Halcyon House - sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms

Halcyon House offers all the ingredients required for a family holiday cottage or perhaps for two couples looking to holiday together. A detached property which allows up to 3 dogs, has an enclosed garden, a private driveway for 3 cars, good sized & well fitted interior and is just a short drive to the coast, Holt, & Sheringham.

The property has on the ground floor an entrance hall, large living room, well fitted kitchen, utility room and dining room. To the first floor there is a landing leading to the bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one small double, and a third bedroom with twin beds, which can be linked to make another king-sized bed. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate wc. The cottage has double glazing, central heating and is fully equipped for your stay.

There is a sofa bed in the living room, but guests must provide their own linen if they wish to use this.
