A 50 square metre, first floor apartment in a period building (altbau wohnung), in the Schoneberg district of West Berlin. Very bright and airy (double exposition, high ceilings, large windows), it is furnished and fitted to a high standard. Perfect for a couple to enjoy Berlin feeling like at home! However, it can host up to 5 people. The corridor has a wardrobe. The living room is pleasantly furnished with a sofa bed, poufe-bed, 2 armchairs, desk, bookcase, TV, wifi.
The living room stairs lead to a 15 square metre sleeping area with a king-size bed. The height in the mezzanine is 130cm (measured from the floor) and around 105cm (measured from the bed). In case you are in 2 and you prefer it, you can ask me in advance to sleep in the sofa bed downstairs.
The spacious kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, moka, toaster, pots and pans.
The bathroom has a roomy shower.
Easy on-street parking.
