Superbe villa appartenant à une famille anglo-française, vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne dans un environnement calme, à quelques pas de la plage (350m) et à proximité de la pittoresque Nerja. Grande piscine et jardin face à la mer, directement accessible par une cuisine spacieuse et un salon (38m2), très facile pour le petit déjeuner et les déjeuners au soleil et les barbecues.
4 chambres: 2 grandes chambres (King / 180 cm et lits Queen / 160 cm), une en-suite, deux chambres avec vue sur la mer, 1 chambre avec lit double 140 cm et 1 chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Climatisation. 2 autres salles de bains + douche de la piscine.
Bibliothèque / salon avec vue sur la mer et cheminée, de nombreux livres, TV, jeux de société et DVD disponibles, buanderie et parking fermé de la rue.

Nice place but in need of a bit of a refurb

Overall nice place and very helpful owner. Could do with a bit of a sort out and general refurbishment but overall ok. Nice location and great views out to the sea.

Gorgeous setting !

Love the setting . The pool was awesome which really added to this vacation . Close distance to Nerja which was beautiful. The only negative was could have used more linen and towels .

Wonderful villa

Spacious with fantastic views and a large pool. Close to the beach.The house is really well equipped and got a nice library. I would like to come back.

Lovely villa

We really enjoyed our stay with the family. The pool is great and was perfect size for us (kids 10 & 8). The villa is spacious and air condition in the bedrooms was crucial. A couple of good restaurants and beach within walking distance but I would definitely recommend getting a car. Brilliant host, always quick to reply and very helpful.

Spain expeeience

The property was in an absolutely perfect spot, even the hill walk was fine. Had no real problems during our stay safe, peaceful and what a view. Check -in was a process and the home needs a good thorough clean. Host was available , but quite irritated by any communication. All in all will come again to the area , but find a new place.

Great stay in Torrox

Couldn't have asked for a better stay near Nerja. House is even more spacious than images suggest, great contact in advance of the stay and during it. Would suggest that a car is probably a good idea - not necessary, but would make getting around easier. We had a lovely walk into Nerja along the beach one day - it's not long, even with kids (the youngest is 9). The property has everything you might need. Highly recommend.

Stargazing from the terrace was magical. John was great and popped over immediately when there was a problem with the pool. We should have hired a car.

Fantastic

The villa was perfect, comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a real home from home. If you are happy to walk it’s easy to get in to Nerja or Torrox to eat or look around. But having a car made it really accessible.

Family holiday

Very much enjoyed our week here in late June. There is UK (sky) tv with a decent number of chamnels for children and good Internet connection. John was on hand to assist with any queries at short notice. Lovely stay, and would recommend this villa, no question.

Beautiful area

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and loved walking down to la Restinga beach in the evenings. The villa was spacious, comfortable and well kept. The pool was a little cool given the time of year, but didn't stop the kids having fun! Thank you.

Great family holiday

Great location. Short walk to a lovely beach with a little bar and a couple of local family friendly restaurants (also next to the beaches). Easy to catch a bus or taxi into lovely nearby Nerja. The property is fab for 2 families. All the amenities you could hope for. Stunning views. Host was on hand very quickly to answer any questions and arranged transfers to and from the airport. Pool was lovely and a great size. Would definitely recommend for a super family holiday.

Beautiful sea view villa.

The villa is located on the cliff overlooking the sea giving beautiful panoramic views. The villa was larger than expected and was complimented with a large pool which was ideal as it has a shallow end for younger children. We have to mention the property manager, John who was excellent. We had a problem with the tv and the car park gates and he arrived within half an hour to fix both. He also assisted when my friend broke his arm and he was able to recommend the best hospital. Thanks John. If anything could be improved it would be the sun loungers which were beginning to show some signs of age and possibly a better outside dining area but both were acceptable. Would definitely recommend and would stay her in the future.

Gorgeous villa in the perfect location

The villa is located in a small urbanisation just outside Nerja. The sea and mountain views from the pool area are stunning. It is a 10 min walk to the nearby beach and two local restaurants (we tried El Mirador, which was lovely). It is just a short drive to nearby supermarkets. The villa is big and on two levels. Only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, although an additional fan is provided. The villa is well-equipped, and everything worked well. The pool area is great, with a good-sized pool, sun loungers, chairs, table and parasols. The bedrooms were all a good size, with plenty of space. We had to contact the owner a couple of times with minor queries, and he responded really quickly each time. We would thoroughly recommend this villa. It's a perfect location, and really does look as good as the pictures! There is quick access to a beach and restaurant, but with towns close by for more variety/shopping etc. Frigiliana was lovely for a half-day trip. A big thank you to John for a lovely stay!

Beautiful all around!

We came on a family vacation and needed a place that was big enough that we could all have some space. This home was perfect! The bedrooms were very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. The pool area was our favorite feature. We spent a lot of time swimming and lounging in the sun and shade. The view of the sea was spectacular. There are two restaurants very close by and we enjoyed both of them. John was extremely responsive to my questions when we first arrived, which we appreciated. We rented a car for our stay and that was very helpful. The beach and restaurants were walkable but that was it. We frequented the Lidl that was nearby for groceries. The one item that would have been nice to have is an outdoor grill. We did not use the television since it only seemed to work with the dvd player, but we didn’t miss it. If you are traveling with young children, there are some dvds for kids there. If we find ourselves coming back to this area of Spain, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely week in Nerja

Just got back from a holiday in Nerja. The communication from the John was excellent and was on hand to offer advice about local area. Check in and out really simple. We flew to Malaga and it was around 45 mins drive to the villa. The villa is up quite a steep hill and lots of steps inside- so wouldn’t be ideal for anyone with mobility issues or small children. 3 restaurants were within walking distance- we visited 2 and both were lovely. The other one was fully booked. a small beach was located at the bottom of the hill but we didn’t use this and drove 10 mins to nerja centre and spent the day at those beaches - which had plenty of shops bars etc. there is a Lidl about 5 min drive away. Only a 15 min drive to frigiliana - which is a lovely little town and worth a visit. The villa itself was generally clean, very spacious big enough for 2 families. Kitchen well equipped. Pool area lovely and a beautiful view of the sea. My only area of improvement would be that the villa would benefit from a bit of a refresh/deep clean - in terms of towels/bedding. Some of the garden furniture is broken and would benefit from an update. Still does the job though. Also we needed to buy cleaning cloths/spray/bin bags etc for our stay where as in previous places I’ve stayed that sort of stuff has been available. On the whole a pleasant stay.

Super Ausblick

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub. Wir hatten tolles Wetter, das Haus liegt zwischen Berge und Meer und bietet einen super Ausblick. Das Haus an sich ist süß. Es ist groß und verwinkelt. Leider war es ziemlich schmutzig. Besonders in der Küche. Die Schränke und Schubladen sollten bis zu den nächsten Urlaub gründlich gereinigt werden. Gut, wäre es auch noch gewesen, wenn Ersatzdecken und Bettwäsche da gewesen wären. Der Manager John, war sehr nett. Er hat uns direkt eine neue Gasflasche besorgt, als unsere leer war.
