Gore Creek runs adjacent to this spacious, newly remodeled townhouse. Fishing enthusiasts have found their dream waterside location! Soak in your private hot tub after a day spent hiking or skiing.

You'll enjoy being close to attraction in a wonderful ski destination! The townhouse is conveniently located on the complimentary shuttle route to Vail and Beaver Creek. (Bus pick up is a 7-minute walk from your door.) Situated just a few miles from Vail Mountain/Beaver Creek skiing with gondola rides to hiking, alpine slide, and other summer activities.

Gold-medal trout fishing can be found directly across the street in Gore Creek. Or visit the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens -- a gorgeous place to explore year-round (and the highest botanical garden in the entire world). Arrive in less than 5 miles.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This three-story townhome accommodates up to eight guests between the three bedrooms.

On the third floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and soaring ceilings. An en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

The two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. One has a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and the other has both a full-over-full and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both guest rooms have flat-screen TVs.

A tub/shower combination rounds out the guest bathroom on the first floor. A half bath off the kitchen provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy morning coffee and the fresh alpine air on a balcony off the living room.

A private open-air hot tub awaits on the deck. The gas grill and roomy dining table invite alfresco meals.

Situated directly across the street, Gore Creek is one of the most coveted fly-fishing destinations in the area, rich with brown and rainbow trout. The Eagle Vail Trail is famous for hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking in 7.7 miles.

The free shuttle to Vail and Beaver Creek stops at this complex. Explore an array of shops, restaurants, and magical outdoor spaces after a day spent on the mountain. Clagget/Rey Gallery is one of Vail's most heralded venues for American sculpture and painting in 4.2 miles.

Good vacation home
The house overall was good and we’d stay again. Decent amount of space for a group of 8 friends. Beds were comfy. The walk to the bus stop isn’t too bad. Pretty quiet house and neighborhood even with I-70 right there. Had issues with the hot tub and a couple other maintenance things. Vacasa was quick to respond to issues but then I had to deal with a maintenance person half the days I was there.

Affordable in Vail
Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. The kitchen is nicely updated, the hot tub was great, the location in West Vail was close to shopping and we had room for our group of 7. A few things that we were unaware of and that we would have liked to know: there are 3 sets of bunks (twin over twin and double over double in one room and queen over queen in another) which was not what the bedding icons in the listing communicated (when we went back we saw in the lengthy written description that it was described properly there). The bus stop was almost 1/2 mile from the house on very slick roads so we decided it would be better to drive to the parking structure and pay the $40 each day. Also, like many properties in Vail, the townhouse sits right next to I-70. It had no impact on our stay (you don’t hear the road in the house) but would have been nice to know. This is a good solid affordable option for a stay in pricey Vail.

Great Place!!
Great place, very clean, fantastic hot tub, very quiet. The parking spots were not plowed and had a large amount of snow and ice buildup. The checkout process was unclear. Overall it was a nice place and we would stay there again.

Awesome House
We loved our stay at the Bellflower Trout House! We have everything we needed and enjoyed looking at the stars in the hot tub! It's a short walk to the shuttle into town, so convenient! Highly recommend this place for your next stay in Vail!!

Beautiful home
We loved our stay here. Close to Vail village and lions head. House had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Having access to a private hot tub was especially nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at this property. It is exactly as advertised and pretty clean. It's easy to find and parking is right up front. The only complaint we have is that starting in the first evening, we got a very weird text message from Turnkey asking if we were safe because they got a possible noise was about 7:30 pm. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. We were not being unusually loud but at 7:30 pm we were also not trying to be quiet. We responded saying everything was ok. But the following evening we got the same text message yet again. There seemed to be no one else in the building but us. The closest neighbors don't even share a wall with us and at the time of the messages we weren't even outside in the hot tub. Very, very strange. We really couldn't understand what the "possible" noise complaint could be about. Also got a text message letting us know the house tablet was running low on battery and asking us to please charge it. We never even used it. No cops were ever called or anything but the messages were eerie to say the least. When I expressed my annoyance to the accusation the second night, Turnkey's response was borderline unprofessional. In conclusion, great place, but if you're going with a big group, beware, you may get annoying "possible" noise complaint texts threatening a call to the cops all in the name of your safety.
