Ce condo est en dehors du Mountainside Inn at Swain Resort. Mon lieu est proche du parc d'état de Letchworth (24 km), du parc d'état de Stony Brook (19 km), de The Glen Iris Inn et du parcours de golf de Woodlynn Hills. Vous allez adorer ma place à cause de l’espace extérieur et du quartier. Il y a un restaurant dans la rue ouvert toute l'année et accessible à pied. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles. Désolé pas d'animaux. Non-fumeur.

Disposition du condo:

Premier étage - Il y a 2 chambres en bas. La 1ère chambre a 1 lit queen size et la 2ème chambre a 1 lit queen size et un lit superposé avec un grand bas et une taille double. Il y a aussi une salle de bains en taille réelle et laveuse et sécheuse.
2ème étage - Cuisine, salon avec balcon et une salle de bain.
3ème étage (mezzanine ouverte) - 1 lit double, 1 lit double et un matelas de rechange si nécessaire.

Ski weekend

Great place to crash after skiing or to hit the slopes first thing. Quiet night, comfortable sleeping, plenty of room for a family or couples. Thanks again.

Cute and cozy. We had a great time. Just update appliances and add some.Get rid of broken stools and I would definitely recommend.

Family hunting weekend

Stayed at Swain for our annual family hunting weekend. It's located within minutes of where we like to hunt and there is a bar within walking distance that also serves great food.

Exactly What We Needed

A group of 7 of us needed accommodations for a last minute trip in October and the condo was perfect! There was a common area for us all to hang out and we slept great! Everything was clean and easy. If we found ourselves in the area again, we would stay there!

Nice place for 7 friends vacation

Enough beds for a group of 7. Nice and quite, although train passed by occasionally. Train didn’t affect sleep. Very nice kitchen with plenty of dishes, cups and pots pans. Second bedroom had slight mouldy odor. People moving in second floor caused some squick noise to the bedroom. The place has very nice view and very close to the ski place. It is also close to a few state parks.

So Cute!!!

Perfect for skiers that want to be close and comfortable. Kids loved being able to see the slopes from the deck.

Decent place to stay

We came to explore Letchworth and found Swain Village when we searched for housing near that. It is a 20 minute drive away so the round trip meant we didn't spend much time at Swain, no going back for something we forgot. It does sleep 10 as advertised, but feeding 10 at once would be a real challenge, which we did not attempt. Only 3 chairs for the small table. The rest are bar stools at the counter, so doable, but... We had a problem with the oven when we arrived which Yonni responded to immediately and had fixed before we got home from dinner. Toaster was on the top shelf of a cupboard and when I took it down I got a shower of crumbs from the bottom of it - easily fixed but an unpleasant surprise. The rest of the place was nice and clean. There is nothing in the kitchen but salt and pepper, so bring everything you might need! No leaving of basics for the next guest allowed, so no cooking oil, condiments etc. Think motel room. We planned to do laundry our last day there, but found no laundry detergent, so left with dirty clothes despite nice looking appliances. VRBO, like all of Home Away, is no longer people sharing their space. It is commercial operations renting motel type spaces. To me, sad, but Swain is not alone so can't hold that against them. Again, Yonni was wonderful when we contacted her!

A perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place for our multigenerational, three - family getaway. We rented two condos across the parking lot from each other. Both were well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to just come with coolers full of food and to be able to feed a large group with everything at our fingertips. Plenty of space on three levels to spread out yet great central space for family fun and games. Full kitchen, Linens, dishes, comfy beds, etc. My only complaints, there is no outside grill or firepit or place to hang outside, which are summer fun essentials. But we spent most of our time at Letchworth, so it wasn't a big deal. It's also not handicapped friendly, as the main living area is on the second level. These didn't keep us from having a great time, just good to know if this is what you're looking for.

Perfect for a family getaway in Upstate NY

We really enjoyed our stay which made a perfect home base for a nearby family reunion. Everything went smoothly and communication and interactions with the property manager was nothing short of outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Letchworth State Park!!

Perfect for what we needed. My family of 7 stayed here for 1 night. Just a stop over from Boston and heading to Letchworth the next day. It was very quiet. A little out of our way but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was there including lots of towels, sheets, pillows,etc. And very clean.
