Stylish apARTment is located in Via Carducci 42, in the city centre, close to the river, 5 minutes walk from the main spots: Piazza Erbe, Juliet's house, Roman Theatre, Archeological Museum, Giardino Giusti , Ponte Pietra (ancient roman stone bridge) San Pietro Hill (with the beautiful belvedere). The flat is 110 sq. of entrance, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room with a TV (50") sofa bed (195x143 cm), 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with a single bed (203x89cm) that becomes double.
The flat is cleaned with specific sanitizers and according to health guidelines 3 days empty are left between each reservation.
The building and flat are brand new , modern and with all comforts (A/C, heating with touch thermostat, wifi flat , roller schutter motorised). The apartment is at the first floor with elevator. It overlooks on a courtyard so it is particularly quiet. Elegantly furnished and decorated. Underground parking lot (5 mtx2,5x2,18h) for an average size car inside the building included in the charge with video surveillance.
Please notice that some SUV (Touareg, Cayenne..) or station wagon could be difficult to park in ! Ask us in advance if you have a SUV or a station wagon longer than 4.30 mt
You can book a second parking lot at the cost of 12 Euro for night.
Wifi flat in the charge.
The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable with a new double mattress memory foam . It is 170 x 200 cm. In the second bedroom we have 2 single beds . The sofa in the living room can be easily converted into a bed for 1 or 2 persons (1 adult and 1 children or 2 childrens).
It is 195x143 cm. At the reservation please tell us if the added persons wants to sleep together or separate!
In the small room there are no blinds on the windows.
The kitchen is well equipped and you will find also a toaster, a kettle with a selection of tea and infusions (for free), a coffe machine, microwave with grill, oven, dishwasher machine. Frying discouraged. Please leave the kitchen clean and put the dishes you used in the dishwashingmachine, put a tab and turn on.
Please do not switch on more than one appliance at the same time as the current may be disconnected due to overloading (electricity meters in Italy usually support 3 kw)
If you like to read in the bookcase you will find several books.
In my stylish bathrooms will find also soaps, shampoo and hair dryer. There is a heater to warm up the towels!
Please notice that in the house there is only one shower.
In the smaller bathroom, you will find a washing machine and dryer.
Guests can use also self check in and in this case they will find the keys in the key box.
The entire apartment is at your disposal. But, if you are 2 I would appreciate not using the second bedroom. Thank you

I give full availability to the guests for any information either prior to booking as well as during their stay, providing them with information about the places of tourist interest, restaurants shops and particular characteristic corners of the city.

In the apartment you will find a city map and brochures of some wonderful places to visit nearby and also a list of my favorite restaurants and bars
At your arrival will be requested a pic of your ID card/passport for the registration.
Is also requested the payment of the tourist tax : 3,50 Euro for a person for a night for a maximum of 4 nights . Children up to 14 years old free of charge.
If you loose the keys or you don't return them will be charged 80 Euro for the copies that I have to do.
