La cabine a 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain, cuisine et appareils électroménagers, terrasse en béton. Mieux pour 2 mais il y a un canapé-lit pour qu'il puisse dormir jusqu'à 4. Bon lac de pêche pour Panfish, Northern et Large Mouth Bass avec de nombreux autres lacs de pêche et de loisirs à proximité, y compris le lac Woman à environ 2 miles et le lac Leech à environ 10 miles. Canoë et pédalo inclus avec gilets de sauvetage et pagaies. Northern Lights Casino à Walker est à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Bois de chauffage et charbon de bois fournis. Le nettoyage et les taxes sont inclus dans le prix. Les animaux domestiques sont ok mais nous ajoutons des frais de 20 $ pour le temps de nettoyage supplémentaire impliqué.

Perfect

This was in a great location, close to town. We really enjoyed staying in this private oasis. We enjoyed how thorough Rick was before check-in and during our stay. The cabin was filled with resources on how utilities work, use of outdoor equipment, and household items to use (towels, extra blankets/pillows, washer/dryer). Everything worked as it should have, and the directions were easily understandable. Our dog also loved the freedom to run around in the yard which is far enough from the road for safety. Quick/Easy check- in. Just show up and enjoy. Clean up when you leave. We will definitely be staying again, looking to get fishing on the ice!

Very peaceful getaway

Overall a great stay with a very peaceful and secluded yard, beautiful scenery with a nice short walking trail right on the property and everything was very organized and put together inside and out.

Nice Cozy Cabin for 2 People

We enjoyed the well stocked cabin, decor and amenities. It would have been helpful to know that there was no internet service ahead of time. We ended up using the local library to communicate on some issues. Available TV stations are limited. Operation of the heat pump for desired temp is tricky to get used to. Getting to the dock is a little treacherous. A steep rough slop is the access. Steps would help. Otherwise, everything worked out well.

Beautiful!

We had another wonderful stay at this rental. We went out on the paddle boat almost every day. We got to watch a loon and we listened to the barred owls. The cabin is super well stocked. We had everything we needed. The grocery store is very close. We also picked up a pizza one night from a nearby restaurant. It was wonderful to get away from the cities and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Real Minnesota feel with no resort price.

Very quiet and secluded little place. We had the lake to ourselves the entire stay, never saw another person on the lake. Kids caught 6-8 inch pan fish all week long with no problems. Family came over from another big resort and spent more time at our cabin then theirs. Cabin has a everything you need and more. Longville is a couple miles away and easy to access. Highly recommend this property.

Third time visit was amazing

This is our third time renting from Rick. This visit was just for my husband and it was just as good as the other two visits! Private and peaceful place

Had a wonderful stay in this cute and peaceful cabin! The owner went above and beyond in stocking the cabin! Made our stay so comfortable because everything we needed was provided! We enjoyed grilling every night while watching the view of the lake and listening to the sounds of birds. The yard was big and well mowed! And it feels like you have your own private lake in front of your yard. The canoe and pedal boat was provided so it was a big treat for us. We enjoyed the amazing lake and the privacy that this place provided. We highly recommend this place!

It looks just like the photos. The large yard is beautifully maintained.The cabin contained everything we could have needed including kitchen, bathroom, and personal supplies, everything for the patio and grill. The owners thought of everything!

A restful retreat

A quiet and comfortable cabin on lakefront was the perfect Fall mini vacation. The weather was incredibly warm so we were happy to get out on the water in both the available canoe and paddle boat. The cabin contained all necessities and we enjoyed the down home atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Our second visit from Summer to Fall of this year. Beautiful Fall tree colors!. Very clean cabin well stocked above & beyond all your needs. What a tranquil getaway location! The yard is very spacious and well maintained to include a beautiful wildflower garden to enhance the private setting. The dock was great as we brought our boat. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed several fires during our stay. Great supply of wood! Wonderful hosts!!

Another wonderful stay

Our 5th stay at this cabin we had a peaceful getaway. Loved the wild flowers and butterflies in the yard. Watched a mother robin feeding her babies in a nest on top of the window air conditioner. Our favorite home away.

We live in and work in Rochester and bought the property back in 1995 and finally built the cabin in 2005. Have really enjoyed the fishing and the quiet there.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We bought this property because of its quiet location, the size of the lot, and the proximity to town. It's only a mile and a half to the restaurant and gas station in town but you feel like you are a long way from civilization when you are sitting on the deck or out fishing. The lake is a good fishing lake for panfish, largemouth, and northern pike. The lake is about ¼ mile wide by ½ mile long, about 60 acres, it’s not unusual to be the only one fishing on it.

We have really enjoyed quiet and privacy of this property and the excellent fishing. There aren't many trophies in this lake but if you enjoy catching 2 to 5 lb northerns along with largmouth bass, crappies, and panfish you will love this lake. You can see from the pictures that the lot itself has a large open area with a couple of wildflower gardens. There is also a couple of acres of woods with mowed trails in them.
