Questo condominio fronte mare è stato recentemente ricostruito a luglio 2018 ed è sostanzialmente nuovo all'interno, compresi elettrodomestici e cucina.

Situato a Lighthouse Point vicino al famoso faro di Tybee Island, si ha una vista a 270 gradi sull'oceano con Hilton Head, Draufuskie e Isole Fripp in vista. Non ci sono strutture che bloccano la tua vista poiché la terra accanto a questo condominio è di proprietà del Dipartimento delle risorse naturali della Georgia per la nidificazione di uccelli e tartarughe. Questo significa anche che è tranquillo con molta natura nelle vicinanze, compresi i cervi sulla spiaggia.

Very Private Beach And Great Host

Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location with a private beach. Steve is a wonderful host and incredibly helpful. He reached out to us and was very attentive to our needs and ready to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay there if we visit Tybee Island again!ScottWashington State

4 night family stay

We stayed 4 nights with 4 guests and were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The remote control for the T.V. had dead batteries when we arrived, so we had to buy our own. We also did not realize from the listing that the only way to access the condo was 4 flights of stairs, that certain members of our family had a hard time with. But the owner and the view was amazing. The local people on Tybee Island were awesome ! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Beautiful, confortable, welcoming appartment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Tybee. We traveled into Savannah twice to participate in a a walking food tour and for a ghost tour. Tybee Island is very easy to navigate by car, bike or golf cart. The beaches are beautiful. The pier is a must see. Becareful where you park your car. Tybee Island police hand out parking tickets like candy!

Peaceful Setting

Loved view of sunrise and listening to the sounds of the waves, birds and frogs. The beach chairs provided were a bonus. Property owner easily reachable.

Definitely recommend staying here! Great location with great views. All the amenities you could need. A lot more spacious than what it seems in the photos. Great host who made sure we had all the information we needed and easy to contact.

Knoxville to Tybee Beach

Our first visit to Tybee Beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo's location near the beach made it so easy to take a quick 3-minute walk. The view was simply stunning, and seeing dolphins frequently was an extra special treat. From day one, the owner made sure to check in via text to make sure we were comfortable settling in. His kindness really shone through, and he even helped us get tickets for the Savannah Bananas, going above and beyond. Plus, every restaurant he suggested turned out to be fantastic. This vacation has truly been one of the best we've had in a long time. We're already looking forward to booking this perfect condo again in the future!

North Beach Marine Life Show

We have visited Tybee several times, usually on the south end. Though I missed the walkability to restaurants and stores, the view from the balcony of this unit is absolutely jaw-dropping gorgeous. Because it was so windy all week, we walked around to the north end of the island where the river is coming out and the water more calm. One day were standing waist deep watching dolphins swimming and pelicans fishing when a manatee stuck it's nose out of the water about forty feet away. It was an amazing wldlife show.

This is an amazing clean great views condo owner and property management friendly professional and helpful with any and all questions. Only think if you have mobility issues there are alot of stairs to get to the condo on 3rd floor but views are worth it

Amazing views and location

Loved waking up to the ocean view every morning! Enjoyed watching the dolphins, pelicans and other sea birds as well as the ships coming and going. Very peaceful setting.

fall getaway

Everything was great except stairs which was hard for me with copd but I figured it out. The couch was so hard and pull out bed was worse. I slept on floor. Other than these two things it was perfect. We enjoyed beach and ocean point view. great time

Tybee Island Rental

Place had a great view of the water. We did notice the coffee pot looked a little dirty, there were dishes in the cabinet that weren't completely clean. We were also disappointed there were no Smart TV Options. Would suggest the purchase of a Smart TV with viewing options. Everything else was great. Thank you.

The view from this place was stunning and access to the beach was just a few steps away. It is a quiet community and we had an excellent laid back time. The host was great and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Spectacular View

The view is awesome. Facing directly on Ocean and since it is corner unit you get additional view of the barges coming in/out of the Savannah River. Really something to see at night. The condo was very clean and accomodating. Mindful fact that this is a 3rd floor walk up but it makes for great view. Would recommend and keep on our Tybee list of places to stay.

Great location and view

Our family had a great time! The view and location of the place is perfect! Everything was nice and clean. Steve is super helpful and worked to get us in on a holiday. I appreciate that!! The deck has comfy sitting area to watch the huge ships pass by and the dolphins came around every evening. Nice walk to the beach and was never crowded since it's a bit north of the public beach. Easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart and had an easy time getting around! We definitely would stay there again!!

Livin' on Tybee Time

This was our first trip to Tybee. We had spent the previous three days in Savannah, and enjoyed what the city had to offer. But we were most excited to come to Tybee, sit on the condo balcony or the beach just steps away and relax by the ocean. The condo was just as advertised and as pictured. There were a lot of steps to get up to the third floor, but man was it worth it!! The view is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful landscaping and natural trees and shrubs just in front of the property, then sea grass and beach beyond. The sound of the birds chirping and singing, combined with the ocean waves and buoys quietly ringing is a symphony that I won't soon forget. We visited off season and it was magical. There were moments that we had the entire beach to ourselves. The water was chilly, but we acclimated quickly. It was neat to watch the huge cargo ships come by as they headed in and out of port in Savannah. On top of all of this, the owner of the property was so communicative and helpful and friendly, we feel like we have made a new friend! Thank you, Steve, for making sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait to come back and live more on Tybee Time.

Wonderful vacation

This was our first time here in Tybee Island. The condo was clean and in a great location. Steve was very nice and contacted us prior to the trip to give us information about the area. Highly recommend booking this condo. Spectacular views.

Great view, ok condo

No elevator-not mentioned in the listing I saw. Incredible views. Condo showing wear needing some deep cleaning done that owner acknowledged he would address. The post says newly built in 2018 -I don’t think furniture appliances or paint have been updated since. Listing said new beds, appliances etc Not terrible condition but was disappointed for the price we paid. Did have good response from rental management company when we called about wasps and roaches. Not we’ll stocked to cook meals.

With the ocean front 270 degree view off the deck, this property has the most unique view on the island. On the left side of the deck, there are no structures blocking your view as this part of the island is a Georgia Game Management area for sea turtle and shore bird nesting. You can see the islands in South Carolina all the way up to Edisto Island at night.

I bought this place because the view is so good that it is hard to believe. The first thing I do is go out on the deck when I arrive and the last thing I do is to go out on the deck before I leave. The view never gets old.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

From the master bedroom, you can watch the sun come up over the ocean every morning while laying in bed . Also, this is the quietest location on the island with the most wildlife and shore birds. Another thing that is unique is that from the deck, you can sit outside and not get burned while watching the dolphins. The dolphin tours come down the river and stop in front of the condo for their viewing passengers.
