A lovely property not far from the beach in quiet location
We have had a lovely holiday in this property in Pisticci. The property itself is very private.
The house is spacious with plenty of facilities eg billiard table, tennis court, pool which were very enjoyable. The outdoor areas were also lovely. The fruit trees had a lot of ripe fruit which was a bonus.
The house has clearly been a home. We had some issues with the electrics but Tomassio was very helpful and organised an electrician. Despite this the fuse did continue to blow when using the dishwasher.
The pool was quite dirty when we arrived. It would have been nice if it had been checked and sorted out before our arrival.
It would be helpful to have more accurate directions in advance such as a postcode/reference as we did have some difficulty finding the house.
I also think that the beds should be made up for guests. After a long journey it was disappointing to find a set of sheets on the beds, rather than beds which are ready and made up. This would have been more welcoming.
I would also recommend an information pack to help find local facilities such as groceries, beaches and restaurants.
