated pool. Although we used Roger for airport transfers, and found his service to be very prompt and dependable, we did lease a vehicle which provided great flexibility in exploring the area.

Brillant villa and great communication

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Lornas Villa. The pool was a firm favourite which we had heated as it was out of season. Lorna and Craig were great at always replying to my messages quickly. Check in and out was simple and the rooms all very comfortable. Thanks again 😊

absolutely loved it just what the family needed with the covid restrictions that we've been enduring in England for the last 8 months. lorna was great, anything that we needed, she organised for us. - heated pool, extra night's stay. thanks for all your help, will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay, out of the way but not too far from everything. thanks.

Amazing villa

Well where do I start we arrived at the resort earlier then our check in time but our villa was made ready for us earlier so we didn’t have to wait about. The villa is amazing everything you could need in it and more plenty of space both inside and out for our family of 8 hosts were amazing and were available any time should you need anything. We used Roger for our transfers from the airport and for our trips he was amazing always on time and helped us sort tickets out for trips Portugal is such a beautiful place and we will definitely be back thanks for such a wonderful stay 🇵🇹😊

Excellent property

We had the most amazing stay! We rented this villa for a week with my husband, 3 kids and my parents. Pool was fab and was a great size, outdoor area was so spacious and extremely well equipped and had a private bbq area with seating for 8 people. You could walk into Albufeira in around 30 mins pr alternatively taxis were super cheap at around 5 or 6 Euro. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to everyone, we had the most enjoyable week and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms meant we all got a restful sleep each evening. The owners were so quick to respond to any queries we had and the house and our door area was very well maintained.

Girlie break - amazing!

7 of us stayed at the villa for 5 nights in late June and we were so impressed with the villa. The cleaner allowed us to check in slightly earlier when she had finished cleaning, the villa was immaculately clean and so big! The pool is heated so no worrying about ice cold water. The beds were super comfy and spacious. The surrounding area was generally very quiet and peaceful (there are some construction works taking place across the road but they were only noisy on the first day we arrived) and noise was kept to a minimum on week days. All in all, we would not hesitate to return to the villa. Portugal has my heart for sure.

Fantastic family holiday in a great location!!

The villa is on a fantastic complex with a number of pool bars and small supermarket within easy walking distance. The area is very peaceful during the day and within easy reach of the Old Town and Strip via Taxi or Uber The villa itself is exactly as advertised in the description. We were a family of 8 and there was more than enough space throughout the villa and the outdoor areas including the beautiful pool. We needed to contact Laura a couple of times during our stay (no major issues at all) and each time immediate action was taken. This included a brand new dishwasher being purchased the next day as the one in the villa went faulty but clearly not the owners fault, couldn’t ask for more. Would 100% recommend this villa to friends and family in the future.

Absolutely Stunning

We booked this villa for our first stay in Portugal and it did no disappoint! The villa was spotless when we arrived. There were 7 of us in total and having such a large space and the rooms being such a good size we were all able to have our own space and not be on top of each other. Lorna was absolutely amazing and popped by to check everything was okay after I messaged her. Nothing she doesn't know!! We didn't hire a car but used Roger from tropical bay transfers he is absolutely amazing! You just WhatsApp or call him and he arranges a taxi for you no issues. Would highly recommend him (I know the owners use him too). The kitchen is well equipped and has all the cooking bits and pieces you need. Washing machine was fab so much so we came home with one small bag to do at home! This villa is just beautiful and the outside areas and pool and exactly what you need on holiday. Would 1000% book again. Not a criticism at all but there is a fair bit of building work going on around the villa (which Lorna explained to us and is the result of delays from COVID). But to be honest stick some music on and you won't notice!! Thank you for making out holiday so lovely and thanks Lorna for being such a help! We will see you again!!! 😊😍

Basic Villa with lots of bedrooms

There are 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Best thing was the heated pool, much needed late in the season. Whilst this villa was ok, there were some elements we found quite disappointing. Generally, furnishings throughout, inside and outside are not the standard you would expect for a villa at this price. Pool sun beds and dining furniture plastic, low quality items. No air conditioning on the ground floor, only in bedrooms! Poor quality bedlinen and towels. Lounge sparsely finished, not a pleasant, relaxing lounge. Kitchen has minimal serve ware, cookware. Hob extractor not working, appliances although relatively new were functional but low quality. Construction work taking place across the road! Limited space around the pool. Location required a car, only roadside parking. Limited facilities onsite.

A stunning villa

What a stunning villa in a great location. It is very spacious inside and out, modern and very clean. Bedrooms are a good size and modern kitchen. The outdoor space is huge and a sizeable pool, lounging area and outdoor dining, perfect to enjoy the stunning weather. Just a 30 min stroll to Albufeira. Highly recommend a local restaurant A Cocheia, which is 5 mins away. Would not hesitate to return to this villa!

Lovely villa & pool

The villa is in a good area for exploring but far enough away from the rowdy crowds, perfect location for us, although we did need the car. I had the pool heated and we also kept the cover over during the night and this kept the water warm. It was a good size and clean. The kids loved it. The villa itself is good. I dropped it one star under the heading ‘as advertised’ because it clearly states that all the bedrooms have air conditioning and this is not true. The downstairs bedroom does not, there is a fan in the bottom of the wardrobe. This was a bit of an issue for us as I’m partially disabled and intended to use the downstairs bedroom. In the end we had to put a teenager in there and I went to the upstairs master, and it’s not set up for people with walking difficulties (that’s not the villas fault, they don’t claim accessible). But the lack of air con in that bedroom would have prompted me to book an alternative. We were the first guests following lockdown, the villa was perfectly clean, there’s Netflix if you want to catch a movie in the lounge, no TVs in any other room but we don’t go on holiday to watch the box anyway. Couple of small issues were dealt with promptly and the management people were lovely and right there on the end of the phone when needed. The mattresses were good quality ones and we all slept very well. Loads of space to put your things. Plenty hangers. Twin bedroom had no bedside tables or lamps although you can see some in the photos, no idea where they went. My granddaughter built a tower with cushions alongside her bed and used that so no real problem there. There was a BBQ outside the kitchen door and an airing frame that we used daily to dry clothes and swimming gear. There’s no tumble drier, things dried well outside. There are a couple of smallish shopping centres close by, and one has a large supermarket attached, Continente. That’s really good, lots more choice than the little Aldi and Lidl that are the closest. In fact, there’s a surprising amount of choice in the little shack shop on the resort, and the people running it are lovely. Go early so that you can snag freshly made Portuguese tarts! All in all, we had a great holiday here, thank you.

Great villa, great location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Supermarkets nearby. Albufeira old town is an acceptable walk. The pool and outside area was fantastic. All the rooms were a good size.
