The Space:
This ground-floor, private pool condo offers a fresh new design traditional Yucatan finishes throughout the space. Wrapped in natural surroundings, this space provides a rejuvenating sensation as you walk in, filled with light and a grand connection to nature.

The condo space features:
- Open-plan concept with the living room and dining area connected and ideal for interaction. The sofa folds out to a bed for extra sleeping space and the living room spills out to the outdoor terrace and pool area. Open the floor-to-ceiling sliders for an indoor/outdoor connection all day! Breathe in nature!

The Neighborhood:
- This condo has a perfect location just about 1.7 km | 1 mi to the vibrant Tulum town or "El Pueblito" and is located in an upscale residential neighborhood with beautiful lush walking trails with easy access to the beach road to walk around town.
- The start of the beautiful beach road at Avenida Coba is 2.6 km/1.6 mi and from there, at the fork in the road, you can go north towards Tulum Ruins or south pass loads of shops, boutiques, cafes and jungle eateries, beach hotspots and beach club entrances.
- You'll be near the ancient Mayan ruins, incredible cenotes, water sports, Tulum's famous dining, and beach hotspots, all only a few minutes away from your door.
- Close to commercial shops and grocery shopping.
- Golf courses within reach as well as cool X-park/Eco-park attractions too!

Getting Around:
The condo is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

This condo is in an area with its own 24-hour guarded security.

Wi-Fi, Smart TV, some bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bath & beach towels, and a few home and bath essentials are provided complimentary during your stay. We can also help with an airport transfer if needed, just let us know!

We provide some home and bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but just note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’d need to purchase more.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited.
- Please, no glasses, bottles, food, or coolers in the pool. Only use disposable or plastic glasses.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condominium complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform so one a member of our team can get back to you promptly.

Nice space, it smelled of mildew

Unfortunately the washer/drier and the hot tub all did not work.There was a strong smell of mold/mildew especially in the closets and drawers.

Great spot in Tulum!

Fantastic property exactly as described. Great location between beach and town. Can be little hard to find entrance to unit but property managers helped when we arrived.

A little hard to find

Hard to find especially in the dark! Jacuzzi hot heated same temperature as pool water. Overall a great property would definitely stay herr again!

Great rental

The property was amazing. Good location. Far enough from the main roads in Tulum where there is a lot of construction but close enough to the ruins, cenotes, and downtown. The security gaurds were very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and having your own washer dryer and pool was a huge plus.

We loved the location and this place had everything and more! Had plenty of towels and wonderful fluffy beach towels for us to use. My family was in awe of how incredible it was. Management company was responsive to our requests. Would def come back!!

Perfect getaway

Overall was a nice place. Was clean and was jn a good location. Check in process was tedious due to lack of clear instructions ahead of time. But ince we got in had a great time.

Good, would recommend.

The apartment was set up nicely with everything we needed for our stay. Check in was a little more difficult than expected with little to minimal signage. Definitely arrive during the day if possible. The only issue we had was the pool. The pool was very dirty. It clearly had not been cleaned in some time as it was full of debris and so murky you could not see the bottom. We did communicate with property management who sent someone over to clean it. Unfortunately, we did not know when someone would arrive to clean it, so we missed them since we were gone from the property with the keys for entry. We were told someone would have to come by the next day. No one showed up. Though I appreciate the attempt to get this taken care of, we booked weeks prior to our stay. The pool should have been cleaned before we arrived. Overall, I would recommend staying here. It is a nice place in a quite gated community close to pretty much everything. If you are booking based on the pool as I did, be proactive and ask about it before booking.

Exactly as the pictures. It was a little hard to find but the property manager was very communicative and talked to our driver for us. Becky was fantastic!

Property very nice in a very good location. Maintenance very poor. Not able to communicate with the property management. Never answer the phone. Very poor maintenance if the pool. Unlocking the living room to the pool impossible. Bad smell in the rooms. All in all the propery need a serious uplift.

Tulum location

House was in a gated community so felt safe and had easy to access taxis but the pictures in the profile are several years old. The pool was closer to the size of a fountain and clearly has not been cleaned so would not recommend booking to use pool space. This is a ground floor unit and the walls are very thin so you can hear all of the noise of your neighbors. Value for the price point of unit. Would hesitate before staying with any children due to the amount of construction around the area but was fine for a small group of adults.

Luxe, but pocket friendly.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very attentive and responsive, the house was incredibly clean, and the amenities and comforts of the place exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprise by all the things the host made available to us yo make the place look like home. The only downside was checking in, we arrived at night and the property entrance and parking was very dark. The instructions to find our unit were incorrect, telling us to turn left when we needed to turn right etc. That was irritating after a long flight, BUT the host offered a 24 hr phone number where we where able to communicate with someone to help us after hours. Overall, I’d book them again.
