Endroit magnifique à Amsterdam

Un endroit merveilleux pour rester au rez-de-chaussée d'une double maison.
Direct à côté de Sarphatipark. L'endroit est très complet, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.
Piano, TV et WIFI sont disponibles.
Le petit déjeuner n'est PAS disponible auprès de nous.

Transports publics: près du passage du tram 4 et du tram 3.
Le tram 4 fonctionne entre la station Centraal d'Amsterdam et la station RAI d'Amsterdam, tous deux ont une connexion directe à l'aéroport AMS Schiphol. Le tram 3 se connecte à la station Amsterdam Amstel et s'étend sur de nombreux sites de maires, tels que le musée Van Gogh, le Rijksmuseum, la salle de concert royale et le musée d'Anne Frank.
Le centre-ville est à 500 mètres de distance, mais cet endroit est très confortable et calme.

Great location!

This is such a great property in a great location. Sven and Claire were amazing hosts, letting us check in early as they were in a position to be able to. The location is amazing, being able to walk from the tram, to the grocery store, restaurants, pubs, bike rentals and many popular experiences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely spot!

Convenient and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Amsterdam

We enjoyed our time at this property and it had everything we needed for our stay. We found the information, maps and books really helpful and also the thoughtful inclusion of breakfast cereal, tea and coffee. It was very convenient for sightseeing and we loved the proximity to the centre of Amsterdam. We all agreed we would have liked a lock on the bathroom door and also a bedside lamp in the second bedroom.

Great place in a great neighbourhood

An excellent apartment in a favourite part of my favourite city. Claire and Sven are excellent hosts. The apartment is well appointed and located in a great area, close to a number of tram lines and a healthy walk to tourist sites (but thankfully not in the same neighbourhood as them).

Nice, quiet retreat from downtown

This is an apartment on the bottom floor. It is peaceful and away from the hubbub of downtown but close to a huge park with a dog park and to restaurant and public transportation.

Wonderful stay in central Amsterdam

Loved our stay at sven & claire’s place. The place is exactly as described. Not very big but that is to be expected in central amsterdam. We had everything we needed and whenever we had questions, our hosts were super attentive and helpful. Def recommend! ;)

We arrived at the apartment around 10am. Our hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early since the apartment was vacant and cleaned. This made our first day in Amsterdam so much better. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable and the location was convenient. Enjoyable stay.

A quirky apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location for walking in Amsterdam. The check-in process was quite cumbersome. The kitchen was nice and spacious. The living was a bit cramped but we were able to get comfortable. The second bedroom with the two twin beds is very small and should really only be listed for one adult. There is no place to store luggage there or put clothes. Laundry was great!

Home away from home!

A very well equipped, comfortable ground floor apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! The host is very accommodating. Everything you need to have a great stay is provided. There are markets, a large street market & lots of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend it.

A fantastic place

This is a charming little place in a great neighborhood with a large park just outside the door. It felt like home right away and we were sad to leave afterv only four days.
