L'ALLOGGIO
L'immobile è dotato di postoauto riservato, 2 camere da letto di cui una con letto matrimoniale e una con letto a castello (il letto inferiore da una piazza e mezzo e il letto superiore singolo), ampio soggiorno con divano letto (singolo), cucina, servizio igienico, lavanderia ed ampio giardino, completamente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti i comfort.

Servizio "Spiaggia"
Il servizio Spiaggia offre, per l'intera durata del soggiorno, un ombrellone e due sdraio al prezzo di €50,00 o in alternativa un ombrellone e due lettini al prezzo di €70,00. Si applica un sovrapprezzo di €10,00 per ogni ombrellone e sdraio extra, e di €20,00 per ogni lettino extra.

Servizio "Canoe"
È possibile affittare due tipologie di canoe BIC.
Al prezzo di €50,00 è disponibile la canoa "piccola" (monoposto), e al prezzo di €100,00 è possibile noleggiare la canoa "grande" (2+1 posti). Le canoe saranno disponibili per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

Servizio "Biciclette"
È possibile noleggiare biciclette (MTB e city bike) al prezzo di €20,00 cadauna per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

Servizio "Biancheria"
Il servizio Biancheria è disponibile al prezzo di €15,00 a persona e include: biancheria da letto (un lenzuolo superiore, uno inferiore e federe) e biancheria da bagno (un telo, un asciugamano grande e un asciugamano piccolo) per l'intera durata del soggiorno.

Beach house with a wide garden

Located in an exclusive area immersed in the green, the house is a few metres from the sea, in one of the most beautiful mediterranean scrub's sections of the whole adriatic coast, with a private access to the beach. The apartment is distant about 5 km from the downtown of Vasto, less of 1 km from the natural reserve of Punta Aderci, two steps from the sand beach of Punta Penna and a few hundreds of metres from the harbour of Vasto where you can board for an unforgettable trip to the Isole Tremiti.

THE SPACE

The apartment has a reserved parking, 2 bedrooms, a big living room with a sofabed, a kitchen, hygienic service, launderette and a big garden, completely renovated, with all comfort.

DURING YOUR STAY
Tourist tax not included in the price.

We offer also other services to make your holiday even more special.

- The Linen service is available at a price of €15.00 per person and includes: bed linen (one top sheet, one bottom sheet, and pillowcases) and bath linen (one bath towel, one large towel, and one small towel) for the entire duration of your stay.

- The Beach service offers, for the entire duration of your stay, a beach umbrella and two deck chairs at €50,00 or a beach umbrella and two sun beds at €70,00.
There is an additional charge of €10,00 for each extra beach umbrella and deck chair, and €20,00 for each extra sun bed.

- Canoe service: you can rent two types of BIC canoes. The "small" canoe (single-seater) is available for €50,00, and the "large" canoe (2+1 seats) can be rented for €100,00. The canoes will be available for the entire duration of your stay.

- Bike service: you can rent bicycles (MTB and city bikes) for €20,00 each for the entire duration of your stay.

Notre structure offre également des services supplémentaires pour rendre vos vacances encore plus spéciales.

- Le service Linge est disponible au prix de 15,00€ par personne et comprend : le linge de lit (un drap-housse, un drap plat et des taies d'oreiller) et le linge de bain (une serviette de bain, une grande serviette et une petite serviette) pour toute la durée de votre séjour.

- Le service Plage propose, pour toute la durée de votre séjour, un parasol et deux chaise-longue au prix de 50,00€, ou en alternative, un parasol et deux transats au prix de 70,00€. Des frais supplémentaires de 10,00€ s'appliquent pour chaque parasol et chaise-longue supplémentaires, et de 20,00€ pour chaque transat supplémentaire.

- Service "Canoë": vous pouvez louer deux types de canoës BIC. Le canoë "petit" (pour une personne) est disponible au prix de 50,00€, et le canoë "grand" (2+1 places) peut être loué pour 100,00€. Les canoës seront disponibles pendant toute la durée de votre séjour.
