Great Location in Rome
Overall a fine experience. Good location, an acceptable place and reasonably priced.The location is fairly optimal being centralized to the tourist highlights and easy walking distance to nearly everything. The only Taxi/Uber needed is for the Airport and that was primarily just due to luggage as the closest rail terminal is a bit far with multiple bags. The place is fine and clean, has a rather odd layout but not uncommon for these types of apartments. The main sitting area being directly adjacent to a bedroom with little to break the sound sort of limits that rooms usage if a party wants to head to bed early. The bedroom in the back is much better with an on suite bathroom. However due to how easy the sound travels room to room, and both bathrooms being next to each other, one in the primary bedroom and one outside in the interior courtyard only separated by a wall, your just simply always going to be hearing each other. There is no quiet midnight run to the bathroom. In addition the apartment upstairs may be completely silent or incredibly loud, just depends if there are guests present. The first night was really tough until maybe midnight when things settled, the following nights no sound whatsoever. Lastly the main door to the apartments was being replaced I assume, so instead of the beautiful doorway pictured it was a plywood door with the complimentary graffiti which sort of put a damper on expectations immediately upon arriving and lowered the "feel & experience."
