Maison à un étage très à jour dans le joli quartier de Chandler. 4 chambres 2 salles de bain. Salle de jeux avec table de billard et ballon Foos. Cour arrière relaxante avec piscine chauffée, oranger et un espace confortable pour s'asseoir et visiter. Pas deux étages à proximité ... ce qui en fait une arrière-cour très privée. Laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, câble, WiFi et système de sécurité. À quelques minutes du parcours de golf de Lone Tree, à 9 km du temple Gilbert et à quelques minutes de nombreux sentiers de randonnée

Great Pool and House
This house is set up for the perfect vacation rental. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The waterfall in the pool is great focal point for meals in the house. The game room is a great addition. The lay out of the house makes it easy to get around for all ages. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes for meals. There are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive.

We had another wonderful stay in Lorena's home. The accommodations were great. The swimming pool, pool table, foosball, and games were a hit with our grand kids. The neighborhood is very quiet. We hope to go back.

Amazing property, even nicer than photos convey! Super well stocked, everything we needed and more! My young kids loved the books and games and of course spent hours each day in the WARM pool! Would absolutely recommend this property!

February Chandler Stay
We stayed at this Chandler house for seven days and wished it has been seven more! The heated outdoor pool was our draw and we enjoyed it every day. Great home for families with plenty of beds, linens, dishes, etc. Nice neighborhood. Papa and grandson spent a few moments each morning learning how to play pool. We also enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice from the orange tree in the back yard. Overall very pleasant and relaxing experience!

The house and location to my family that lives in Chandler was fantastic. The house was extremely clean and we would definitely stay there again. The host made us very cozy and had everything you need to feel right at home.

So convenient for families
I love this property. It was our second time staying. Everything was clean and in working order. My kids loved the pool and it was almost hot tub temperature! This house is located amongst so many fun places (fat cats bowling/movie/mini golf, public parks mesquite groves is our favorite! Not to mention all the shopping that is literally minutes from the house. We can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing quiet retreat! Very kind hosts.
If time permitted we would have stayed longer, the heated pool was our favorite!! Quiet neighborhood, private backyard, very clean pool, lots of towels supplied, game room was a hit, very comfy beds with nice cozy blankets and having a garage to park in was a plus. The owners/hosts go above with communication and made check in very simple. Crumbl Cookie was a sweet surprise ;) and your (incase you forgot something basket) was spot on. Thank you for a relaxing week away from the snow and cold. We loved your home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well appointed, stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable. The game room, heated pool, and outdoor area were a real bonus. Lorena is a great host. We will most definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay - the heated pool was a huge hit and the house was very family friendly. Loved the pool table, extra games and coloring pencils/paper. Not clean! Air vents horrible, fan filthy, baseboards full of dust. Garage unkept, windows filthy and no shades in dining room. Could be a lovely rental with a little more elbow grease!

Family time
We had 5 adults and an 8 year old. We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Christmas decorations were a very nice touch and helped Santa find us. The pool was wonderful and WARM. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay
This review is very late in coming as we stayed at the property late July-early August for a family event. The house was clean and neat. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped, and we played some of the games Lorena provided. Of course, there were a few hiccups which happen with a house. Lorena rectified the problems as quickly as possible. We loved the pool and had a wonderful time.

We moved to Arizona from Kansas because we loved the area. My husband retired from the fire service after 30 years. We have be landlords for over 20 years to long term rentals. We decided to do a VRBO because we travel a lot and like to use VRBO. We know what we like having when we travel, so we really try and make our VRBO be your home away from home...with all the things you need daily but with the relaxing feeling of needing to do nothing but enjoy your vacation.:)

We chose this property because we loved that it had no stairs to deal with so it really accommodates everyone. We also loved that it has no two story homes surrounding the home so when you sit in your back yard swimming or drinking that morning coffee or reading a book you don't feel like you are on display. Super private..and of course a pool was a must. We added the heater to the pool the minute we bought the home because there is nothing better than having a swim in 90 water under the stary sky while it's a little cool outside.

This home is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood in Souther Chandler while still offering the great things of the Phoenix and surrounding areas. Arizona offers so much and we wanted to find something that allowed us to play hard all day , yet return home to a quiet and relaxing setting. The new Gila River Casino is a 5 minute drive for the property. Day trips to major sites such as Sedona, Tucson and Jerome are within a 2 hour drive. Just 30 minutes away is Tonto National Forest which is home to Apache Trail, Saguaro Lake, Canyon Lake, Superstition Mountains and lost Dutchman State Park. For those super hot days you can take a tube down the Salt River, which is about a 45 minute drive and worth it..If you're lucky, you will float right by the wild horses. Dozens of close by hikes, golfing, shopping, restaurants and entertainment within miles from the front door. The book 60 hikes in 60 miles describes 60 close in hikes in the immediate are. This book will be found on the bookshelf in the house and has been put to good use.
