L'Anse Marcel est un joyau avec une immense plage aux eaux émeraudes et calmes.
Avec ses restaurants, ses bars, sa Marina entourée de boutiques luxueuses, un petit supermarché, elle présente tous les atouts pour agrémenter votre séjour.

Installée sur le flanc de l'Anse Marcel, la Villa FFRENCH offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la plage, la mer et l'ile d'Anguilla au large.

Déjeunez ou dînez au bord de la grande piscine à débordement de la villa, tout en jouissant d'une vue extraordinaire sur la baie.
Dégustez votre 'ti punch ou votre planteur avant d'apprécier votre barbecue.
Détendez vous dans un transat, caressés par les Alizés.

La Villa FFRENCH dispose de 7 chambres :
•1 chambre 'Master' de 50 m² avec un lit 'King Size +' (200 x 200 cm) à baldaquins, un grand dressing, salle de bain et WC.
•5 chambres avec lit 'King Size' (180 x 200 cm), ayant chacune de grands placards/dressings et une salle de bain (toutes avec WC).
•1 chambre avec lit 'Queen Size' (160 x 200 cm), avec placards/dressings, salle de bain et WC.
•Un espace salon et cuisine à l'américaine de 60 m², ouvrant sur la mer.
•Un WC invités.
•Une terrasse couverte en teck de 100 m² ouvrant sur le salon, la cuisine et les chambres, et regardant la mer, et une terrasse découverte de 130 m² au bord de la piscine.
L'espace salon/cuisine et toutes les chambres sont équipés de climatisation et de brasseurs d'air.

La grille de prix est basée sur 4 chambres soit 8 personnes.
La villa pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes dans ses 7 chambres, un prix complémentaire est ajouté pour chaque personne au-delà de 8.
Mais dans tous les cas, vous disposez de toute la villa.

La zone de Hope Estate, à proximité de l'Anse Marcel, propose tous les services, notamment des supermarchés, boulangerie, ...

Et l'Ile de SAINT-MARTIN est réputée pour ses superbes plages, ses très bons restaurants, côté Français ou Hollandais, ses nombreux Casinos, ses lounge bars et ses night-clubs.

Wonderful Villa Vacation!!

We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful villa in a beautiful location!!The house exceeded expectations!!!Spotless, fantastic views and comfortable!!Pool was perfect and very child safe.The caretaker Danielle was wonderful to work with!!Chef recommended was excellent!!The area was quiet and beaches, food, service perfect!!We are already planning our return next year for our family vacation!Thank you to Serge and Danielle for providing such a wonderful experience and memories!!!

Amazing!

Danielle was very attentive and responsive to us! She even sewed a family member’s dress for her when we were going to dinner! She was so nice and welcoming. Anything we needed she was there to assist us. The view was amazing which brings me to the point that the property is on a mountain so be mindful of that. 10/10 it was spacious for the 9 of us and the view was immaculate.

Magnificent Views

As soon as you walk in the door the view is amazing. Danielle the housekeeper greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us around the home. She was really sweet. Definitely need a car to get around. The house is equipped with everything you need. House was very clean. We will definitely return and stay at this house.

Absolutely amazing property!

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with this home and location. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s simply amazing. The pool and view are spectacular. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and it was great that everyone had their own private bathroom. Danielle was so sweet and very helpful. She gave us a wonderful bottle of Rose and even drove part of our group to the dock on the day we checked out. Thank you again, Danielle!! Do not hesitate to book this property. The Villa is absolutely wonderful, so much so, we spent days being just there. Close to Grand Case; closer still to a beautiful beach. There is no place like Anse Marcel and of course, no one as terrific as Danielle!

Perfect location and sea view

This is a perfect property for two families staying together! The pool is heated and has an amazing view overlooking Anse Marcel bay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine. The property manager was super attentive and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely book this villa again, if we need this amount of space.

Gorgeous view

Lovely villa. Great location near very swimmable beach and the restaurants of Grand Case. Roads are a little scary but we learned to drive like the locals. Beautiful pool. Danielle was very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped altho the knives need sharpening.

A Wonderful Week

Our family (4 adults, 6 kids) spent spring break at this villa in Ance Marcel. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. We had everything we needed in the pantry and kitchen. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, hang out, or play. The owner was always responsive and Danielle took good care of us on sight.

Spectacular Villa and View

If you're looking for a slice of paradise, this is it! The view is more than words incredible. The space is great. Anse Marcel is one of the prettiest beaches! The Anse Marcel Beach Resort is fabulous! If American, bring electrical outlet converter, brush up on your French and the metric system. This house is wonderful. The French side of Saint Martin is magnificent!

Heaven must be like this!

We had a group of eight adults from the USA for this particular stay at the Villa -Cul-de-Sac, just after Christmas. The pre-trip photos of this location do not do it justice as the actual location surpassed our already lofty expectations. Fully appointed and fully loaded, this house has everything need for a long and comfortable stay. The owner and location manager (Hi Danielle) were available and responsive to our needs, both before and during our stay. The view is incredible and we always felt safe and secure. We would definitely return for a round two at this location. You cannot go wrong with this spot!

1month in Paradise!

My wife and I stayed 1 month in Villa Ffrench in February/March 2023, and were joined by children and grandchildren for a week in the middle. This villa is spectacular, and true to the pictures on the website. The owner Serge was a pleasure to deal with, and Danielle the hostess is a delightful person, and was very helpful to us. The view is beautiful, the house is nice. We found the furniture to not be very comfortable. Kitchen in need of remodel. All and all it was a very nice place and we had a wonderful time. Having a washer and dryer was very important to us. The dryer was a breezeway with a close line, which worked out ok. But not what we expected.

This is a fabulous 5 bedroom villa, beautiful view

First of all, the listing for this villa doesn't do it justice. This is a 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom property with a gorgeous view. And the photos don't show all the comfortable poolside furniture that is currently at the home. Serge was easy to communicate with and the villa's caretaker, Danielle was available 100% of the time to answer any questions or concerns about the property. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future. :). Michelle

Memorable time

We spent a week in St Martin with our three children and their families (including six grandchildren) to celebrate our 50th anniversary. The villa at Anse Marcel was fabulous and fit all of our family’s needs. The photos do not do it justice, it has beautiful upgrades. Danielle was available to answer all our questions and she even made sure the grand kids had beach toys. (Thank you Danielle!) The villa was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating to accommodate our families for meals and relaxing by the pool. The road to Anse Marcel is something to experience (as are most roads in St. Martin) but the view from the villa is spectacular. We’ve been fortunate to make several trips to St. Martin and the villa made this one of our most memorable trips. Thank you Serge and Danielle. Joe and Mari-Ann V. and family

Beautiful villa

This villa has almost everything you will need for a fabulous vacation. The bedrooms and baths are very well appointed and very comfortable with lots of privacy for all. The villa had amazing views in a central part of Anse Marcel and very comfortable seating outside and in the living room. It is situated in a safe area .. we never locked the doors. However, the kitchen needs updating with decent cutting knives and a stove top that does not require a lot of guesswork to make it work. In addition, the villa needs a clothing dryer because the humidity keeps clothes from drying. Also, the owner and his manager.., who was very accessible and helpful .. need to make an owner’s manual for the internet (which works very well) and TV. We loved this villa and will come back another time if updates are added.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Ruime slaapkamers, badkamers en overige verblijven. Buitenvoorziening meer dan prima. Ruim zwembad met daarbij meer dan genoeg ruimte om te zitten of te liggen. Contact met beheerder prima. Goede en snelle ontvangst. Ook op vragen werd er snel gereageerd. Overall een prima verblijf en zeker aan te raden.

This villa is so beautiful! It has the BEST view on the French side. We loved the villa so much we didn't want to stay at the beach. The property is much more beautiful than pictured. Perfect for group of 8-10 people. All the doors have huge windows that open to the pool. It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Perfect for friends/family. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay in Anse Marcel

We had a fantastic stay in Feb 2022. Communication with Serge was great and Danielle was a perfect host at the property when we arrived and during the stay. The villa was beautiful with panoramic views from the house deck and pool over Anse Marcel. We very appreciated that the villa came fully stocked with towels, laundry and kitchen tools/utensils to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay there again.

A piece of paradise

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Villa in Anse Marcel. The house is very comfortable and stocked with anything you might need, the pool was refreshing and clean, and the view of the bay and Anguilla beyond is stunning- cocktails at sunset watching the pink clouds and green mountains framing the turquoise water sea is magical.
