Buyer Beware
It was my understanding that VRBO was vacation rental by owner, this property is NOT THAT. This property is a old, chain hotel. Check in required a call to corporate VRBO to get a credit card to process from the host, to which I got a text response that it was cleared up now. I was put in a room in the very rear of the complex with a TV that kept shutting itself off, the management told me to unplug it for 30 minutes, then plug it back in, he had no extra rooms or TV's to make a change. When I finally did that after loosing the TV several times, the ground part of the plug stayed in the wall, leaving me with no refrigerator or microwave for the night. I was moved the next morning to a newer room, near the front office, in another building.
The last evening I was there, the police were called to control the group next to me after several attempts by management to quiet them down. I finally was able to sleep at 1AM.
Needless to say I am very disappointed in this rental and feel misled by the "host" . I will be VERY careful if I ever use this company for another vacation rental.
