Ce condo direct d'une chambre joliment décoré en bord de mer offre une vue magnifique sur le bleu du Pacifique et est situé sur le côté ouest de Maui. Depuis le Paki Maui Resort, vous êtes à distance de marche d'une épicerie, d'un marché fermier, d'un marché aux poissons, de boutiques et de nombreux restaurants ''. Vous êtes à quelques kilomètres seulement des zones de villégiature de Kaanapali et de Kapalua pour une large sélection de plages, de terrains de golf de championnat, de boutiques raffinées et de restaurants.

Le condo est situé au 1er étage, unité # 102. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, vous pourrez toujours vous détendre sur votre véranda privée car elle est au-dessus du sol. Vous pouvez toujours vous laisser les portes de véranda ouvertes, pour sentir les alizés tropicaux tout en ayant une vue incroyable sur les îles de Moloka'i et Lana'i et n'oublions pas nos couchers de soleil hawaïens à couper le souffle qui seront un souvenir durable. Si vos voyages vous amènent à Maui de la mi-décembre à avril, vous aurez droit à une expérience magique en observant la migration des incroyables baleines à bosse vers les eaux chaudes de Maui. Regardez ces «doux géants» gambader dans le canal depuis votre véranda ou réservez un voyage sur un bateau d'observation des baleines local où les observations de baleines sont pratiquement garanties pendant cette période. Des gousses de dauphins fileurs et de tortues de mer vertes géantes sont visibles toute l'année. Parfois, vous verrez un phoque moine qui s'arrête pour un repos longtemps nécessaire dans les zones proches.

Ceci est une unité d'une chambre très confortable, où vous pouvez vous étendre jusqu'à ce que votre cœur se contente sur ce lit King size confortable. Le lit sur pied offre plusieurs jolis tiroirs doublés de cèdre pour vos vêtements pliés. L'unité a un beau sol en pierre avec de jolis comptoirs en marbre vert forêt de café. La salle de bain a une belle grande douche avec une porte coulissante en verre et le lavabo / vanité est séparé de la douche / WC. Le mobilier est exceptionnel et confortable, nous sommes sûrs que vous vous sentirez comme chez vous! La cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle est garnie d'ustensiles, de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. L'unité elle-même ne fournit pas de laveuse et de sécheuse, mais il y a des laveuses et sécheuses à pièces situées près des ascenseurs aux 2e, 3e et 4e étages. L'unité fournit une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un câble de base et un ensemble de base de fournitures de cuisine et de salle de bain.

Les motifs tropicaux de Paki Maui comprennent un étang à poissons et une cascade de koi tranquilles qui vous accueillent à votre porte d'entrée. Le côté face à l'océan du condo / véranda a une pelouse herbeuse d'environ 30 pieds entre vous et l'océan. Il est tout simplement parfait pour bronzer avec des chaises longues et des tables pour vous aider à vous détendre. De la pelouse, il y a 5 ou 6 marches qui vous mènent à des eaux protégées - idéales pour la plongée en apnée et la natation. Les équipements du complexe comprennent une piscine chauffée fermée et un espace jacuzzi entouré de chaises longues, avec de belles fleurs et plantes hawaïennes. Vous pouvez choisir de faire griller vos repas sur les deux barbecues à gaz situés dans la zone de la piscine / cabane ou d'utiliser les nouveaux sur la pelouse (non clôturés). Vous pouvez profiter de vos repas sur votre véranda privée en bord de mer ou la pelouse côté océan est le «lieu de rassemblement» où vous pouvez rencontrer et profiter de discuter avec certains des autres invités. Location and view are amazing! The condo is a bit run down. Shower door broken, patio furniture as well. Bathroom sink did not drain . Couch very uncomfortable. The decor was ok.Communication with the management was terrible. Would not book this unit again.

Low key and casual stay with lots to do. We didn't even need to rent a car! 102 was clean and cozy with a nice little kitchen! We will go return god willing. ALoha

ocean front condo/fantastic view

Needs furniture update. Lumpy uncomfortable couch, rusted rickety patio chair was wobbly. Only 1 lamp in living room and it didn't work consistently. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off, then couldn't get it to turn on once we plugged it in. Living room TV did not work consistently, No instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay there again unless these issues were addressed. Best piece of furniture was king bed.

Lovely condo, lovely area

The check in was just a little bumpy due to Sunday check in. Bree was quickly available via phone and gave instructions and directions to the unit. It was just as pictured—very clean and well appointed. Lots of kitchen equipment. On site laundry available was a plus. The beach is really nice. We watched turtles there daily!

First trip to Maui

The amenities were great. The view was amazing! Condo was well furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. It had great space. Landscaping was beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed the water toys and saw plenty of wildlife from the lanai. Overall, very comfortable and made our first stay in Maui that much more memorable.

Enjoyed our stay

Pictures don't do justice for how pretty the view from the patio is. We saw multiple sea turtles every day swimming close to the place. The host Brie is very prompt with communication and made sure our stay was as comfortable. Would 100% stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

Amazing Ocean-front View from Spacious Balcony

This is an older condo with older furniture and amenities but nicely kept. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. Fish Market across the street with fresh caught fish daily. Food truck court just down the street was fun. Other small eateries and coffee shops within walking distance. Grass area with beach chairs/lounges with the waves pounding the wall in front of you. The unit's location to beachfront is hard to beat. However, here are some observations about the condo. The photographer did an amazing job of making the unit look twice the size it actually is. Balcony and living areas are comfortable and spacious compared to the rest of the unit. Bathroom area with shower is small but adequate for two people, not more. Kitchen is very small but has a full size range and microwave. No oven, but we didn't go there to make Thanksgiving dinner! Small toaster oven is provided but would not fit even a small pizza. Cooking utensils were minimal. Not many drinking glasses, especially plastic ones for the beach. Bedroom featured a king-size captain's bed that filled the room. If you are shorter than 6 feet tall or have trouble climbing and jumping you might have trouble getting into the bed. My wife is 5 feet tall and I had to pull her into bed each night. It is comfortable once you are in it, but hard to get into. Very little room to move around the bed. We had to move a couple of items out of the room to make it easier to get around the bed. Closet is adequate size with hangers and shelves, and the captain's bed has large drawers that pull out for storing items, but they are hard to access because of how close the bed is to the walls. Laundry facilities were easy to use and located on all levels except the first level. Getting to the small beach in front of the break wall was difficult due to damaged stairways on both ends of the property. The damage, likely from storms, is bad enough that the stairs are fenced off. Access to the beach is by climbing down the 4-5 foot wall made of lava rock, not something everyone will be able to do. A short walk north along the street takes you to a nice public access beach where you can spend the day or just walk back through the tidepools to the front of the Paki Maui property. Pool area was nicely outfitted with gas grills. Spa was warm and comfortable. Pool is not heated so it was not comfortable to be in (we visited in January) unless you are from Minnesota, in which case you would probably love it! Several maintenance items had been overlooked and we hope they are repaired for the next visitor (all reported to property manager). Bathroom sink drained painfully slow. Kitchen faucet was wobbly and not properly attached to the counter top. Microwave control buttons for lights/fan were loose and hard to operate. Towel rack inside shower had been previously broken and poorly repaired requiring us to continually put it back in place. Again, overall we enjoyed ou stay at Paki Maui but found the attention to detail for a property priced at this level to be lacking. Next visit we would choose a different property. We hope this helps those considering this unit.

Fantastic view, property a little long in the tooth

Lot's of positives but the property is a little older and a bit more worn than the pictures might indicate. View/location is spectacular. We saw a turtle or two nibbling plants on the rocks, surfers in the distance, whales in the distance as well. Condo looks out over a channel between Maui and other islands and the water was relatively calm throughout. Listening to the ocean at night and in the morning, having breakfast or coffee looking out across the water, very nice. We were able to venture out to all the highlights easily. Bed was comfortable but is high off the ground. Would be a challenge for some, possibly. Bedroom is tight (not an issue for us) and sits on the outside hallway. You likely want the jealousy windows open to cool and it can be a little odd with any traffic outside. That said, the complex wasn't noisy and we appreciated the quantity of fans available. Hair in shower drain, bathroom and kitchen spouts are very loose. High-use condos, especially those on the ocean can be hard to keep from being worn. Not a ton of space but you're paying a reasonable price and if you're largely using it as a base of operations, the view, location and utility of the space are fine. Condo complex and condo itself were largely "adequate", I'd say. Not a big deal for us as we largely used it as a base of operations. Kitchen had everything needed and then some. Location, check-in/out process very good. The view from the balcony really, really peaceful.

Trip to Maui in November 2022.

The property is exactly as advertised. The view from the lanai is incredible. Falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean waves was so peaceful. Bree was very attentive to us during our stay and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Classic Paki Maui

Have stayed at many units in Paul Maui over the years. This one is just like many of the rest. Nice accommodations but not fancy or pretentious. Older building but they do a good job keeping things up. Best sunset spot around and a very quiet and relaxing lawn area. We will be back!

Great experience

The condo was great with the location being the key factor. Paki Maui is close to everything you need, with excellent swimming location, ABC within easy walking distance for those last minute items, and near great restaurants and downtown Lahaina/Front Street. The bedroom is a bit small with no room for a dresser, but they did have a bed with drawers in the platform. Overall a great unit.

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo

We loved our week here. You are right on the water. Every morning we would watch whales breaching from the lanai and often see turtles in the water right in front of the condo. The condo is well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Two suggestions would take it over the top. 1. Update the furniture it's pretty beat up. 2. Put in precious l privacy shutters in the back bedroom window like other units have. Theres only a flimsy curtain so if you want good air flow you have to pull the curtain back which takes all privacy away. You need food air flow because there's no AC. We would stay here again. You cannot best the view.

Perfect Getaway

Really enjoyed our time in Paki Maui 102! Amazing views, whales everywhere - we even spotted a couple turtles right from our lanai. Very comfortable, everything we needed for the week and close to many restaurants and shopping. Bree was very easy to work with and responsive to any needs we had.

Nostalgic Hawaiian Gem

This raised first floor condo is in the perfect spot for enjoying the area. It is not luxurious, but very clean, and totally my vibe. The kitchen had everything one needs for cooking. The shower was good, and the bed very comfortable. The bed is high but that’s because there are multiple drawers beneath the mattress for all your clothes. The closet was roomy and has a safe. The lanai is the highlight. It is oceanfront and we swam everyday right in front of the condo. The barbecue area by the pool is big and there is a good jacuzzi by the pool. We never used the pool, because the ocean is right there. We did rinse off by the pool though. Across the street in both directions are great places to get food. We especially loved the Fish Market. There is a health food grocery store to the left, and the ABC store to the right. I draped colorful Hawaiian saris over the couch, and dining table and coffee table to make the place homey and to protect the furniture. I could have stayed for a month. Whales were seen everyday from the lanai. They breached, tail slapped and fin slapped. Turtles came in to eat off the rocks. There is a laundry room downstairs for guests and a manager on premises. There is no air conditioning, but we never needed it. The French doors stayed open, and the fans on kept us cool. We will be back to this treasure of a place.

Whale watching in Maui

We had an absolutely amazing week staying here. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in the last week of January so we were able to watch whales right from our balcony every day. No AC in the unit, but when we were at “home” we keep the doors open and screens closed and let the ocean breezes come though which made it very comfortable. We had another couple stay in a different unit in the building behind us and we had plenty of room (and chairs) to gather our in our room to whale watch and eat dinners. We used the grills out by the pool twice-very clean and cooked our food perfectly. We also swam in the pool and Jacuzzi once and spent time snorkeling and walking on the beach. All in all a wonderful week. Would definitely stay here again.

Paki Maui: In the center of it all

Rented through VRBO,managed by. Maui Beach Properties, LLC Was very easy to rent. We had stayed at PakI Maui when visiting Maui five years ago and enjoyed the place very much. Requested info and had several apts from which to choose. We were able to pay in advance and when we arrived we were able to access our apt with a password provided to us. paki Maui is near many local restaurants, fish markets and the Whale watching in Jan is spectacular from the apt Lanai. Office rep was very friendly and helpful in providing parking passes for our Son when he was visiting in our apt or taking us to planned events.
