Aggieland Vacation Rentals require guest to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party.
Welcome to Country Gold, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Country Gold is located in the serene countryside close to Deep in the Heart Farms, Washington on the Brazos, and Chapelton Vineyards. Rail & Rye rooftop bar is just 15 min away. This home offers ultimate comfort by accommodating four guests in the cozy bedrooms, as well as children or adults in the comfy twin roll out beds.
Sit back and relax on the welcoming front porch of Country Gold, where a pair of inviting rocking chairs await. With a steaming cup of coffee in hand and a good book to dive into, there's no better place to start your day than in the peaceful embrace of this countryside setting. Step inside our charming farmhouse boasting an airy open-concept design.
Indulge in leisurely moments within the spacious living room. Sink into plush seating that beckons you to unwind and relax. Experience the breathtaking countryside scenery flooding in through the living room windows, bathing the room in natural light. Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin as you relax in the cozy seating, connecting with the serene beauty just beyond the glass. As you lounge in the spacious living room, your eyes are drawn upward, where the vaulted ceiling rises above, accentuating the open-concept design of the space.
Transition effortlessly into the heart of the home, where the kitchen and dining room seamlessly blend. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, featuring open shelving and lots of counter space perfect to whip up culinary delights. Gather around the kitchen island, where the bar stools invite casual conversations over coffee or wine. Nearby, a rustic yet elegant dining table awaits, perfect for memorable meals with loved ones, whether it's a cozy breakfast or a friendly dinner gathering.
Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a luxurious king bed and a private bath complete with a charming claw-footed tub and shower. Pamper yourself with a soak in the tub whilst looking out at the gorgeous landscape that never fails to captivate you. The second bedroom welcomes you with a queen bed, adorned with cozy linens and pillows, promising a restful night's sleep. An inviting work desk provides a tranquil space for reading or writing.
As night falls, step outside to the enchanting porch and soak in the tranquility surrounding you. Gather with family and friends around the fire pit under the canopy of twinkling lights and marvel at the starlit sky. Country Gold is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in the countryside.
The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Aggieland has a large variety of things to do, places to see, and events to enjoy.
Football Is by far the largest attraction. College Station is home to Kyle Field the 4th largest football stadium in the USA!
Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: COUNTRY GOLD IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is located in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in the long gravel driveway.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill: Fires are allowed in the firepit only, so long as there is no burn ban in effect. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move the grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in its original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster per the County. There will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: Events are not allowed on the property.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
