Stress-free family vacation
The house was bright, clean, modern, equipped with all facilities (such as pool and hot tub- always warm), BBQ, entertainment- TV’s in all rooms, pool table and fuzeball, pool toys, all necessary appliances and dishes. Perfect for all ages. It soon felt like home and was a much needed retreat after busy days at parks. Also liked that it was part of a resort and we also enjoyed the larger pool, play area, and lazy river. Would recommend and also hope to go back.

Susan’s home was well appointed. Very comfortable beds, seating areas, and everything we needed for our family of all ages. The home is a great location within the resort as it’s an easy block walk to the main clubhouse and pool. Susan was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be recommending her home for future family stays.

AMAZING VACATION
We loved our time spent at this house! We were there for a week with family. There was never a moment we were disappointed. The house offered everyone space when they needed it and a big living room and out door pool, to gather asa large group. We wish we could stay longer. Susan was so friendly to communicate with. We will be back.

Perfect house !
First of all Susan and Serge were the best to deal with. They were always in communication with us and answered any questions within minutes even while at the house . House is a great location maybe a 5min walk to the clubhouse. The one day we did use the clubhouse pool / lazy river the parking lot was full so that right there was worth the location of the house . House has everything you need and also beautiful outdoor area with lots of pool toys and floaties. All bedrooms were spacious and super comfy . We enjoyed our stay and this is the perfect house for any family .

This is the one for your family
I honestly do not know where to begin. From start to finish Susan and Serge were phenomenal. We didn't have to wonder about anything, everything was spelled out for us which made our trip so easy. When we arrived Susan and Serge had already made sure we had what we needed for check-in prior so the process took 5 mins. Now about the beautiful home, often times pictures are deceiving. Trust me the home is more beautiful than the pictures could ever show. We are very picky vacationers and I probably went through 50+ properties and I kept coming back to this one and I am so glad I did. You can tell when a home has been cleaned with pride. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. It was very relaxing after a day at the parks to come back to the villa and chill in the pool and hot tub. Obviously we loved this home and I could go on and on lol. I would say look no further this home is the one for you and your family. Our entire family is still in awww and can't wait until our next trip to Florida so we can stay here again. Thank you so much Susan and Serge for the wonderful experience 😊

Awesome stay with fantastic ownere
The place was amazing the pool was great. The hotub was heated spererate from the pool. The house is just like the pics and was very roomy and relaxing. The owners are great. Susan from before i arrived gave me tips and was very informative. She contacted during the stay and made sure everything was ok. I cant say enough great things about her and serge. Great peopel to talk to and rent from. I will definitely be renting from them again. Thanks again!!!!

Never had a better experience!
We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, but this was —by far —the best! The location was great, the neighborhood was wonderful, and the house was simply FANTASTIC!! It was spacious and spotlessly clean and had everything you could ever need or want! The beds were super comfy, as were the pillows. (Several in our group are admittedly picky about such creature comforts, and we all were so pleasantly surprised and thankful!). The process was so smooth. Check in and check out were both super easy. And our hosts were something special. From the first interaction, we could tell our hosts were extraordinary in communication, which is such a reassurance when planning a trip for multiple ages and mobility needs. Susan’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness are unparalleled! She jumped through hoops to help us get into the house a few hours early when she learned we had arrived early. She definitely makes you feel cared for and special! Do yourself a favor and book with the Deleaus…you won’t regret your decision! So so thankful to them for giving our family one of our top vacations ever and for helping us feel like beloved family members staying at a beautiful family vacation resort!

Amazing family vacation!!
There isn't enough space to fully describe the experience with this rental. From the very beginning Susan and Serge were unbelievable communicators, not a detail left out and ALWAYS there taking and replying instantly to any questions. The home is more perfect then the pictures even reflect. The space for a multiple family is perfect, laid out to give space to everyone if needed. The furnishings and decorations are so warm and welcoming and the pool/spa area is so much fun for all ages! Added to all of this is the usage of the club house area, offers good food and drinks and again fun for all ages. After renting many homes in the past this one is by far the best! Thank you again Susan and Serge for everything!!

Wonderful house and hosts!
We booked this house a year in advance based on excellent reviews. We were two families with young children (ages 4 and 7), and we had a full week planned - Universal and Disney, but left plenty of time to enjoy the house as well. The kids enjoyed the game room, the Harry Potter bunkbed room, and their own TV with PlayStation on the 2nd floor. The pool and hot tub were loved by all, and used multiple times a day, every day. The house had everything we needed (including a stroller we brought to the parks!), and there were lots of shops (within 2 miles) to pick up anything we needed (food, etc.). Quiet neighborhood and friendly, gated community. Lastly, we were beyond grateful for Susan, who was by far the best host we've ever had. She emailed and texted lots of information prior to our stay to ensure we were prepared. During our stay, she responded within seconds if we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommended and hope to visit again! Thank you!

Perfect!
We had a great time spending our Thanksgiving holiday in the sun and away from the snow. Susan and Serge are the most attentive and kind hosts that we have had the pleasure of staying with. Their home is close to everything you may need for a relaxing and enjoyable time --- close to grocery stores, Disney World, Universal Studios, and Starbucks. And if none of those things are on your list, their home has a clean and enjoyable pool that you can enjoy while watching football. Susan and Serge have done a fantastic job of making you feel comfortable in their clean and inviting home. We are thankful that we were able to enjoy their little slice of Florida. Looking forward to a return trip!

A perfect trip
Susan and Serge were so sweet. They reached out prior to our trip to make sure we didn’t have any questions. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. Unfortunately, we had a hurricane hit when we were there. However, we felt very safe in the house and were able to enjoy some family games and extra relaxation time. The pool/spa was the perfect size for our family. All 11 of us really enjoyed our stay. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much Susan and Serge for making us feel so welcome.

Graduation Celebration!
Susan and Serge are amazing hosts. They are very personable and responsive. Just wonderful sweet people. The home is fantastic! The layout is perfect for families, with great spaces to gather and get away. The large island in the kitchen, paired with the open floor plan and large dinning table made meal times very festive for all. The lanai was a favorite spot for quite morning coffee and evening glasses of wine. The pool and spa are the gem of the outdoor space. Plenty of space for a big family in and out of the pool. Our teenagers loved the game room/garage. They had some epic foosball matches and had a great time having their own space to play music and hangout. The bedrooms are spacious and very well appointed. Having two primary suites was really wonderful. The downstairs suite is beautiful with a bathroom that opens out to the lanai. Which was fantastic because it was so convenient not to have to go through the house to use the restroom after being in the pool. The suite upstairs is very spacious with closets galore, and en suite bath that is just as spacious, the shower is fantastic! The entire home is very beautifully decorated and well laid out. Susan and Serge have thought of everything so the home is well equipped. There are tons of towels for bathing and swimming, cooking and grilling supplies and utensils, there is a cute coffee station, the fridge and pantry are large, and the laundry room off the kitchen is wonderful. The home is a short walk to the clubhouse. The kids enjoyed the pools, lazy river, café, and even got in some tennis, and went to the gym for a work out or two! We had an amazing stay! Thank you! 40th Anniversary Family Trip
This home is everything and more than the description. We were treated as family from the booking to our ride home. Susan/Serge we’re the perfect hosts. I would definitely recommend renting this house. The resort was really nice. I only have two complaints and they have nothing to do with the rental. 1. The cafe needs extra staff. The food and drinks were great but 45mins to 1.5 hour wait to get your order because there is 1 person taking orders and the other cooking. 2. The traffic getting into Solterra. On some days the line is backed for 10mins. Neither thing should deter from anyone renting this unit. Marty/Linda Winicki (Michigan)

Theme park get away
This was the perfect house for our family of six during our theme park vacation. It would have easily fit another family of four also. Susan and Serge are great hosts and communicated everything we needed before and throughout our stay. The house was immaculately clean and well decorated. The kids enjoyed using the pool every opportunity before and after theme park trips. We took a break from the parks and went to Cocoa Beach, which is a little over an hour away, for some ocean time. We also utilized the Solterra club house and pool for a day. Such a nice facility and area! If/when we return to the Orlando area, we won't hesitate to stay at this house again!

I think we tried every form of accommodation: on-site hotels, off-site hotels, condos, time shares, but it wasn't until our good friends purchased a home in Solterra that we knew we found the best way to stay in the Central Florida area. Why cram into a small hotel room (or two) when you can have the Villa-Étoile with all the comforts of home!

We love the south facing backyard, natural sunlight streaming through the double story of windows, high ceilings and spacious/open feel throughout the entire house. As fans of Star Wars, the themed games room proved it was "meant to be". The Solterra Resort is situated perfectly, whether we need to drive to the theme parks, escape to the beaches, attend a professional sporting event, or do some shopping.

Our home is only a 3-minute walk away from the clubhouse and resort facilities. There is no need to schedule in a water-park visit because guests have access to the Solterra Resort Clubhouse with its fantastic pool, lazy river, water slides, cabanas, playground, tennis courts and clubhouse.

High ceilings and wonderful natural light streaming through the windows make this a perfect choice for our sunny Solterra vacations.

The Harry Potter themed bedroom and the Star Wars themed game room are a bonus!
