Infinity View Apartment - Private Island Getaway - Couples and Family Friendly!

This unique place has a style all its own. The amazing ocean / harbor view will make you feel in paradise all day long. This bright, cozy and newly remodeled apartment is located in a private island 5 minutes off the coast of Fajardo. Thoroughly equipped for a pleasant and memorable stay. Get ready to enjoy breathtaking sunrise and sunsets from a huge balcony on the 10th floor and delight yourself with your favorite cocktail.

The Space:

Beautiful ocean / marina view apartment. 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom with one full bed and TV. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, A/C in all areas as well as great cross ventilation. A living area with a comfy queen sofa bed and TV. An amazing 10th floor balcony with the best views.

Guest Access:

Guests must park in a private parking lot ($6.00 approximately) right in front of the pier and take a ferry (cost free) to get to the island (Isleta Marina). The ferry travel to and from the island every 20 minutes approximately.

Ferry operation hours:

Sunday - Thursday 6:30 am - 10:30 pm
Friday - Saturdays 6:30 am - 10:45 pm

It is mandatory for all guests to register at the security guard upon arrival.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

Isleta Marina is a secluded private island and there is no grocery store. We strongly advise to our guest to buy some groceries in the main land before arriving.

Keep in mind ferry hours for your travel arrangements.

Only registered guests are allowed in the property.

Please take extra care for your keys, lost keys incur in an extra charge of ($50.00).

No pets are allowed.

Absolutely gorgeous property

We found this beautiful place, and fell in love! The room was beautiful, and the view was stunning! The restaurant had incredible food! Our hosts went above, and beyond to make our stay wonderful! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Excellent condo in a beautiful place

The isleta is private and quiet. The condo itself is modern, clean and well equipped. Our manager answered every question we had before we could ask it. Beautiful balcony on the west side of tower 1. The pictures are all accurate. The ferry on and off the isleta was reliable. However its schedule can be unpredictable. So take that into account.

Really nice place on a cute and very accessible little island

The condo itself was spotless, well-appointed and very pleasant. The host was very communicative and responded to all of our questions promptly. The ferry is super convenient and parking at the ferry dock is safe and inexpensive. The island itself is a little weather-beaten, and we had to prop up the net to play tennis, but there was no competition for the courts and the pool was very nice. We drove to Seven Seas beach almost every day and loved it.

Isleta Marina Condo

The property in reference to the island is definitely paradise. The condo itself, is listed as a two bedroom, and it is definitely a 1 bedroom, and a very small one at that. The only bathroom is also inside the bedroom, and therefore if you have a teen that is staying like we did, it makes it very difficult to have the bathroom inside the bedroom where my husband, my 2 year old, and myself were sleeping. There was a pull out couch in the living area where my daughter was able to sleep, but that also causes difficulty due to that has to be folded back up each am to allow any seating in the living area. NOT toddler proof, many glass decor to be put up to keep away from my toddler. TV in the living area was also mounted to the wall at eye level of my toddler which made that quit a challenge to stop him from touching it. I also discussed with the agent, prior to booking this, that my flight came in at 6am, and therefore could we get an early checkin at 8am, which he agreed multiple times. Upon arrival the condo was NOT ready, and I was told that I was told that we could have an early checkin before he got another booking, so he just basically did not tell me, and we had to wait outside in the heat with nothing open all morning, until 1 pm. No washer or dryer in the unit, even though the listing says coin washer/dryer, that is in the lower level 2 buildings down. Host was though very responsive, and condo is well stocked.

Awesome Island Experience

The listing pictures matched the property very accurately. The apartment is VERY clean and well appointed. The view is great. The pools are very nice. The basketball court is also very nice. The ferry was reliable, other than the last day when they were using a backup large pontoon rather than the main ferry, so it was slower. This was the only VRBO in Puerto Rico that advertised wifi and it actually worked!. The added beach towels and chairs were a very nice touch (including pickelball paddles and a volleyball was great too). This place would be great for 2 people. We had a family of 4, so our kids slept on the pullout couch, which was suprisingly comfortable and clean. The space for 4 people was adequate, but maybe a little tight. The only improvement would be to include a 2-person kayak with the unit so we could check out the nature preserve. I can't emphasize enough the value of this place. For the price it was phenomenal! Very clean with a great view and a nice pool!

Apartamento muy acogedor, comodo, limpio, hermoso y con una vista espectacular. La vista es hermosa, si quieres descansar y reconectar este es el lugar ideal.

El apartamento es muy bonito, toda la decoración es espectacular, es más bonito personalmente que en fotos. Tiene una vista espectacular al frente del muelle, ver el amanecer, el atardecer y las noches es una experiencia perfecta. Conocí 6 playas y las más bonitas quedan a 10- 15 minutos del apartamento. Tiene cínemas, restaurantes, almacenes y supermercados cómo Walmart y otros cerca. Le celebre el cumpleaños a mi esposa y quedo contenta con el apartamento y toda las comodidades y su decoración. El anfitrión Johnathan, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros y nos dio las mejores recomendaciones y mejores lugares a visitar. Es un lugar donde se consigue La Paz y tranquilidad para los que quieren salir de la cotidianidad, esperamos volver pronto para disfrutar de ese hermoso País.
