Accessible par une belle ruelle verte, un stationnement est disponible pour recevoir gratuitement une voiture. À deux minutes de marche des métros Beaubien et Rosemont, tout est rapidement accessible: Centre-ville, Plateau Mont-Royal, Petite-Italie, Outremont, le festival de Jazz, la Ronde, le Biodôme, le Stade-Olympique, la formule 1 , etc.
Note: un minimum de 2 nuits est exigé.

Great, quiet location

This was the best location for my first trip to Montréal. The location was central, but also close to th metro. The place was quiet and lovely, and had everything I could need to make myself comfortable. I would gladly stay here again!

Fantastic Flat & Neighborhood

Loved the energy & vibrancy of the city, the neighborhood, the flat. I spent 3 weeks here, eating & walking my way around to all corners of Montreal. Caroline was extremely responsive & helpful. Do consider staying here!

UNIQUE LAYOUT AND GREAT PARKING!

It was SO convenient to have my own reserved parking space right in front of the entryway. The open concept layout is cozy and tastefully decorated with unique items. Attention to detail and cleanliness were both excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect apartment, unbeatable location, would stay again

This was a perfect vacation rental. It was exactly as described in the listing (no surprises!) and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and found ourselves saying what a great place it was several times over the course of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped (we didn't cook much but we certainly could have) and well-stocked with staples like basic spices and seasonings. The location of the rental (right between two Metro stations) made it very easy to get around and the neighbourhood itself was super walkable. We had one question for the host while we were there and got an answer very promptly. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Very nice stay

We brought our electric bikes and enjoyed riding around the city. Great to have a dedicated parking space. The home is close to the Rosemont metro too. Love the neighborhood- close to everything.

Excellente adresse

L’appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, spacieux et bien situé dans une ruelle calme. Le métro est à quelques minutes à pied et permet d’être dans le centre rapidement . Petits commerces de proximité pour les courses et de bons restaurants à moins de 15mn à pied.

Perfect spot for a weekend in Montréal

Book! This! Property! I could not recommend this spot enough for those visiting Montréal. I stayed here with a friend for a long weekend. While you're not in the middle of the action, I'd argue it's even better. The neighborhood is really charming with great cafes, parks and restaurants. Caroline was very responsive and check-in/out was painless. The two nearby metro spots got us where we needed to be. I'd book this spot again in a heartbeat.

Cozy, cute, convenient

This place was fantastic! It has everything you need! So very clean! So well stocked. Everything you need and more. Very warm and comfortable. 5 minutes from Rosemont station. Host is extremely responsive. There was a 10+ inch overnight snow storm. By noon the host had contacted us to let us know that they would clear the snow. (We hadn't thought about getting it cleared). The storm knocked out the cable and the host fixed it as soon as we let them know. If we're back in Montreal we'll try to stay here again.

Great Hideaway Close to Metro

Very clean and extremely well provisioned this property is close to Montreal’s Metro which makes it very easy to get downtown. Parking is also provided. Very quiet. Check in & out a breeze.

Great property with parking

We had a great stay at this property. It was a nice, safe neighborhood and having a parking spot made the trip extremely easy. The interior was well appointed and perfect for a couple. We would stay here again.
