In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms and bathrooms, a two-story townhouse layout, and majestic lagoon views. The villa is about a 5-minute walk from the beach.
The first floor of the villa, showcasing lagoon views from nearly every corner, hosts the main living areas. The open living room offers a sectional sofa, two side chairs, and a wall-mounted TV. Overlooking the lagoon and golf course, the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation meals. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The sunroom, located in the villa's rear, offers generously sized windows framing the lagoon, a comfortable sofa with an ottoman, and a chic side chair.
The primary bedroom, located upstairs, has a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony overlooking the lagoon, and a spacious en suite bathroom with his-and-hers vanities and a gorgeous, tiled shower. The two remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and spacious vanity. The final bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
In addition to the private balcony off the primary bedroom, the villa also has a first-floor deck. This deck showcases uninterrupted views of the beautiful lagoon and has bistro table with seating for two. A lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or sip a cocktail, guests will surely enjoy spending time on the deck.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
