La villetta "MARINA BLU" Borgo storico Conca dei Marini

In the heart of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, my family vaulted house has a MAGICAL SEA VIEW. Just walking down an ancient staircase you reach in few minutes the BUS stop and the BEACH. The villa is located within a lush green, flower-filled private park, situated in the little fishing village of Conca dei Marini, one of the most beatifull hystorical BORGHI of Italy, characterized by paths wich invite people to admire lovely sea-landscapes. Public PARKING 30 €/day (from 14 April to 15 October, otherwise 12 €). Easy access to restaurants and a market as long as stairs don’t scare you.
The characteristic of the house is the amazing large terrace, protected by a pergola wich during summer time is in bloom with pink bougainvillea. The view you can enjoye from the terrace both day and full moon nights is unique . The house is a perfect space for couple or a family with 2 children, is very bright and completely immersed in the green of the very QUITE garden of the RESIDENCE San Pancrazio, consisting of 25 Mediterranean-style vaulted villas each with its own independent entrance, set on the Vreca tip, immediately above the norman tower that marks the CAPE of CONCA DEI MARINI. Inside the residence there are lots of plants and flowers, stone paved paths, stairways that connect the houses and small rest areas marked by low walls in which children find the ideal place to meet and play under the supervision of their parents. Conca dei Marini is also called “Conca dei gradini (steps)” this small town that invites to romantic promenades, climbing “scalinatelle” (path with steps) that lead to the sky and to look at the sea from above.
The most panoramic walk is the one that from the path of "delle cinque essenze" (the vine, the lemon, the olive, the carob and the pomegranate) leads to the church of Sant ’Antonio, then to that of San Michele and then to a small sacred aedicule placed at the edge of a rock from which one can see the impressive precipices of Furore, which go to get lost in the shade of a wild gorge.

In the living room there a 3 seater-sofa, a fold-out bed recessed in the bookcase and bed pouf;
- large panoramic terrace (40 mq) overlooking the sea with dining area located in the patio with white wooden table and chairs;
- bathroom complete with shower cabin in glass (70cmx70cmx190cm);
- bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with drawer and lamp, two large built-in wardrobes.

It is worth noting the availability of: air conditioning (hot and cold), refrigerator, dishwasher, washing-machine, electric oven, microwave oven, gas and electric cooker, kettle, toaster, iron, radio, TV, WIFI free, complete sets of dishes and cutlery,
linen, towels and dishcloths for kitchen.
