Dirty Flop House
For the price I thought we would at least get something clean. This place looked like it had never been cleaned. There was pink salt chunks everywhere (30 upstairs alone) and they were shedding salt so I know the place wasn’t cleaned. I spilled something on the kitchen floor, the paper towel was black from wiping. The downstairs bathroom was disgusting: black grunge ring around the tub, towel bar came down as soon as I put a towel on it. Toilet paper holder came down as soon as I put the roll on. The toilet looks dirty and moved. The stuff was just packed into this place - multiple foot baths, small appliances all over the counter. There was so much decorative stuff if you put something down, you couldn’t find it again. There was trash on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The furniture was old and uncomfortable and appeared to be collected from the street it was that bad. It consisted of everything that someone didn’t want, but wouldn’t throw out or collected around town on trash day. There was a table and two chairs crammed into the corner blocked by a packman machine. You could only get to one chair and the legs were broken. That could have been a bad accident. There was a hornets nest on the upper deck and Yes we suffered the aggravation of stings. We asked to get in 2 hours early and the landlord wanted more money. We paid the mortgage for the month on this place, not to mention all the cleaning fees would pay for a housekeeper for 6 months. There was junk everywhere.
