This 2300-square-foot home in the desirable Coastal Club community is your ticket to Delaware Seashore living! A chef-inspired kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, a microwave, a disposal, and a natural gas range will inspire gourmet meals at home. Enjoy scenic views from your back porch, front porch, and private balcony. A gas grill is equipped for alfresco dining. Extra-large HD smart TVs with YouTube TV (no cable) and high-speed WiFi round out the modern home highlights.

Coastal Club is around a 42-acre nature preserve with a 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods. You'll be moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head to Rehoboth Beach for the day or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head to nearby Route 1 for the best shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes. Lewes Beach is six miles away, Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches are seven miles away, and Rehoboth Beach is eight miles away. Take the beach shuttle that leaves one mile from Coastal Club (with free parking) and travel to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has a dedicated travel lane on Rte 1 to avoid traffic congestion.

On-site amenities are available for an additional fee, including the Coastal Club Clubhouse, a children's playroom, an indoor bar and dining area, a fitness center, a yoga room, an indoor pool, outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, and bocce courts. During the summer, amenities include a leisure pool with a swim-up bar, a splash pool with a water slide, and an upper deck bar and restaurant.

Things to Know
The Coastal Club Community charges an optional per-person fee, for ages five and older, to use the community amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
