Sono stati recentemente ristrutturati i 3 bagni, di cui 2 con doccia e l'altro con vasca jacuzzi per idromassaggio. Gli affreschi nelle pareti e nei soffitti sono del 1770 circa e attribuiti al pittore pisano Giuseppe Bracci Essendo un appartamento di valore artistico e storico, per legge non possiamo mettere un impianto di condizionamento fisso in alcune stanze, poiché le loro pareti sono affrescate con antichi dipinti. A furnished apartment of about 360 square meters, with 14 rooms, located on the second floor of a 16th-century noble palace of historical and artistic interest (notified under the relevant law), attributed to the Sienese architect Baldassarre Peruzzi or Bartolomeo Neroni known as "Il Riccio." It is listed in Wikipedia among the most beautiful historic buildings in Siena . It consists of an entrance hall from which there is access to a beautiful frescoed living room, a large foyer, a frescoed dining room, a large kitchen and adjacent checkroom. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms with kingsize beds and one bedroom with queen size bed. The 3 bathrooms have been recently renovated, 2 of which have showers and the other has a jacuzzi tub for whirlpool baths. On the upper floor there is access to a beautiful panoramic terrace of about 40 sqm.
The frescoes in the walls and ceilings are from around 1770 and attributed to the Pisan painter Giuseppe Bracci. Being an apartment of artistic and historical value, by law we cannot put a fixed air conditioning system in some rooms, since their walls are frescoed with ancient paintings.
