10 min walk to local sandy beach, where you can enjoy year round entertainment, from swimming and boating in the summer to skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing.

There are 4 ski resorts in the area from 20-60 min drive
- Snow Valley Resort
- Mount St. Louis
- Horseshoe Resort
- Blue Mountain Resort

Friday Harbour Resort is just 10 min drive and has all Year various activities:
Summer- swimming, boat/ canoe rentals, beach volleyball…etc.
Winter- skiing, skating
Nest Golf club just 10 min drive

7 min drive to the Innisfil Beach Park with boat launch, Sandy beaches and playgrounds.

Nice getaway from the city without having to go too far, or being too remote. It has everything needed to have a relaxing stay!

The space is Immaculately clean and includes all you need for your stay.

A quiet family neighbourhood, with a very private backyard, but still only 10 minutes from major shopping malls and an OHL arena. Ideal for families or parents of players coming in to enjoy a hockey game.

Easy access with keys in the lock box

Extra -person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy.
We ask that no person stay over night who is not on the original reservation.
Photo ID must be provided for all people staying in the house for security and safety purposes.

Other things to note
- BBQ to be cleaned by guests to their own satisfaction before use and properly cleaned after the use.
- Please bring your own BBQ tools for cleaning and use.
-Propane for BBQ will be provided.
- Firewood for outdoor fire pit is not provided, pls bring your own.

- Please don’t take any furniture, bedding, pillows or towels that are inside the house outdoor. Bring your own beach towels.
- We provide minimum supplies, for large groups you might need to bring additional toilet paper, garbage bags…etc.
-Absolutely No smoking or drugs of any kind indoors. On site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

Nice

Rooms with multiple bed made it really easy and nice for our group of friends to stay. The main sitting area was nice to hang out. The extra fee for extra people was tough cause not everyone was able to come.

We meet new year with friends and families and enjoied the place. The location was so good that we were able to go Barrie and attend the new year ev with firewoks. Only, recommendation from my side would be to have the garbage bin

Great stay, loved the bonfire in the back, lots of beds for a big group. Also there is a ping pong table in the basement that was really fun to play with our group!

Lovely place - Innisfil is a great location

I thought the place was very nice. It was very clean, easy to access and my wife kids and family enjoyed ourselves. Overall a lovely place.

Great place for weekend getaway

The place is close to tiny local sandy beach. Also close to lake. Quiet and cozy place with sauna inside. It was pleasant stay for our group.

Summer Cottage with the Family

We traveled with young children under 5 and it met all our family needs. House was as advertised accommodating our needs. The yard was large and kept the children busy and a local community park and beach were within walki g distance. The beach was small, but clean with great sand bars in the lake that was clear and stretched quite far.

Inviting Gem in Innisfil

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalya's home. The place was sparkling clean, inviting and comfortable. The swing seat in the living room was a hit with the kids. Awesome BBQ on the back deck. There are two TVs, ping pong table, board games and some books. Quiet neighbourhood and a short distance to beaches and parks.

Great place to kick back and relax!

This was the perfect place for our semi-annual Girls chill weekend! Natalya was an excellent host and responded timely to all inquiries. You will 100% enjoy your stay here! Unfortunate leak

Our group arrived at the house and after settling in we tried to log onto the wifi we noticed we were unable to connect. the owner then contacted me asking if there were any issues, and I stated we were having trouble connecting to the wifi. She reported that she received a notification that the thermostat was off line which is why she called. I offered to go check the router and reset and that I would call her back. During that time another person in our party used the upstairs bathroom shower and I noticed there was a leak with water coming down into the electrical panel/plug where the router was. I immediately turned the water off, provided a video to the owner, & unplugged the router. I sent the owner the video and called her, she said her husband would be there in about 10 minutes to check on it. Almost an hour later he arrived with no communication of the delay. I informed him if the issues with the router and the leak to which he responded “well did you use the bath upstairs?” I informed him I did and his response of “well” & body language implied that this was the obvious reason as to why this happened. We were never told not to use the bath/shower upstairs, & if an issue was known we should have been informed. The electrical panel was Then covered with a garbage bag as a solution, & after over an hour with tech support on the phone informed us the router was broken likely due to water damage and they would come back tomorrow to replace. No instructions re bathroom

The property is beautiful, clean, peaceful, and quiet. The property has all the basics you need for a staycation. The rooms are very cozy and makes you feel at home. Parking is more spacious than what I expect. The area is great and is very close to the Lake. Ski resorts are less than 40 minutes drive which is good because there is no traffic.

Impressive

Very impressed with the location and the beauty of the rental. Just loved the house as it accomodated the whole family with tonnes of room. Would also be very nice in the summer with the huge yard and deck. Not impressed with the hidden fees. House accomodates 12 people so the fee should be based on 12 people. Not extra charges after 10 people but it does say in the ad that over 6 people additional charges may apply. This is a huge highlight i will watch for in the future. And identifying being on the Canadian site made a huge diiference with paing in US funds. My fault but when you click on Vrbo "Canada one would assume you are on Canadian site. Other than that we have already discussed renting it again next winter. Thank you to all

Beautiful and clean home, but read the listing in detail

The home was immaculately clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. There were additional costs, which in retrospect was in the listing which we must have missed. The infrared sauna is $20 per adult and 2 adults can sit upright in it. There was also an extra charge of $50 per person over 6 people. Only 1 bag of garbage is allowed. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and were not given access to the washer/dryer (this was in the listing as well, but we must have missed it). It would have been nice to use the dryer for our towels after being at the beach all day. The oven only has 1 rack in it, which made it a big difficult baking for 9 people. I would also suggest bringing your own bakeware, as there were no baking sheets to use. The backyard was huge, and the firepit was was fun to use. The hammock is a great size, but did have some mold on it. The beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 9 people. The owner was quick to respond to questions and helpful. Leonard Beach was very clean and a very short walk. A parking pass is available with a deposit (which was refunded immediately after check-out).

Read the Fine Print (Hidden Fees / Inaccessible Amenities)

We stayed at this property with a few family members and the overall experience was filled with constant surprises and let-downs. The House: The house was spotless and nicely decorated. The naturally cool basement was a nice touch, and the deck was incredibly peaceful in the mornings. The nearest beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Check-In: Be sure to print the check-in instructions beforehand, as there's no cell reception at the property. We couldn't access the VRBO app or our emails, and the Smart Doorbell didn't get a response. The Fine Print: - The 4th bedroom is locked and inaccessible unless you ask beforehand. - The infrared sauna requires an additional charge and prior notice to access. - The washer/dryer are only accessible for extended stays. Other Annoyances: - One single garbage bag available in the home - Only a handful of dishwasher pods left at the home - No space at all in the cabinets to store food While details were “technically” mentioned in the description, it certainly wasn’t obvious. Other reviews have noted similar issues. Super Slow Wifi: The internet speed was super disappointing (12mbps/0.5mbps) despite the listing promising high-speed internet at 250mbps. It was barely enough to check emails, or use the VRBO app. Recommendations to the Hosts: 1. Advise guests to print the check-in instructions beforehand. 2. Follow up to ensure guests have checked in smoothly. 3. Make the listing clearer about extra charges and restrictions.
