Cet appartement UNIQUE , un vrai bijou , est situé au 3ème étage dans le calme Résidence PORTO FINO, de la terrasse vous avez une vue imprenable sur la Marina & Mer.

Almerimar / Andalucía, a un climat subtropical avec une moyenne de 320 jours de soleil par an.
Le Resort est construit autour du port qui accueille de nombreux restaurants de fruits de mer avec une bonne cuisine espagnole. Cafe Bars, Tapas Bars, tous situés dans un bel environnement avec vue sur le port.

Le golf est une grande attraction dans la région et la Résidence PORTO FINO est située tout près du terrain de golf de 27 trous de première classe conçu par Gary Player, avec plusieurs trous d'eau et de magnifiques vues et qui mettront au défi tout golfeur expérimenté.

La grande piscine sécurisée à l'usage des résidents se trouve au 1er étage. Ouvert fin du mois de Mars jusque fin d’Octobre.

L'appartement a été équipé de meubles de haute qualité, sans aucune dépense épargnée.

La propriété est entièrement climatisée, moderne et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour des vacances parfaites.

L'appartement dispose de la climatisation et d'un ventilateur de plafond frais. Il y a du chauffage pour les mois d’hiver.

Il y a 2 SATELLITE TV avec des canaux DIFFÉRENTS ; Belgique . Pour les Locataires de France on a un SAT/ TNT Routeur ( avec toutes les chaînes de France)

La chambre principale avec son propre téléviseur dispose d'un GRAND LIT 160 x 200 avec literie de LUXE, elle contient un dressing avec beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements, les chaussures et les bagages, contient aussi un COFFRE - FORT fixé.

Un lit supplémentaire de luxe ( 80x200) avec matelas très confortable pour un 3ième adulte / enfant plus âgé et disponible sur demande (supplément €5 p.n.) à réserver 1 mois à l'avance. A convenir avec le propriétaire et à payer sur place en espèces.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée d'un grand lave-vaisselle , four à air chaud, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur/congélateur, machine à café NESPRESSO, percolateur (typique anglais), presse-agrumes électrique, grille-pain, mixeur manuel, robot de cuisine pour les smoothies.

Sur la terrasse il y a une buanderie avec une NOUVELLE machine à laver et une NOUVELLE séchoir , placard de rangement pour le linge sale et les produits de nettoyage, rangement pour vos valises et sacs de golf.

La salle de bain de luxe a une DOUCHE DE PLUIE & toutes les serviettes sont disponibles / incluses dans le prix de location.

Sur la grande terrasse il y a 2 transats confortables et une table à manger & des chaises. La terrasse est partiellement couverte. Il y a aussi un auvent solaire/marquise.

Aussi disponible : serviettes de plage, planche à repasser, fer à repasser, étendoir pliant & épingles, aspirateur
WIFI illimité est disponible gratuitement.

L'électricité est INCLUSE, N'UTILISEZ PAS les climatiseurs avec des fenêtres OUVERTES ! Jusqu’à présent, aucun locataire n’a dû payer un supplément.

L'aéroport de Malaga à 168km (1:50) est également une autre option. Toujours l’autoroute jusqu’a Almerimar et de belles vues sous votre route.

Best place for golf

We spend 3 months there really enjoyed the place, like advertised well located, golf, grocery, transportation to city. You can see the sea from the balcony. Annie and Yvan were perfect host, always ready to help. I recommend this place

Beautiful marina apartment

Beautiful apartment with stunning view of the marina and the sea. Lovely open plan interior with a very large terrace and the use of a big communal pool. Very clean interior with everything you need for your holiday. Would recommend a stay here.

Spectacular Marina Views

The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. So comfortable and excellent location

6 months since our last visit to Annie’s beautifully presented apartment and it felt like home. Once again it was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable two weeks. Despite the weather being windy, we were well sheltered on the spacious terrace to sit or lay in the February sun. Looking forward to the next time.

Top quality exceeded our expectations

The apartment is in a ideal position for all the local bars and amenities and as a brilliant view over the marina.The quality of the apartment is excellent. We always use self catering accommodation and this is the best we have stayed in.If we visit Almerimar again we would definitely use this apartment.

This is the second time in Annie’s apartment . It’s just perfect in every way , she has thought of everything . The check in process was very good , because we had stayed before , we knew all about the apartment. We had a welcome gift of fruit and wine . It’s close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and bars , overlooking the marina , just perfect . We had a problem with our return taxi , but Annie came to the rescue . Her daughter came to pick us up and took us to the Airport. Nothing is too much trouble. If you’re thinking of visiting Almerimar , this is the place . You will not be disappointed. 🤗😊. Absolutely amazing

Annie's property is everything home from home. Every little detail thought of. Locationn good near Mercadona and bus stop to El Ejido and Almeria. Lovely restaurants around 3 marinas easy walking distance. Beach 10mins walk. Apartment is so clean and fresh. Everything you could wish for. Attention to detail is first class. So looking forward to staying next year. Annie apartment is a credit to you and comes highly recommended.

Home from home

My wife and I had a great holiday in this extremely well presented apartment. It was spotless and on the day of arrival Annie's cleaner greeted us and despite the language barrier she gave a very comprehensive guide to the apartment. We did not want to hire a car and all the local amenities were within a very short walk. The shop at the supermarket, less than a 10 min walk, was made all the easier by using the shopping trolley in the apartment. All the equipment and utensils throughout were of very high quality. Annie is was so nice to meet you and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit.

What a lovely luxury apartment!

The photos do not do this property justice! It is just perfect! Inside the property was spotless with ample towels, all mod cons and even chairs to take to the beach! The terrace is sublime with a lovely sunny aspect all day. The property itself is situated very near (5 minute walk) to all amenities including restaurants, beach and supermarkets. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. My husband and I had a brilliant time and it felt just like home with the added bonus of the lovely hot sunny weather! Perfect location

We have been self catering for many many years and we have never stayed in a better presented apartment with all the home comforts required to enjoy a holiday. Annie has amazing taste and anticipates all your holidays needs from all the essentials for self catering to thoughtful additions like a shopping trolley to get your provisions from the local shops without the need of a car. (A true bonus ) and we particularly liked the fab sliding fly screens which makes all the difference. The apartment is in an amazing location with superb views and so close to good bars and restaurants. Almerimar has a lovely deli, green grocers, butchers and bakers all family run businesses. Annie is efficient and professional with all your wants and needs. We have already booked to return now knowing it’s everything we want. Thank you Annie so glad we found you. 🤗

Amazing

We finally got to stay at Annie’s Apartment, originally booked in 2019 , then COVID came . It was definitely well worth the wait . Everything is just perfect for our needs . Communication with Annie very good . We were met by the cleaner , she showed us round explaining everything that we needed to know . The apartment is so clean , so close to shops , bars , beach all you need from a Holiday. The view from the terrace over looking the marina is lovely , spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace . Sun all day , shade if you want it . Did quite a bit of cooking while we were there , Annie has thought of everything , never stayed in an apartment that was so well equipped. We will definitely be returning , we both loved it. The best apartment ever!!!

My husband and I have just returned home after 2 weeks in the most wonderful apartment! Annie's apartment is stunning for so many reasons. The apartment itself is beautiful. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. You will want for nothing! There is a large terrace that gets the sun from morning until evening (as my tan will testfy!) It also has a shaded area which suited my fair skinned husband!! An abundance of restaurants and bars are literally a 5 minute walk away as are the supermarkets. Annie has provided a trolley to take to the supermarket, which is a life saver! I can also understand why Almerimar is known as the sunniest place in Europe. We had 2 weeks of constant sunshine!! Annie is the most amazing host and is so helpful should you need to contact her at all. I can honestly say this was the best holiday we have ever had, and it goes without saying we will be booking again for next year! Look no further, this apartment and its location are truly amazing! Thank you Annie!!

A good advice

Take some photos of the apartment when you leave it at the end of your holidays – and wash the towels and floor mats. We were charged an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of Euro 65 because the cleaning lady told our host that the apartment was left very dirty. We got no documentation. We were told that the towels and floor mats were very dirty and had to be washed. We have never before been charged for washing of towels. In our opinion washing of towels is part of the cleaning fee. We feel totally unfairly and badly treated and feel we have to warn others about this additional cleaning fee.

Perfect in Every Way!

You won't be disappointed! This one bedroom is perfectly situated, meticulously clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. The living-room is very comfortable and the bedroom is airy for peaceful sleeps on crisp linens, the sounds of the Mediterranean Sea in the background and a mattress that guarantees a great wake up to each new day that found us having coffee on the terrace. This is no ordinary terrace. This is the encompassing magic around this apartment. It is fully furnished and offers a sublimely peaceful place to relax. It also provides a panoramic view of life in Almerimar. The restaurants that line the boardwalk, the Mediterranean Yachts which fill the hundreds of berths and the long and meandering coast line of a seemingly endless beach are within feet of your front door. We don't golf but discovered from international visitors who actually travelled from around the globe to golf here. All amenities; pharmacy, grocery store, salons and spas are also within a short walking distance. The real discovery for us after three weeks of making it home away from our Toronto Canada home is that all the credit for our perfect stay goes to Annie, your hostess. This remarkable woman is dedicated to providing everything promised. There is no question she is passionately invested in you having a fabulous experience. We did! Annie and her home away from home is top on our list to visit again and again. Don't hesitate for a minute on this choice - there really are no hidden surprises - it is as described and more.

Très bel appartement

Super équipé, très propre, de bon goût, une foule de petits détails... vaste parking de l'autre côté d'un boulevard (150 m), supermarché à 100 m. Seul bémol : comme il se trouve dans l'hypercentre, la rue en bas est assez passante, le bruit peut devenir agaçant à certains moments.

Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief ohne Probleme und immer sehr schnell. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum! Besonders lobenswert möchte ich die nette Geste mit dem riesigen Obstkorb und dem liebevoll gedeckten Tisch bei unserer Anreise erwähnen!! Wir reisen seit 15 Jahren nach Spanien aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Selbst ein Trolley für Einkäufe wurde bereit gestellt. Diese kann man somit problemlos zu Fuß erledigen. Selbst eine Infomappe in verschiedenen Sprachen steht bereit. Die Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Les propriétaires habitent tout près. Sont retraités après une carrière de conseiller fiscal. Maintenant ils profitent du bon climat en Espagne !

Madame Van Driessche a pensé à tous les détails pour décorer l'appartement.
Ils sont de nationalité Belges, mais parlent plusieurs langues : Néerlandais, Français, Anglais, Espagnol.
