Adjacent to the TV lounge, the fully-carpeted family living room offers a stylish interior design with a comfortable couch, a coffee table, and a 60-inch smart TV. Natural light floods this area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.

The elegant dining room boasts a stylish table and comfortable chairs, with a picturesque view of the yard through the window. It’s an ideal spot for hosting dinners or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee while basking in the sunlight. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence except the basement and the garage which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Type of Cooling for the Home
Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
