Villa Marcos Chara provides a fantastic base to enjoy wonderful Crete. Nestled within the traditional Greek village of Asteri, and only 15 a minute drive from the historic town of Rethymnon, this villa has an excellent location.

Providing spectacular countryside views, this property brings together elements of traditional rustic design and contemporary décor to create beautiful living spaces that you will want to spend time in.

And this villa’s outdoor space instantly takes centre stage. Boasting an inviting swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers to sink into, BBQ facilities and a space for al fresco dining, this villa was made for outdoor living.

Inside, this captivating property is bursting with character and charm, featuring exposed brickwork, archways and wooden beams. Perfect for large groups, or two families looking to holiday together, this villa boasts two individually accessed properties – one being a three bedroom accommodation and the other a two bedroom living space. Both are fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay and are attached to each other.

This property also has a number of balconies and terraces, which provide the ultimate spot to enjoy the delightful countryside views in your own way.

The terrain surrounding this villa is fairly flat but has a slight hill. To access the villa the path is 290cm wide with 2 steps to the front door which has a width of 86cm, other access doors are also 131cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 354cm wide and there are no steps but a slight ramp to get from the villa to the pool level. The pool itself has ladder access only. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor and the door is 74cm wide, the ground floor bathroom door is 63cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 99cm wide and the lounge door is 111cm wide. To reach the first floor there are 17 steps. The bedroom with the widest door on this level measures 74cm, whilst the widest bathroom on this level is 63cm wide.
